Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. 408 706 Schuhverschluss Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine weitere Aus Bildung des Schuhverschlusses gemäss dem Patentan spruch des Hauptpatentes.
Erfindungsgemäss zeichnet sich derselbe dadurch aus, dass in das Haftband, welches durch in die Schnür ösen der Schaftteile lösbar eingesteckte Halteteile ge haltert ist, ein Verbindungsglied so eingesetzt ist, dass die auf das Haftband wirkenden Zugkräfte teilweise durch das Verbindungsglied aufgenommen werden.
In der Zeichnung sind beispielsweise drei Ausfüh- rungsformen des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigen: Fig. 1 eine Teilansicht eines Halbschuhes mit einer ersten Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemässen Schuh verschlusses in geschlossenem Zustand, Füg.
2 einen Querschnitt nach Linie II-II in Fig. 1, Fig. 3 eine Detailvariante zu Fig. 1, Fig. 4 eine Ansicht einer zweiten Ausführungsform des 'Schuhverschlusses, Fig.5 den Schuhverschluss nach Fig.4 am Halb schuh angeordnet, im Schnitt, Fig.6 eine dritte Ausführungsform des Schuhver schlusses, am Halbschuh angeordnet, im Querschnitt,
Fig. 7 eine Ansicht des Verbindungsgliedes und Fig.8 einen Querschnitt durch das Verbindungs glied und Fig.9 einen Teilschnitt nach Fig.2 in grösserem Massstab.
Der dargestellte Schuhverschluss nach Fig. 1 bis 3 und 9 weist zwei an je einem Schuhschaftstück A bzw. B zu befestigende Halteteile auf, die aus gewölbten me tallenen Halteplatten 12 und an letzteren auf der kon kaven Seite angeordneten Gewindebolzen 13 (Fig.9) bestehen. Beidseitig sind die Metallplatten durch das Haftband 1 verkleidet. Das Haftband 1 besteht ,aus zwei Teilen. die durch das Verbindungsglied 15 mitein ander verbunden sind.
An das Haftband 1 a ist auf einer Seite mit einem aus feinen Haarschlaufen und der Haftbandteil 1b mit einem aus feinen Haarhäkchen ge bildeten Besatz versehen. Der Gewindebolzen 13 der beiden Halteplatten 12 ist von aussen her, wie beim Hauptpatent, durch eine Öse des Schaftstückes A bzw. B gesteckt und durch eine von der Schaftinnenseite her aufgeschraubte, mit Anschlagteller 14' versehene Mut ter 14 gesichert. Durch Abschrauben der Mutter sind die Gewindebolzen aus den Schnürösen wegnehmbar, so dass die durch die Platten 12 gebildeten Haltestücke lösbar sind.
Jeder Haftbandteil la, 1b ist durch eine mittlere schlitzartige Öffnung 16 des zwei vertikale Stege 15' aufweisenden, zwischen den Schaftstücken A, B liegenden Verbindungsgliedes 15 hindurchge- schlauft, nach aussen umgeschlagen und mit ihrem Be satz .in Haftverbindung mit dem Besatz der inneren Haftbandteile 1 a gebracht. Dabei kann ein mehr oder weniger langes Stück des Haftbandteiles lb durch die Öffnung 16 des.
Verbindungsgliedes 15 hindurchgezo gen und dadurch eine Anpassung der Verschlussweite an die jeweiligen Bedürfnisse erreicht werden. Fig. 3 zeigt ;eine Variante .des Verbindungsgliedes 1'5, das zwischen drei Stegen 15' zwei schlitzförmige Öffnungen 16 aufweist. Die letzteren verlaufen nach unten leicht divergent und ergeben eine bessere Querstellung zur Zugrichtung der beiden Haftbänder.
Bei der zweiten Ausführungsform nach Fig. 4 und 5 ist die eine Verschlusshälfte am Schaftstück A im wesent lichen gleich ausgebildet wie diejenige in Fig. 1 und 2, mit dem einzigen Unterschied, dass das Haftband la, 1b länger ist als bei der anderen Verschlusshälfte am Schaftstück B. Als Teil des Haltestückes des anderen Schaftstückes B ist eine von Schlitzöffnungen 18 und einer breiten mittleren Öffnung 19 durchbrochene Platte 17 aus Kunststoff oder Metall vorgesehen.
Die beidseiti gen Enden der Platte 17 sind um 180 Winkelgrade einwärts gebogen, wobei am einen der beiden eingebo genen Ränder der Gewindebolzen 13 mit der Mutter 14 angeordnet ist. Die Gewindebolzen 13 sind wiederum in die Schnürösen an den Schaftteilen herausnehmbar und damit lösbar eingesteckt.
Dieser Verschluss wird geschlossen, indem das Haftband l a, 1b von der Innen seite der Platte 17 durch die Schlitzöffnung 18 von aussen, dann durch die mittlere Öffnung 19 einwärts und durch die Öffnung 18a wieder nach aussen ge führt und dann der Haftbesatz des Teiles la mit dem Haftbesatz des Teiles lb durch Andrücken verbunden wird. Die Verschlussweite ist dadurch regulierbar, dass der Haftbandteil 1b in der jeweils gewünschten Länge durch die Öffnung 18 hindurchgezogen wird.
Nach Fig.6 bis 8 bezeichnet 20 wiederum das Verbindungsglied des Haftbandes, das aus zwei Teilen 1b, 1b gebildet ist. Das Verbindungsglied, das z. B. aus einer steifen Platte aus Metall oder Kunststoff be steht, weist gegen die Mitte zu zwei Schlitzöffnungen 21 auf. 22 ist eine perlenartige Verzierung .an dem Ver bindungsglied 20.
Bei dieser Ausführungsform wird der Verschluss dadurch geschlossen, dass die Haftband teile 1b von innen nach aussen durch die Schlitz öffnungen 21 des Verbindungsgliedes 20 hindurchge zogen und auf die Haftbandteile la des Verbindungsglie des 20 angedrückt werden.
Das Verbindungsglied 15, 17 oder 20 kann aus Metall oder Kunststoff angefertigt sein und Eigenelasti zität besitzen, so dass es sich selbständig der Wölbung des Fusses anpasst, wodurch Schmerzen hervorrufende örtliche Druckstellen ausgeschlossen werden.
Das Verbindungsglied ist zwischen den Schaftstük- ken A, B angeordnet. Ist nun das Haftband durch das Verbindungsglied geführt und in Verschlussstellung um- "elegt, so werden die auf dasselbe wirkenden Zug kräfte durch das Verbindungsglied an den Umlegungs- stellen aufgenommen und auf ein erträgliches Mass re duziert.

The illustrated shoe fastener according to FIGS. 1 to 3 and 9 has two holding parts to be fastened to a respective shoe upper piece A and B, which consist of arched me tallenen holding plates 12 and threaded bolts 13 (FIG. 9) arranged on the latter on the concave side . The metal plates are covered on both sides by the adhesive tape 1. The adhesive tape 1 consists of two parts. which are connected by the connecting member 15 mitein other.
On the adhesive tape 1 a is provided on one side with a fine hair loops and the adhesive tape part 1 b with a ge made of fine hair hooks trim. The threaded bolt 13 of the two retaining plates 12 is inserted from the outside, as in the main patent, through an eyelet of the shaft piece A or B and secured by a nut 14 screwed on from the inside of the shaft and provided with a stop plate 14 '. The threaded bolts can be removed from the eyelets by unscrewing the nut, so that the holding pieces formed by the plates 12 can be detached.

The connecting member is arranged between the shaft pieces A, B. If the adhesive tape is now passed through the connecting link and folded over into the closed position, the tensile forces acting on it are absorbed by the connecting link at the folding points and reduced to a tolerable level.
