Synchronous motor with hochkoerzitiven permanent magnets as rotor The invention relates to a synchronous motor with hochkoerzitiven permanent magnets as rotor, in particular for controlling the programming of washing machines.
For the control of certain processes, e.g. B. the programming of washing machines, two synchronous motors are currently required.
Furthermore, it is also known to use a particularly powerful motor to control these processes which, by means of magnetic clutches, acts on a transmission in such a way that one transmission part is stopped while the other continues to run. However, the magnetic couplings used here are very expensive and therefore make the entire drive very expensive.
The same also applies when using two separate motors. With this control, a separate clutch and a separate gearbox is required for each motor, since a mechanical coupling of the rotors of the two motors has not previously been carried out.
It is already known to provide a backstop with synchronous small motors, in which a blocking element immediately rests against an abutment if the driving part is rotating in the wrong direction and, if the driving part is rotating correctly, is completely lifted from the abutment while the motor is running.
This backstop can consist of a ratchet mechanism which, when the part of the engine countershaft runs much slower, blocks the rotor in the wrong direction of rotation. Furthermore, such a backstop can consist of a brake, the braking force of which is small compared to the torque of the motor, which is reduced to the same counterpart.
Such return locks generally only serve to ensure that the rotor does not move in the wrong direction of rotation when the motor is switched on. However, they are not suitable for connecting two runners to one another.
The purpose of the invention is therefore to avoid these disadvantages and to create a synchronous motor with hochkoerzitiven permanent magnets as rotor, in particular special for controlling the programming of washing machines, which motor is simple in its execution and relatively inexpensive.
The invention is then based on the object of developing a synchronous motor which can take over the function of two motors without the need for expensive magnetic clutches.
According to the invention, this object is achieved in that a two-part rotor is arranged in two stator parts which are connected to one another, the halves of which are rotatable independently and are provided on a common axis with two pinions acting at the same speed on a gear,
one of the rotor halves connected to one another by a freewheel lock is rotatably guided and supported by means of its shaft in the hollow shaft of the other rotor half.
In one embodiment of the invention, the direction of rotation can be determined with the aid of a capacitor and, after switching off a stator half, the second Läu ferhhalf its direction of rotation can be changed, the speed of the pole pitch being dependent.
The advantage of the synchronous motor according to the invention over the previous controls of this type is that, with a simple control, a powerful drive unit is expediently achieved which is relatively cheap, since the previous expensive magnetic couplings can be dispensed with.
Compared to the previous programming of washing machines consisting of two synchronous motors, the advantage is achieved that only one motor is required. The invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawing depicting an execution example.
1 shows two rotor halves connected to one another by a freewheel lock, and FIG. 2 shows the freewheel lock, which connects the two rotor halves to one another, in a side view.
In two rotor stators connected to one another, which are not shown in detail in FIG. 1, a rotor is arranged which is divided into two rotor halves 1 and 2.
These rotor halves 1 and 2 are designed to be rotatable per se and act at the same speed with two pinions on a common gear. The gearing and the pinion are also not shown in the drawing.
The independent rotatability of the rotor halves 1 and 2, which are connected to one another by a freewheel lock 3, as shown in FIG. 2, is achieved by the rotor half 1 by means of its shaft 4 in the hollow shaft 5 formed shaft of the other rotor half 2 is rotatably arranged on. The freewheel lock 3 ensures that the same magnetic fields, north or south pole, are always opposite.
If both stators are energized, both rotor halves 1 and 2 run rigidly and synchronously. When one of the two stators is switched off, the other half of the rotor continues to run at the same speed, although the torque can change depending on the design. In a further embodiment, a phase capacitor can be used with which the direction of rotation is determined, wherein after switching off .einer stator half, the direction of rotation of the corresponding other rotor half can be changed.
