Klarsichtpackung
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Klarsichtpakkung, die aus einem als Aufnahmebehältnis für das zu verpackende Gut dienenden, einseitig offenen Formhohlkörper und einem diesen abschliessenden Deckel besteht. Die Forderung war, derartige Packungen stabil, stapelfähig und mit gut beschriftbaren Flächen auszubilden und weiterhin mit einem staubdichten Verschluss zu versehen, der die Sterilität der Packung in der Darreichungsform gewährleistet und sich für den Gebrauch der Packung beliebig oft öffnen und schliessen lässt.
Erfindungsgemäss ist der Deckel zu einem Bruchteil seiner Länge unlösbar mit dem Behältnis verbunden, auf seiner Restlänge dagegen lösbar, und bildet der lösbare, nach dem erstmaligen Abziehen freie Dekkelteil eine federnde Zunge, die einen hinterschnittenen Ansatz aufweist, der in einen korrespondierenden Hinterschnitt im Behältnis einrastbar ist. Um Schwierigkeiten beim Öffnen einer solchen Packung zu vermeiden, hat es sich als zweckmässig erwiesen, im Aufnahmebehältnis eine Griffnut vorzusehen, derart, dass zwischen der Oberseite des Deckels und einem Teil der Unterseite des Aufnahmebehältnisses ein Hohlraum entsteht, so dass der Deckel von oben her gut zugänglich ist und leicht aus seiner Rastlage entfernbar ist.
Im Deckel selbst können Versteifungsrippen eingezogen sein, die in entsprechende Ausprägungen der Behältniswandung eingreifen und durch geeignete Ausbildung gleichzeitig eine zusätzliche Abdichtung der Pakkung gegen den Eintritt von Staub bilden.
Die unlösbare Verbindung des Deckels mit dem Aufnahmebehältnis kann durch Schweissung bzw. Siegelung gewonnen sein, gegebenenfalls können Aufnah mebehältnis und Deckel zusätzlich auch noch mittels geeigneter Klammern miteinander verbunden sein.
Selbstverständlich kann diese Verbindung des Deckels mit dem Aufnahmebehältnis auch ausschliesslich durch geeignete Klammerung erfolgen, soweit hierdurch die Sterilität der Packung nicht in Frage gestellt ist. Im Bereich der Vereinigung mit dem Deckel wird das Aufnahmebehältnis aus Bearbeitungsgründen am besten mit ebenen Flächen ausgeführt. Die lösbare Verbindung des restlichen Deckelteils kann ebenfalls als Schweissnaht ausgeführt sein.
Weitere Einzelheiten werden im nachstehenden anhand der Zeichnung, die einige Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung schematisch wiedergibt, noch näher erläutert.

In den Figuren 1 bis 3 ist der als Aufnahmebehältnis dienende Formhohlkörper, der aus einer durchsichtigen, von der Rolle aus zu verarbeitenden Kunststofffolie gewonnen ist, mit 1 bezeichnet, während 2 einen das unten offene Aufnahmebehältnis 1 abschliessenden Deckel darstellt. Der Formhohlkörper 1 weist Einschnürungen 3 auf, die einmal dazu dienen, die Tube 4 in ihrer Lage zu fixieren und zum andern eine breitere Schweiss- bzw. Siegelnaht ermöglichen, wodurch die Aufreissfähigkeit der Naht klar begrenzt und ein vollständiges Aufreissen vermieden wird. Die ebene untere Auflagefläche 5 des Formhohlkörpers dient zur Aufnahme des Deckels 2, der im Beispiel entlang der ausgezogenen Linie unlösbar mit den Auflageflächen 5 des Aufnahmebehältnisses verschweisst ist. Längs des gestrichelt angedeuteten Umfangsbereichs dagegen lösbar.
In der Rückwandung 6 des Aufnahmebehältnisses 1 ist ein Hinterschnitt 7 eingeprägt, in den der nasen förmige Ansatz 8 des Deckels eingreift. Ferner weist der Aufnahmebehälter eine Griffnut 9 auf, die den Deckel zwecks Öffnung zugänglich macht. Der Deckel selbst ist mit Versteifungsrippen 10 versehen, welche in entsprechende Ausprägungen 11 des Aufnahmebehälters eingreifen.
Zur Entnahme der Tube ist der durch die Griffnut 9 zugängliche Deckel 2 aus seiner Rastlage heraus nach unten zu ziehen, und zwar so weit, bis die Tube 4 aus dem Aufnahmebehältnis 1 herausgenommen werden kann. Nach Gebrauch kann die Tube leicht wieder in das Aufnahmebehältnis eingebracht werden, und der als federnde Zunge ausgebildete Deckel 2 braucht nur durch leichten Druck wieder in seine Rastlage gebracht zu werden. Unter Umständen genügt auch schon das durch die Federzahl bedingte Rückstellmoment des Deckels dazu, diesen selbsttätig in seine Rastlage zurückzubringen. In Fig. 3 ist die Packung mit ausgebogenem Deckel bei teilweise entnommener Tube festgehalten.
Die zur Aufnahme eines Fläschchens dienende Klarsichtpackung gemäss den Figuren 4 bis 6 ist im Prinzip gleich ausgebildet wie die oben für die Tube beschriebene Packung. Das hier mit 12 bezeichnete Aufnahmebehältnis besitzt eine in Umfangsrichtung des Flaschenverschlusses 13 verlaufende Einschnürung 14 und die U-förmige Ausprägung 15 im Deckel 16 dient hierbei als Auflager für den eigentlichen Flaschenkörper 17. Die Arretierung des Deckels im Aufnahmebehältnis durch entsprechende Hinterschnitte bzw. Nasen entspricht der anhand der Figuren 1 bis 3 beschriebenen, desgleichen die Befestigung des Deckels an den ebenen Flächen des Aufnahmebehältnisses. Schliesslich weist das Aufnahmebehältnis ebenfalls eine Griffnut 18 auf.
Klarsichtpackungen der vorbeschriebenen Art lassen sich aus tiefziehfähigen Folien in der Weise herstellen, dass das Behältnis und der Deckel jeweils getrennt voneinander auf einer Tiefziehtrommel unter Anwendung von Vakuum und Wärme geformt werden und der Deckel nach Eingabe des Füllguts und gegebenenfalls eines Prospekts 19 (Fig. 2) in das Behältnis mit diesem durch Siegelung oder Schweissung so fest verbunden wird, dass die Sterilität der Packung gewährleistet ist.
Eine andere Herstellungsmöglichkeit besteht darin, die Folien mit Hilfe von Positivformen nach Erwärmung durch Druckluft zu verformen. Bei der erstmaligen Verwendung ist der Deckel von der Behältnisunterseite so weit abzuziehen, bis der unlösbare Verbindungsbereich des Deckels mit dem Behältnis erreicht ist. Die hierdurch erzielbare Öffnung ist so gross, dass der Inhalt ohne Schwierigkeiten entnehmbar ist.
Des weiteren besteht die Möglichkeit, den als Aufnahmebehältnis dienenden Formhohlkörper zusammen mit dem Deckel aus einem einzigen Folienteil mittels einer geeigneten Form ebenfalls unter Verwendung von Wärme und Vakuum oder Druck herzustellen. Dadurch wird erreicht, dass Behältnis und Deckel eine zusammenhängende Einheit bilden, die durch Umbiegen und Eindrücken des Deckels in die Rastlage zur geschlossenen Packung wird.
Transparent packaging
The invention relates to a transparent package which consists of a hollow molded body which is open on one side and which is used as a receptacle for the goods to be packaged and a cover that closes it. The requirement was to make such packs stable, stackable and with easy-to-write surfaces and also to provide them with a dust-tight closure that ensures the sterility of the pack in the dosage form and can be opened and closed as often as desired for use of the pack.
According to the invention, a fraction of its length of the lid is inextricably linked to the container, while its remaining length is detachable, and the detachable lid part, which is free after the initial removal, forms a resilient tongue which has an undercut extension that can be snapped into a corresponding undercut in the container is. In order to avoid difficulties when opening such a pack, it has proven to be useful to provide a grip groove in the receptacle such that a cavity is created between the top of the lid and part of the underside of the receptacle, so that the lid can be seen from above is accessible and can be easily removed from its locking position.
In the cover itself, stiffening ribs can be drawn in, which engage in corresponding features of the container wall and at the same time form an additional seal of the package against the entry of dust through a suitable design.
The permanent connection of the lid to the receptacle can be achieved by welding or sealing; if necessary, receptacle and cover can also be connected to one another by means of suitable clips.
Of course, this connection of the lid to the receptacle can also take place exclusively by means of suitable clamps, provided that this does not jeopardize the sterility of the pack. In the area of the union with the lid, the receptacle is best designed with flat surfaces for processing reasons. The releasable connection of the rest of the cover part can also be designed as a weld seam.

In FIGS. 1 to 3, the hollow molded body serving as the receptacle, which is obtained from a transparent plastic film to be processed from the roll, is denoted by 1, while 2 represents a lid closing the receptacle 1 open at the bottom. The hollow body 1 has constrictions 3, which serve on the one hand to fix the tube 4 in place and on the other hand enable a wider weld or seal seam, which clearly limits the tearability of the seam and prevents it from being torn completely. The flat lower support surface 5 of the hollow body serves to accommodate the cover 2, which in the example is permanently welded to the support surfaces 5 of the receptacle along the solid line. On the other hand, it can be released along the circumferential area indicated by dashed lines.
In the rear wall 6 of the receptacle 1, an undercut 7 is embossed into which the nose-shaped extension 8 of the lid engages. Furthermore, the receptacle has a grip groove 9 which makes the lid accessible for the purpose of opening. The lid itself is provided with stiffening ribs 10 which engage in corresponding embossments 11 of the receptacle.
To remove the tube, the cover 2, which is accessible through the grip groove 9, must be pulled down from its latching position until the tube 4 can be removed from the receptacle 1. After use, the tube can easily be put back into the receptacle, and the cover 2, which is designed as a resilient tongue, only needs to be brought back into its locking position by applying slight pressure. Under certain circumstances, the restoring torque of the cover caused by the number of springs is sufficient to automatically bring it back into its locking position. In Fig. 3, the pack is held with the bent lid with the tube partially removed.
The transparent pack according to FIGS. 4 to 6, which is used to hold a vial, is basically of the same design as the pack described above for the tube. The receptacle designated here with 12 has a constriction 14 running in the circumferential direction of the bottle closure 13 and the U-shaped expression 15 in the lid 16 serves as a support for the actual bottle body 17. The locking of the lid in the receptacle by corresponding undercuts or noses corresponds to With reference to Figures 1 to 3, as well as the attachment of the lid to the flat surfaces of the receptacle. Finally, the receptacle also has a grip groove 18.
Transparent packs of the type described above can be produced from thermoformable foils in such a way that the container and the lid are each formed separately from one another on a thermoforming drum using vacuum and heat and the lid after entering the contents and possibly a brochure 19 (Fig. 2 ) is so firmly connected to the container by sealing or welding that the sterility of the pack is guaranteed.
Another manufacturing option is to deform the foils with the help of positive molds after they have been heated by compressed air. When using for the first time, the lid must be pulled off the underside of the container until the non-detachable connection area between the lid and the container is reached. The opening that can be achieved in this way is so large that the contents can be removed without difficulty.
Furthermore, there is the possibility of producing the hollow molded body serving as the receptacle together with the cover from a single film part by means of a suitable mold, likewise using heat and vacuum or pressure. This ensures that the container and lid form a coherent unit which, by bending over and pressing the lid into the locking position, becomes a closed pack.
