Behälter mit einer längs Perforationslinien in Zellstofftupfer zertrennbare Zellstoffbahn
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Behälter mit einer längs Perforationslinien in Zellstofftupfer zertrennbare Zelistoffbahn.
Bei solchen Zellstoffbahnen ist üblich, sie in grosser Breite in Zick-Zack-Lagen anzuliefern. Zur Gewinnung von Tupfern muss sie der Endverbraucher in Tupfer zertrennen, um diese dann zu handlichen Stapeln aufzuschichten und in irgendwelchen Behältern bereitzuhalten. Um dem Benutzer diese umfangreiche Vorarbeit zu ersparen und das Abreissen von Tupfern von der Rolle unmittelbar vor Gebrauch zu ermöglichen, sieht die Erfindung vor, dass der Behälter für eine zu einer Rolle von der Breite von nur wenigen Tupfern gewickelte Bahn als Ausgabebehälter ausgebildet ist, an dem ein der Bahnbreite entsprechender Behälterschlitz für das Herausziehen des freien Bahnendes vorgesehen ist. Dadurch kann der Tupfervorrat in zusammenhängender Bahn bleiben und ist besser geschützt als bei üblichem Stapeln sowie trotzdem im erforderlichen Umfang leicht zugänglich.
Vorteilhaft ist, wenn der Behälter für eine Rolle von der Breite von höchstens zwei Tupfern bemessen ist. Dies ermöglicht ein einfaches Abreissen von Tupfern über die ganze Bahnbreite und gestattet, den Behälter mit seiner Standfläche so schmal zu halten, dass er leicht auf Arbeitstischen neben anderen Utensilien untergebracht werden kann.
Zweckmässig ist, wenn der Behälterschlitz im unteren Teil der Behälterwand vorgesehen ist. Dann kann die Bahn in im wesentlichen waagrechter Richtung tangential von der Rolle abgezogen werden.
Die Erfindung kann dadurch ergänzt werden, dass der Schlitz durch eine im Bereich seiner Unterkante angelenkte, ihn abdeckende Klappe verschliessbar ist, die bis zur Waagerechten abklappbar und dann als Auflage für das Rollenende vorgesehen ist. Dadurch bietet sich auf der Klappe das Bahnende stets griffbereit an.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung dargestellt. Es zeigen:

Der zweiteilige Behälter 10 umfasst im wesentlichen einen Behälter-Bodenteil 12 und eine Behälterhaube 11. Die Haube kann auf niedere Führungsleisten 1 2a des Bodenteils aufgesteckt werden und weist selbst Aussparungen lla auf, die diese Führungsleisten 12a bei geschlossenem Behälter aufnehmen.
In einer der beiden kurzen Seitenwände 12b des Bodenteils 12 ist ein Schlitz 12c rechteckigen Umrisses vorgesehen, dessen Oberkante 12ca parallel zur Standfläche des Behälters 10 und etwa in der halben Höhe des Bodenteils 12 verläuft. Oberhalb dse Schlitzes ist die Wand des Bodenteils 12 bei 12d parallel zu sich selbst auf Schlitzbreite und bis zu einem gewissen Abstand von der Oberkante des Behälterunterteils gegen das Behälterinnere zurückversetzt.
Im Bereich der Unterkante 12cb des Schlitzes 12c ist eine Klappe 13 angelenkt, die in hochgeklapptem, d. h. schliessendem Zustand sowohl den Schlitz 12c als auch die zurückversetzte Wandfläche 12d verdeckt und andererseits nur bis zur Horizontalen abklappbar ist.
Sie ist durch hochgezogene Klappenränder 13a schwach schalenförmig ausgebildet, so dass, wenn sie zugeklappt ist, zwischen ihrer dann nach dem Behälterinneren gekehrten Oberfläche 13b und der versetzten Wandfläche 1 2d ein Hohlraum entsteht, der von aussen unzugänglich ist. Ausserdem weist sie einen Griff 13c auf.
In dem Behälter 10 ist eine schmale Zellstoffbahn untergebracht, die zu einer Rolle 14 aufgewickelt ist und aus über Perforierungen noch zusammenhängenden Zellstofftupfern 14a besteht. An die Rollenbreite ist die lichte Weite des Behälters angepasst. Das freie Ende 14b der Rolle 14 liegt bei geöffneter Klappe 13 griffbereit in der schalenförmigen Klappe, die gerade die Rollenbahnbreite aufnimmt.
Dieses griffbereite Anbieten der Tupferbahn gestattet dem Benutzer, das Rollenende 14b leicht zu fassen und die benötigte Anzahl von Tupfern, gegebenenfalls nach weiterem Herausziehen des Rollenendes, bequem, gegebenenfalls an der freien Randkante der ge öffneten oder geschlossenen Klappe, abreissen zu können, ohne die restliche Rolle zu berühren.
Werden keine weiteren Tupfer mehr benötigt, so kann man das Rollenende 14b in der schalenartigen Klappe 13 liegen lassen und sie durch Hochklappen schliessen. Da das Rollenende 14b nun in dem oben erwähnten Hohlraum liegend das Schliessen der Klappe 13 nicht stört, ist es nicht notwendig, das Rollenende vor dem Schliessen in den Behälter 10 durch den Schlitz 1 2c zurückzustopfen oder nutzlos abzureissen. Nach dem Öffnen der Klappe 13 liegt das Rollenende 1 4b wieder griffbereit.

The invention relates to a container with a web of fabric which can be separated into cellulose swabs along perforation lines.
In the case of such pulp webs, it is customary to deliver them in large widths in zigzag layers. To obtain swabs, the end user has to separate them into swabs in order to then pile them up in handy stacks and keep them ready in any kind of container. In order to save the user this extensive preparatory work and to enable swabs to be torn off from the roll immediately before use, the invention provides that the container is designed as a dispensing container for a web wound into a roll of only a few swabs a container slot corresponding to the web width is provided for pulling out the free web end. As a result, the swab supply can remain in a coherent path and is better protected than with conventional stacking and nevertheless easily accessible to the required extent.
It is advantageous if the container is dimensioned for a roll with a width of at most two swabs. This enables swabs to be easily torn off across the entire width of the web and allows the container with its base to be kept so narrow that it can easily be placed on work tables next to other utensils.
It is useful if the container slot is provided in the lower part of the container wall. The web can then be drawn off tangentially from the roll in a substantially horizontal direction.
The invention can be supplemented by the fact that the slot can be closed by a flap which is hinged in the area of its lower edge and covers it, which can be folded down to the horizontal and is then provided as a support for the end of the roll. This means that the end of the web is always ready to hand on the flap.

The two-part container 10 essentially comprises a container bottom part 12 and a container hood 11. The hood can be slipped onto lower guide strips 1 2a of the base part and itself has recesses 11a which receive these guide strips 12a when the container is closed.
A slot 12c of rectangular outline is provided in one of the two short side walls 12b of the bottom part 12, the upper edge 12ca of which runs parallel to the standing surface of the container 10 and approximately half the height of the bottom part 12. Above the slot, the wall of the bottom part 12 is set back at 12d parallel to itself to the width of the slot and up to a certain distance from the upper edge of the lower container part towards the interior of the container.
In the area of the lower edge 12cb of the slot 12c, a flap 13 is hinged, which in the folded-up, i.e. H. In the closing state, both the slot 12c and the recessed wall surface 12d are covered and, on the other hand, can only be folded down to the horizontal.
It is formed slightly shell-shaped by raised flap edges 13a, so that when it is closed, a cavity is created between its surface 13b, which is then turned towards the inside of the container, and the offset wall surface 1 2d, which is inaccessible from the outside. It also has a handle 13c.
A narrow cellulose web is accommodated in the container 10, which is wound into a roll 14 and consists of cellulose swabs 14a which are still connected via perforations. The clear width of the container is adapted to the roll width. When the flap 13 is open, the free end 14b of the roller 14 is within easy reach in the shell-shaped flap which just takes up the width of the roller conveyor.
This ready-to-hand offering of the swab web allows the user to easily grasp the roll end 14b and to be able to easily tear off the required number of swabs, if necessary after further pulling out the roll end, if necessary at the free edge of the opened or closed flap, without the rest Touch roll.
If no more swabs are needed, the end of the roll 14b can be left in the shell-like flap 13 and closed by folding it up. Since the roll end 14b lying in the above-mentioned cavity does not interfere with the closing of the flap 13, it is not necessary to stuff the roll end back through the slot 1 2c through the slot 1 2c or to tear it off uselessly before closing it into the container 10.
