Verfahren aufgewickeltes und umschnürtes Drahtgitter bzw. Drahtnetz
Fig. 2 eine Seitenansicht in Richtung des Pfeiles II in Fig. 1,
Bewehrungsmatte 3 umschliessende vom Umreifungsband
6 gebildete Schlinge zusammengezogen.
Method for winding up wire mesh or wire mesh and for tying the wound wire mesh or wire mesh, device for carrying out the method and according to the
Process of wound and tied wire mesh or wire mesh
The patent relates to a method for winding up wire mesh or wire netting and for tying the wound wire mesh or wire netting, a device for carrying out the method and wire mesh or wire netting wound and tied around according to the method.
Wire grids or wire nets, for example spot-welded reinforcement mats, the extended length of which exceeds the length of the loading surfaces of the means of transport, are usually wound up and, after being wound up, tied together, in particular tied. In general, the wire mesh or mesh is used immediately after its manufacture, e.g. immediately after leaving the mesh welding machine, wound up by a rewinder. Up to now, tying has been done by placing a steel band tying around the wound wire mesh or wire netting by hand in the winding machine, stretching it and closing it, or by temporarily stitching the wire mesh or wire netting together in the winding machine and tying it outside this machine.
In the method according to the invention, the strapping element, which is drawn off from a delivery spool and used for tying, is pushed into an at least approximately circular guide path running in front of the end face of the winding drum to form a loop. After being wound up, the wire mesh or wire mesh is axially displaced so far that the guide track surrounds the point of the wound wire mesh or wire mesh that is to be tied around. The loop is then drawn and tensioned by pulling back the constriction element held at the end, closed by means of a closure device brought up to its end and cut off from the rest of the constriction element at the closure point.
The device according to the invention for carrying out the method according to the invention has a winding drum for the wire mesh or wire net, an approximately circular guide track arranged in front of an end face of the winding drum for the tying element used for tying, for tangentially pushing this element into the guide track and for pulling it back serving means of transport, a locking device for the constriction element which can be displaced at right angles to the geometric axis of the guideway, a pair of scissors for the constriction element and a device for axially displacing the wound wire mesh or wire net.
As Umschnürungseiemente strapping tapes, wires, ropes and the like come into consideration.
In the drawing, exemplary embodiments of the device according to the invention are shown schematically.
In connection with this, the method according to the invention is also explained, for example. Show it:
1 shows an end view of a first embodiment of a device for winding and tying spot-welded reinforcement mats,
Fig. 2 is a side view in the direction of arrow II in Fig. 1,
3 shows a partial front view of a second embodiment of the device,
FIG. 4 shows a partial side view in the direction of arrow IV in FIG. 3.
The device according to FIGS. 1 and 2 has a winding drum 1 which is rotatably mounted at one end in a bearing block 2. Means, not shown, serve to fasten the beginning of a reinforcement mat to be wound up on the winding drum 1 and to rotate the winding drum for winding up the reinforcement mat. A rolled up reinforcement mat is indicated in phantom in FIGS. 1 and 2 and denoted by 3. A stripping ring 30 sits loosely on the winding drum 1. This stripping ring 30 is carried by two strips 31, which are guided in the bearing block 2 so that they can be moved longitudinally and are connected to a forward and backward pushing device through which the stripping ring can be moved to axially move the wound reinforcement mat 3 .
This feed-back device is not shown in the drawing, it can consist, for example, of a rack and pinion drive, the bars 31 being designed as racks.
On the side of the winding drum 1 facing away from the bearing block 2 there is a unit 4 comprising the strapping device.
This unit 4 has two transport rollers 5, which are connected to a drive device (not shown), for a strapping tape 6, indicated by dashed lines, to be withdrawn from a reel (not shown), a guide track 7 used to form a loop of the strapping tape, a tensioning device 8 for the strapping tape, one as a closing device for the Strapping band serving spot welding device 9, of which only the secondary winding of the welding transformer and the two welding electrodes connected to this winding are shown, and a pair of scissors 10 for cutting off the band after strapping. The guide track 7 is circular with a short interruption at which the transport rollers 5 tangentially feed the strapping 6 to the inner surface of the guide track.
The unit 4 is mounted to be vertically displaceable by means of guides 11 and is provided with a hydraulic lifting device. The hydraulic lifting device has two cylinders 12 and 13 communicating with one another. The piston 131 of the cylinder 13 is connected to the unit 4. The piston 121 of the cylinder 12 is driven by a rack 14 in which a gear 15 engages, which is seated on a shaft 16. The shaft 16 is mounted in two bearing columns 17 and carries two arms 18 rigidly connected to it, at the free end of which a roller 19 is freely rotatably mounted, which rests on approximately the highest point of the wound reinforcement mat 3 when the device is in operation.
The length of the arms 18, the diameter of the gear 15, the lengths of the piston rods and the areas of the pistons 121 and 131 are dimensioned so that the welding device 9 is always the same distance from the geometric axis of the winding roller 1 as the roller 19 achieves that the welding device 9 is always located in the outermost position of the same, regardless of the respective outer diameter of the wound wire mesh 3, when the same is shifted to the left into the guide 7 in FIG.
The mode of operation of the device according to FIGS. 1 and 2 is as follows: The reinforcing mat coming from a mesh welding machine (not shown) is wound onto the winding drum 1. The roller 19 has the effect that the first turn lies snugly against the winding drum 1 and each further turn lies snugly against the previously wound turn. During the winding up, the roller 19 is lifted in accordance with the increase in the outer diameter of the wound reinforcement mat 3. The unit 4 is lowered to the same extent, so that the welding point of the welding device 9 is always aligned with the deepest surface line of the wound reinforcement mat 3. The arms 18 pivot upwards, as a result of which the rack 14 and with it the piston 121 of the hydraulic cylinder 12 is raised.
As a result, the liquid under the pressure exerted by the force of gravity of the unit 4 on the piston 131 of the hydraulic cylinder 13 can escape from the cylinder 13 into the cylinder 12, the working space of which is becoming larger. Since the parts 18, 15, 121 and 131 are dimensioned as specified above, the welding device is always in a position in which its welding point is aligned with the deepest surface line of the wound reinforcement mat. During the winding of the reinforcement mat, the transport rollers 5 are driven, which promote the strapping 6 in Fig. 1 from left to right and push into the guide track 7, the strap slides counterclockwise along the guide track and forms a loop.
The drive of the transport rollers 5 is continued until the strapping 6 at the welding point of the welding device 9 overlaps where the free

Funds is held. When the predetermined length of the reinforcement mat, which can be monitored as a function of the position of the lever 18 or the number of transverse wires, is wound up and possibly cut off, the winding drum 1 is rotated so far that the free end of the wound
Reinforcement mat 3 is pressed on by roller 19.
Then the winding drum 1 with the wound reinforcement mat 3 is pushed so far to the left in Fig. 2 by means of the stripping ring 30 that it protrudes through the guide track 7 and a point to be umrei fende of the wound reinforcement mat 3 is within the lying in the guide track 7 Loop of the strapping 6 is located. The deepest is here
Place of the guide track 7, on which the Schweissvor device 9 is arranged, at the outermost position of the wire mesh wound on. Then the transport rollers 5 are driven in the direction in which they
Pull back the strapping 6, i.e. pull it from right to left in FIG. 1. This will make the wound
Reinforcement mat 3 enclosing the strapping
6 formed loop tightened.
This loop is then tensioned taut by means of the tensioning device 8, and in the tensioned state is by means of the
Welding device 9 closed the strapping by the overlapping parts of the strapping
6 connected to one another by spot welding. The (not shown) means that the free
Hold the end of the strapping, are released, and the scissors 10 wmf put into operation to separate the order of the strapping from the adjacent part of the strapping. Then the Transportrol len 5 are driven to prepare a new loop in the conveying direction, the wound reinforcement mat by means of the stripping ring 30 in another position assigned to a second strapping to be produced and the strapping process repeated to produce the second strapping.
Depending on the width of the rolled up reinforcement mat, one or more straps are carried out in the manner described.
Finally, the wound and strapped reinforcement mat is completely stripped from the winding roller 1, and the stripping ring 30 is retracted into the position shown in Fig. 2, the winding of the next reinforcement mat enabling position.
The device according to FIGS. 3 and 4 differs from that shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 by other means for raising and lowering the unit 4. According to FIGS. 3 and 4, the unit 4 with the piston 20 is a hydraulic one
Cylinder 21 connected, the working chamber by means of a controllable valve 22 either with an oil pressure line 23 or a relief line 24 can be connected ver. A pump 25 and a spring-loaded Ent relief valve 26 hold in line 23 a vorbe certain pressure of the oil from the container 27 upright.
During the winding up of the reinforcement mat, the hydraulic cylinder 21 with the relief line
24 connected. The unit 4 is in its lowest position shown, in which the Füh tion 7 is coaxial with the take-up drum 1. One or more rollers (not shown) (which correspond to roller 19 in FIGS. 1 and 2) are used when winding the reinforcement mat, the first turn to the winding drum 1 and each further turn to the underlying turn and at the end of the winding the free end the reinforcement mesh.
After the winding has ended, while a strapping loop has been prepared as described in connection with FIGS. 1 and 2, the wound reinforcement mat 3 is pushed to the left in FIG. 4 by means of the stripping ring 30 so far that the prepared strapping loop extends is located at a point to be strapped on the rolled up reinforcement mat. The hydraulic cylinder 21 is then connected to the oil pressure line 23 by actuating the valve 22. As a result, the unit 41 is lifted and the welding device 9 is pressed against the wound reinforcement mat 3 with a certain force that can be set at the overpressure valve 26.
The strapping loop is then pulled together by driving the transport rollers 5 against their conveying direction. The other strapping operations are already described in connection with FIGS. 1 and 2. After actuation of the scissors 10, the hydraulic cylinder 21 is relieved by actuation of the valve 22, whereby the unit 4 returns to the lowest position shown.
In the exemplary embodiments shown in the drawing, the wiper ring 30 is relatively narrow, so that it only engages the innermost turns of the wound reinforcement mat 3. The wiper ring can also be wider, e.g. have a larger outside diameter, in which case it necessarily has a recess which is assigned to the arm 18 facing the bearing block 2 and the roller 19 and makes it possible to strip off a wound reinforcement mat, the outside winding diameter of which is smaller than the outside diameter of the scraper ring, whereby the recess prevents the scraper ring from hitting the arm 18 and the roller 19.
