Reinforcement for concrete construction and a method for producing it. The subject matter of the invention is reinforcement for concrete construction and a method for producing it.
Reinforcements are known in various forms. For example, reinforcement mats are used, which are made from individual bars that are joined together like a grid by welding. Furthermore, we know of individual rebars that are used in combination with a large number of steels or with reinforcement mats. Such rods are used by binding, welding and the like. At the crossing points or at individual crossing points ver.
One also knows such mats that are reinforced in the middle area or at the edge.
Reinforcements of the aforementioned type essentially have the disadvantage that a connection at the crossing points of the bars is essential.
According to the invention it is therefore proposed to use at least one slotted belt in which - held by the meshes bent out of the plane - longitudinal and / or transverse rods are inserted.
Slotted ribbons should be understood to mean ribbons that are slit in places. These slots can be parallel to one another, be of different lengths or the same length and can be provided in any number. These slots do not need to be smooth. The strip surface or the edge of the slot can have roughening.
Slotted strips of the type described above can also be made of plastic or provided with reinforcements, for example made of metal, or individual or all reinforcement rods made of plastic can be used.
The method for producing the reinforcement according to the invention is characterized in that the slotted strip is provided with means or measures reducing the risk of tearing at least in the end area of an incision, such as deformation or galissing by rolling or an impact in a limited area or by corresponding Formation of the cutting knife produced and that you insert the rods into this slit band.
The invention will then be explained using, for example, figures. It shows: FIG. 1 in a diagrammatic representation a section of a reinforcement, FIG. 2 a cross section of two bars of the reinforcement according to FIG. 1 in section, FIG. 3 a plan view of a detail of a further embodiment of a reinforcement, 4 shows a section through a reinforcement parallel to the cutting lines of the slotted strip, FIG. 5 shows a rod with:
a plastic application, Fig. 6 a further embodiment of a reinforcement in a diagrammatic representation, Fig. 7 is a plan view of a section of a slotted band, Fig. 8 is a section through a slotted band reinforced with ribs, Fig. 9 is a section through a post-rolled one Slot tape with points of changed structure, Fig. 10 a tubular reinforcement in cross section,
Fig. 11 is an illustration of a further Ausfüh approximately form of a tubular reinforcement in cross section.
In Figure 1 it is indicated how, for example, a rod 1 can be inserted into the not (or only slightly) extended slit band. If you pull the slit band apart according to the arrow 5 and rotate the rod 1 according to the arrow 6, then this rod 1 - as far as this allows the nodes - a position that can speak about the rod 2 ent. In order to achieve this position, it will be useful. The slots to ma chen different so that z. B. the distance 7 is less than the other distances or similar.
The rod 1 can also be arranged as a line wire (ie not as a diagonal rod, as shown in FIG. 1). You can also see a cross wire 2 before. In many cases, however, only one rod arrangement is sufficient, because the slotted strip itself shows a very high level of strength in conjunction with the inserted rods.
FIG. 2 shows in principle how, for example, at one or many points of intersection between two bars 8, 9, a strip of tape 4 is arranged. Such an arrangement can save a large number of rods and also achieve a very firm hold of the slit band / longitudinal rod and / or transverse rod.
The reinforcement arrangement can be provided with fixed or easily removable spacers.
, At some or all of the intersection points of the parts forming the reinforcement, plastic connections (plastic drops or plastic sheathing) can be attached if it turns out that this ensures an even better hold of the reinforcement system.
Finally, the plastic can also be colored in order to create markings for different reinforcement units.
FIG. 3 shows the basic arrangement in which a slit band 2a is provided here with a rod 6a which is inserted through the mesh of the slit band. A plastic sheath 8a is provided on the rod, which completely surrounds the rod and the strip of tape in the course of the node point.
One could, of course, also see an application of plastic at the point on the rod indicated by the arrow 13a so that the rod cannot slip.
The edges 14a can be sharp or wave-shaped; The Bandstrei fen 10a are then formed accordingly. The tape strips can already be preformed, as can be seen in the section in FIG. The rod 6a is then pushed through the meshes 3a formed in this way and is then held by an overlying strip of tape 4a and a strip of tape provided below it - offset.
A plastic plate 7a can be seen in the rod 1a shown here (FIG. 4). This can be provided between the contact surface strip 5a / rod 1a and melted in order to create a better connection.
Figure 5 shows a rod 17a, the Kunststofferhöhun gene 15a (these can be of any shape). A tape strip 16a is shown in section. This tape strip 16a is embedded between two plastic elevations 15a so that the rod cannot slip. A large number of such arrangements are conceivable.
The arrangement according to FIG. 6 differs from that according to FIG. 3 - apart from the diagrammatic representation - in that a plastic end node 11a is provided on the rod 1 a and a plastic end node 9 a on the opposite side. This is at a short distance from the last of the tape strips 4a, so that the rod can still be moved by a small amount if necessary.
Of course, this plastic end node 9a can also be provided directly on the edge of the tape strip 4a.
FIG. 7 shows a plan view of the attachment of slots 2b through cutouts of a corresponding width with rounded ends, so that it is difficult to tear.
Such slots formed by cutouts have the advantage that the rods can also be inserted more easily if necessary.
FIG. 7 also shows (indicated by lines) how a delimitation strip 3b can be attached (e.g. welded) to one or both sides of a sheet metal or on one or both ends of a slot 2b in order to prevent tearing (further tearing) ) of the sheet metal.
The sectional figure 8 shows that the sheet metal 1b can carry elevations 4b. These elevations 4b can be attached in the end area of the incision or similarly as a continuous strip, as indicated in Figure 7 under number 3b, but this strip 4b extends at least to the end of the incision (so sits further to the left).
If the material 1b is now rolled, the result is a sheet metal, as shown in FIG. 9, the structure of which is not homogeneous, but rather has a compression in the area 5b, that is, where the slot ends.
The slit tape 1c is approximately circular in itself attached ge closed; the rods 3c are inserted through the meshes 2c.
This system is now covered in a known manner with concrete and then results in a self-contained pipe.
This representation (from above) in FIG. 10 is supplemented by FIG. 11. Here, a similar system is shown plus the curved cross bars 4e, 5c and 6c. These three representations show how the rods can be inserted and bent, for example, whereby these rods can of course lie in different planes. The slotted band 7c here embraces both the transverse and the vertical rods together or individually, often multiple times or only once.
The cross bars can on average be weaker than the longitudinal bars or vice versa, depending on the degree of strength that is to be achieved. It is also not absolutely necessary - as shown - that the free ends of the cross bars have to overlap, although this is useful.
The illustration shown here shows longitudinal and transverse rods in two mutually perpendicular planes. But this is not mandatory. For example, the longitudinal bars 8c can be directed at an angle to the horizontal. The cross bars 4c to 6c can run obliquely, that is, deviating from the horizontal, a can be brought.
The rods can be guided in the slit band, leaving out at least one mesh each. This bracket is sufficient for many purposes, because the extended slotted strips in conjunction with ribbed rods have such a strength that it is no longer possible to move the rods. In addition, tests have shown that the slotted strip itself replaces, for example, transverse bars in terms of strength, or longitudinal bars.
In a preferred embodiment, the bars are accommodated lying approximately diagonally in the slotted belt. This type of arrangement allows the bars with the slotted belts (reinforcement) to be transported well because they are not space-consuming. If you want to use the full width of the reinforcement at the construction site, for example, you pull the slotted band apart and guide the previously diagonal bars in the direction of the transverse position to the slotted band.
During the production of the slotted belts, you can already see bends on the slotted belts through which you can then more easily guide the rods. These bends can be larger than the wire diameter.
In order to increase the adhesion, which will generally be sufficient, the cut edges of the slit strips can be made to run in a wave-like manner. You can also provide punchings in the course of the cut surfaces, namely where the rod is to be inserted later. These cutouts should preferably be smaller than the rod diameter; but since the slotted tapes are warped, the punchings will in many cases also be larger.
The slit bands are z. B. made so that you choose a band of the desired width and accordingly provides long cuts; the incision in one row ends roughly where the node of the next row is. However, instead of the parallel cutting line, it is also possible to carry out these diagonal and parallel or all cutting lines converging.
When manufacturing you can start with a ribbon in Rol lenform (wound) and after slitting the ribbon roll up again or cut straight to lengths.
Breakthroughs can also be arranged at the junctions of the slotted strips; here you can insert cross bars.
The slotted strips can be reinforced or weakened in the area of the edge zone or also in the central area.
But you can also introduce stronger bars in the edge area than in the central area or vice versa (randver reinforced or edge weakened mats), depending on how the Mastungsfat dictates.
The slotted strips can also be provided with incisions of different lengths; the width of the band can also be designed differently. It is also conceivable to choose the width of the individual cutting paths of the slotted strips differently. Thanks to the measures described above, it is now possible to enable any division in the longitudinal and transverse direction.
In connection with the slotted belts, double and / or triple bars or the like can be used; the axial dimensioning of the longitudinal and / or transverse rods can be kept as desired (e.g. according to the torque curve).
In a particular embodiment, a tape strip of a slit tape should be inserted at the crossing points of two bars. The individual tape strips of the slit tapes are thus arranged in such a way that they are preferably sandwiched between two crossing rods.
In the case of certain requirements and to achieve greater security, however, additional fastening at the connection points between tape strips and rod is carried out by means of plastic, for example by only providing the plastic in the course of the contacting points - tape strip / rod.
But you can also form nodes on the rod so that it is no longer possible to move the rod in its axial direction or in a direction deviating therefrom.
It is also possible to provide a complete sheathing with plastic, which therefore completely or partially encompasses the rod and the strip of tape at the respective crossing point.
The plastic can, for example, be provided beforehand on the rod at the connection points to be seen (form a coating), then insert the rod and heat the plastic again so that the rod / tape strip connection can form: But you can also - for example on the Construction site - with a simple hand tool after pulling the slit tape apart, d. H. so z. B. after the formation of the mat, at some points pour plastic over the crossing points of the rod / strip of tape, thereby creating a connection.
In another embodiment, a plastic plate is placed between the rod and the tape strip and heated to create the connection.
But it is also conceivable to design the ribs (placement of elevations of any length and any format and any height) using plastic. Here, the ribbing can be higher in some places than in the others, so that the rod can no longer slide further in the event of excessive load or you can also abandon plastic and thus create a favorable connection or you can provide a few ribs higher, to create a stop for the tape strips.
You can also completely encase the rod as a whole or in individual places with plastic; the sharp edges of the tape then penetrate a little into the plastic and thus offer increased adhesion.
Finally, it is even possible to create the slotted strips from plastic, whereby the slotted strips can also be reinforced by completely or partially penetrating them with metal parts (strips, rods).
Another embodiment uses. a slit band made of metal and surrounds it with plastic. By heating at individual points similar to spot welding, you can then create the connection with the pushed-through rod and the strip in question.
The rods can be led diagonally to the mesh or along the junctions of the slit bands.
In a preferred embodiment, the band should have strength properties equivalent to those of the steel rods. The rods can be the same length, shorter or longer than the extended slit band.
Double and / or triple rods can be used in conjunction with the slit bands.
The elongated band body can be made usable ge in a corresponding arrangement for beams, supports, etc. This is done essentially by the fact that the stretched band body - seen in cross-section - is square or given an otherwise desired shape by bending. Here, too, the overlapping longitudinal edges can be fitted into one another.
How you can produce beams and supports in the manner described, other precast concrete parts, such as baskets, any cross-sectional shape can be produced.
According to a further feature, the risk of tearing is to be eliminated at least in the end area of an incision of such a slit band, or at least greatly reduced by taking appropriate measures, such as solidifying the sheet metal in the end area of an incision to prevent the incision from tearing further to prevent.
This hardening can be done in two different ways, for example the sheet metal material is rolled a little thinner in this area and thus a structural change and greater hardening are achieved, or the material is allowed to protrude more and the sheet is continuously rolled to a desired thickness so that an additional solidification occurs here because of the originally stronger material.
The solidification of the material can also take place by appropriate training of the cutting knife or the cutting knife. The training also relates to the diameter of the cutting knife and the spacing and storage of the cutting knife, with the help of which the slots are cut into the bands.
The material thickness for the purpose of consolidation in the end area of the incisions can be set on one or both sides. The easiest way to do this is to place strips or pieces of sheet metal where the slot in the sheet metal ends. But you can bring about an enrichment of material here by appropriate rolling processes and then achieve solidification, as described above, by rolling to the same sheet thicknesses (equalize).
The applied material can be material of the same type. It can also be a different material, possibly also the same material with a different structure and the like.
In a further embodiment, the slots are formed not only by cutting, but by punching out sheet metal with rounded corners, the cutouts z. B. 0.5 to 5.0 mm (if necessary even more) can be.
In a further embodiment, the above-described slots or the simple known slots (only incisions) are provided and delimiting strips are applied on one or both sides in the area of the outlet of the slot. Such boundary strips can, for. B. be welded, glued, etc. If the material were to tear further in the direction of the slot, then the delimitation strip would provide a hold.
In terms of the method, the procedure is such that, as already explained, the material is rolled or, in each case, an impact is made in the end region of the slot. Such a blow in a limited area (similar to a blow with a hammer) solidifies the material here accordingly.
In such slit bands you can now - through their meshes - rods z. B. stuck vertically. The slotted strips have been pulled out beforehand or after the rods have been inserted.
The slotted belt system with rods inserted through the mesh is an extremely stable system, because the ribs with ribs cannot slip and the slotted belts guarantee good durability. Such reinforcement systems can now be bent as desired, i. H. are deformed because the slotted strips can be deformed very well with a corresponding thickness, even if the rods lie in the direction of deformation and / or at right angles to it.
It is not necessary to keep the tape thickness the same everywhere. Wherever special deformations are to be provided, the ligaments can also be weaker and stronger again in other, particularly stressed areas.
For example, you can put the rods through several slotted strips. The slit band can be made as desired, for example oval, ring-shaped, more angular, etc., so that any desired hollow body, in particular also tubes, can be formed from it.
The bars can also be arranged at an angle to the mesh.
The slotted strips with their inserted rods can now be provided several in a row, ie running parallel to one another, and thus form walls. The slotted bands can also be arranged in a divergent manner. This results in walls of different wall thicknesses. For example, you can tap the slot - z. B. two pieces with their rods - arrange at an angle, so that the foot of the wall to be formed is strong and the upper part is weak.
It goes without saying that the rods can also be shaped, in the course of their length, for example bending inwards, etc.
