Creme-Dose
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Creme-Dose, insbesondere für kosmetische Cremes.
Erfindungsgemäss zeichnet sich die Dose im wesentlichen dadurch aus, dass eine Hülle aus Kunststoff eine Glasur oder Glasur-Innenschicht aufweist.
Weitere Einzelheiten der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen, der Beschreibung und der Zeichnung, in welch letzterer die Dose dargestellt ist.

Bei der bekannten Dose nach Fig. 1, weist diese eine Aussenhülle 1 aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff, z. B.
Polysterol auf. In der Hülle 1 ist ein Kunststoffbehälter 2 eingesetzt, dessen Wandung und Boden im Abstand von der Innenwand und dem Boden der Hülle 1 liegen.
Der Abstand ist durch einen Ringanschlag 3 des Innenbehälters 2 gegen die Hülle 1 sowie durch einen Anschlag 4 am Boden der Hülle festgelegt. Auf der Höhe des Anschlages 3 ist die Aussenhülle 1 an der Innenhülle befestigt, z. B. verklebt.
Zwischen der Hülle 1 und dem Innenbehälter 2 ist durch die geschilderte Ausbildung und Anordnung der Teile 1 und 2 ein Hohlraum 5 gebildet, durch den und die meist dickwandige Innenhülle 2 die Dose von aussen besehen einen grösseren Creme-Inhalt verspricht als sie tatsächlich enthält, so dass eine gewisse Täuschung des kaufenden Publikums gegeben ist.
Die Erfindung beseitigt diese überstände und schlägt eine Ausführung vor, wie sie beispielsweise in Fig. 2 dargestellt ist, wo mit 6 eine äussere dünne Hülle bezeichnet ist, die aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff, vorzugsweise Polysterol, besteht. In die Hülle 6 ist die die Creme aufnehmende Innenschicht 7 spielfrei eingesetzt.
Die Innenschicht 7 besteht aus einem Behälter aus Glas oder sonst einer korrosions-, feuchtigkeits- und geruchsicheren Glasur. Die Innenschicht ist fest in die Hülle eingepresst; sie kann auch z. B. als Glasur aufgespritzt sein. Ferner kann auf die Innenschicht 7 die Hülle 6 aufgepresst oder aufgespritzt sein. Bei der Ausführung mit Pressitz der Hülle 6 in bezug auf die Innenschicht 7 kann der Hülle 6 das Aussehen einer glatten polierten Aussenfläche gegeben werden.
Die so ausgeführte Creme-Dose weist die in der Kosmetik verwendete zweiteilige Form auf, ohne dass in Ansehung der Dose falsche Schlüsse auf das Volumen des Inhaltes gezogen werden können.
Was den Verschluss der Dose betrifft, so kann dieser beliebig ausgebildet sein, z. B. in Form eines Deckels mit Schraub- oder Bajonett-Verschluss.

The distance is determined by a ring stop 3 of the inner container 2 against the shell 1 and by a stop 4 on the bottom of the shell. At the level of the stop 3, the outer shell 1 is attached to the inner shell, for. B. glued.
Between the shell 1 and the inner container 2 a cavity 5 is formed by the described design and arrangement of the parts 1 and 2, through which and the mostly thick-walled inner shell 2 the can from the outside promises a larger cream content than it actually contains, so that there is a certain deception of the buying public.
The invention eliminates these overhangs and proposes an embodiment as shown, for example, in FIG. 2, where 6 denotes an outer thin shell made of thermoplastic, preferably polystyrene. The inner layer 7, which receives the cream, is inserted into the casing 6 without play.
The inner layer 7 consists of a container made of glass or some other corrosion-, moisture- and odor-proof glaze. The inner layer is firmly pressed into the shell; it can also z. B. be sprayed on as a glaze. Furthermore, the shell 6 can be pressed or sprayed onto the inner layer 7. In the embodiment with a press fit of the shell 6 with respect to the inner layer 7, the shell 6 can be given the appearance of a smooth, polished outer surface.
The cream jar designed in this way has the two-part form used in cosmetics, without it being possible to draw incorrect conclusions about the volume of the contents with regard to the jar.
As far as the closure of the can is concerned, it can be designed as desired, e.g. B. in the form of a lid with screw or bayonet lock.
