Abstract

This silo is designed for accommodating different kinds of cement in powder form. The diametrical partitioning wall is used for separating different kinds of cement in powder form for example cement and powdered fly ash. The hollow wall is open at its lower end so that if loose powder material penetrated into this space it will fall out below and it is immediately detected. The cavity is formed between two wall plates. The horizontal spacing channel profile has a number of holes which are aligned vertically. These channels are used for stiffening the partition walls. The hole permits free fall of the powdered material.
