Programmable pneumo-hydraulic drive The invention relates to a programmable pneumohydraulic drive z. B. to generate ge rectilinear or pivoting movements. Universally programmable pneumohydraulic drives have not yet become known.
Pneumatic hydraulic drives, which are suitable to a certain extent for changing the speed, were previously built as piston gears in tandem design. Compressed air was applied to one piston alternately, while the other piston was held by an oil column which could flow to the other side of this piston via an adjustable throttle valve. A refill container is assigned to this system to compensate for leakage oil losses.
This control is not suitable for generating several path-dependent constant speeds. The cause is the existence of only one oil circuit, the flow rate of which can be determined by a mechanically operated throttle.
Furthermore, it is known to connect to compressed air-pressurized hy draulic memory via an adjustable throttle with the piston rod side of a shift cylinder and to apply the piston side of the cylinder to a pneumatic auxiliary pressure. This circuit was previously used for hydropneumatic cylinder timers ver. An application for the purpose of a programmable pneumatic-hydraulic drive has not yet become known, since the equipment-technical effort was too great.
It is the object of the invention to provide a programmable ble pneumatic-hydraulic drive z. B. for ge rectilinear or pivoting movements, which can be used with simple means and low pneumatic tables pressures in the pilot control for various constant speeds. The elements used for this purpose should be cheap and have a long lifespan, with the requirements regarding Sau berkeit the compressed air used should be in the normal operating conditions of mechanical engineering.
According to the invention, this object is achieved in that pressurized hydraulic accumulator with the interposition of pneumatically operated hydraulic throttle valves are connected to an input of motors executing straight or pivoting movements and a common pneumatic pressure source for the hydraulic accumulator and for the other input of the motor pneumatically operated directional valve can be connected alternately,
where all valves are connected to pneumatic directional control valves that are in engagement with a mechanical program carrier, the movements of which are carried out by a pneumatic mechanical drive, the Lokig control system of which consists of interlinkable pneumatic logic elements of the smallest construction, the inputs of which are path or time-dependent pneumatic or electrical impulses. The logic control consisting of pneumatic-logical elements expediently consists of a pneumatic-logical memory element, the L input of which is via OR or
AND elements with the interposition of pulse formers and optionally delay elements can be connected to pneumatic limit switches and its 0 input z. B. is connected to a lock the limit switch. The output of the pneumatic-logic storage element can be connected to a pneumatic actuator of the mechanical program carrier.
In the following, an exemplary embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawing. The drawing shows: Fig. 1: a circuit diagram of the entire control, Fig. 2: a circuit diagram of the pneumatic logic control.
A drum-shaped program carrier 1, which carries a program that can be changed by balls or pins 2 Darge on its circumference, is interchangeably connected to a ratchet mechanism 3, the drive member 4 of which consists of a lever pivotable about the axis of the drum-shaped program carrier 1 which the piston rod S of a pneumatic standing unit 6 is articulated. This setting unit 6 is spring-loaded on the piston rod side and is connected to the logic control 8 on the piston side by a line 7.
In addition, at the end positions of the drive member 4 pneumatic limit switches E; E2, which are also connected to the logic controller 8.
Underneath the program carrier 1, pneumatic directional control valves 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 are arranged in a row parallel to the axis of the program carrier 1, the number of which corresponds to that of the radial rows of balls of the program carrier 1 and to which an auxiliary pressure 16 is applied . Two of the directional control valves 9, 10 are connected to pneumatic actuators 17, 18 of two adjustable hydraulic throttle valves 19, 20.
These throttle valves 19, 20 are arranged in the oil line 21 of a hydropneumati's memory 22 one after the other. The oil line 21 is connected to the piston rod side of a hydraulic pneumatic motor 23. The piston side of this motor 23 is connected by a compressed air line 24 to a 4/2 way valve 25, at whose other connection the air line 26 of the hydropneumatic accumulator 22 is located.
The 4/2 way valve 25 is ruled out to a compressed air generator, not shown, and is provided with a pneumatic actuator 27 which is connected to a further directional control valve 11 of the program carrier 1.
On the piston rod 28 of the hydropneumatic motor 23, a number of pneumatic limit switches E3, E4 are BEFE Stigt next to each other, which are located via rows of cams 29 of a machine path control. These limit switches E3, E4 are connected to the logic controller 8.
The next way valve 12 of the program carrier 1 is connected to a pneumatic table actuator 30 of another 4/2 way valve 31, which is connected to the line of a compressed air generator not provided. A pneumatic actuating unit 32, which can be acted upon on both sides, is connected to the 4/2 way valve 31 and carries out the material feed.
For the stroke position and stroke size, two pneumatic limit switches E, E are arranged adjustably on the feed device (not shown) and are connected to the logic control 8. Another directional valve 13 of the program carrier 1 is connected to a pneumatic actuator 33 of a multi-disc clutch 34, which belongs to the switching device for the speed change or for the feed change.
Another directional control valve 14 of the programmer 1 is connected to a pneumatic actuator 35 of an electric contactor 36.
Furthermore, three pneumatic directional control valves 37, 38, 39, which are designed as manual buttons and to which an auxiliary pressure is applied, are seen for the - switching functions start, stop and actuation of the ratchet mechanism. The controlled lines of these directional control valves 37, 38, 39 are connected to the logic controller 8.
The drive members described are only part of the usually required for a machine drive. However, since the arrangement of the further drive members is largely the same as that described, the embodiment is not extended to it.
The logic controller 8 (Fig. 2) has the following construction: The output 40 of the logic controller 8 is connected to the pneumatic actuator 6 on the piston side of the program carrier 1 and comes via a pneumatic amplifier 41 from a pneumatic logic memory element 42. On the O- The input of the memory element 42 is the limit switch E2 of the ratchet switching mechanism 3 of the program carrier 1.
The output of an AND element 43 is connected to the L input of the memory element 42. One of the two inputs of the AND element 43 comes from an OR element 44. The other input is connected to the output of a further pneumatic logic memory element 45 .
At the O input of this storage element 45 is the directional control valve 39 designed as a hand switch for the stop signal and the directional control valve 37 \ for the start signal is located at the L input. The OR element 44 has two inputs, both of which are each verbun with an Ünd element 46, 47.
On one (47) of which is the controlled direction of a directional valve 15 of the program carrier 1 and the limit switch El of the ratchet mechanism 3 of the program carrier 1. This limit switch E is still connected to the one input of the other AND-member 46 connected that also the output of an OR element 48 is present. This has five inputs, each of which is connected to the output of a pulse shaper 49.
This pulse shaper 49 mainly have the task of maintaining the input z for an indefinite period of time. B. by pressing a hand switch into a time-limited pulse as an output. The inputs of the first and second pulse shaper 49 are connected to the limit switches E5, E, of the material feed device.
The third pulse shaper 49 is connected to the directional control valve 38, which is designed as a hand switch, for operating the ratchet mechanism 3. The limit switch Es of the machine travel control is located at the input of the fourth pulse shaper 49. The end position switch E4 of the machine travel control is connected to the fifth pulse shaper 49 with a timing element 50 interposed.
In the exemplary embodiment of the logic controller, not all locking conditions are contained by logical links. The locking conditions are determined by the technological processes on the machine, which is provided with the present drive, so that they can be solved differently, but using switching algebra.
The operation of the drive is as follows: By actuating the directional control valve 37 Start, provided that the drive element 4 of the ratchet mechanism 3 is completely returned by the spring of the pneumatic actuator 6, the pneumatic logic memory element 42 at the output 46 of the logic control 8 is activated Signal formed.
This goes increasingly to the pneumatic setting unit 6 of the ratchet switch mechanism 3, whereby the piston moves the ratchet mechanism 3 by one step and thereby actuates the limit switch E2. This operation deletes the output from the pneumatic-logic memory element 42 and prevents its activation until the limit switch E is pressed by returning the drive element 4.
This first step of the ratchet mechanism 3 has moved the first row of balls of the program carrier 1 via its directional control valves 9 to 15. Thus, the directional control valve 13 of the contactor 36 is actuated according to the arbitrarily selected program in the Ausführungsbei game, which applies voltage to the drive motor. At the same time there is pressure on the hydropneumatic accumulator 22 via the 4/2 way valve 25, whereby the piston of the hydropneumatic motor 23 is moved into its starting position via the open throttle valves 19, 20.
Furthermore, the pneumatic actuator 32 of the material feed device is simultaneously moved into its starting position via the 4/2 way valve 31. There the latter actuates the limit switch E5, through which the pneumatic-logic storage element 42 gives the logic control 8 a new signal for actuation of the ratchet mechanism 3.
In the next step of the program carrier 1, the directional control valve 14 of the contactor 36 remains pressed, and the directional control valves 12, 13 of the clutch 34 and the pneumatic actuating unit 32 of the material feed device are actuated. As a result, a speed corresponding to the clutch 34 is given to the work spindle and the material is advanced by the movement of the actuating unit 32 of the feed device. At the end of this movement, the limit switch E is actuated, which initiates the next step of the program carrier 1 via the logic controller 8.
In this third step, the directional control valves 9, 11, 12, 13, 14 of the contactor 36, the clutch 34, the actuating unit 32 of the feed device and the hydropneumatic accumulator 22 and the throttle valve 19 are pressed. As a result, the hydropneumatic motor 23 is acted upon with compressed air on the piston side. However, its speed is determined by the throttle cross section of the throttle valve 19.
The limit switches Es, E4 are moved over the cam bar. E3 first traverses a cam 29 and thereby gives a signal to the fourth step of the program carrier 1, through which the directional control valve 10 of the throttle valve 20 is actuated in addition to the third step. This further reduces the speed of the hydropneumatic motor 23. The limit switch E4 passes over a cam 29 at this speed.
The signal from this limit switch E4 triggers the next step with a delay in order to have security for the completion of the work process. In the fifth step, only the directional control valve 15 is pressed to empty the program carrier 1, in order to quickly pass over the unused lines. This takes place up to the ninth line. The tenth line is unoccupied and the exit for a new work process.
