All diesen Vorteilen stehen aber einige Nachteile gegenüber.
Cable car system with automatic clamps with switching lever for coupling the vehicles with the revolving hoisting rope. In cable cars, a wide variety of clamping systems are used to couple the vehicles with the revolving rope. The highest level of safety with the highest level of driving comfort cannot be achieved with conventional systems, or only inadequately. The known systems offer either more safety or more driving comfort, but never both together.
The greatest safety is achieved when the spring-loaded or weight-loaded terminals are opened and closed by lever. The switch lever position can be used to easily check whether the clamp has closed and whether the clamp has caught the rope. In the known systems, the actuation forces on the shift levers produce force results which transmit large torques to the vehicle transversely to the direction of travel. These torques arise when entering or leaving the station and cause large cross-cuts on the vehicles. The passengers get frightened and fearful.
The conveyor ropes and the iron structures of the stations start to vibrate. The vehicles commute lengthways and crossways. Therefore, the vehicles must be well guided when entering and exiting. The guides must be very precise, i.e. H. can be adjusted in place and are generally complicated and expensive. Despite the best leadership, the disadvantages mentioned arise.
The greatest driving comfort is achieved with the systems in which a threaded spindle is rotated by a few turns very close to the vehicle suspension point by a gear wheel that engages in a rack. The vehicle suspension point is the rope if the vehicle is hanging on the rope, or the running rail if the vehicle is already running in the station rail. With these systems, the torque transverse to the direction of travel is minimal when engaging and disengaging the clutch. The vehicles may have any transverse position at the coupling or decoupling point. The vehicle can hang at an angle, for example, due to one-sided loading or cross winds.
Nevertheless, in this case no or only imprecise simple guides are necessary for even greater deviations from the vertical. The transverse torque due to the coupling or decoupling process is very small. The guides do not force the vehicle onto any particular lateral position. The annoying cross-cuts when entering the guides do not occur at all. However, all these advantages are offset by some disadvantages. The gear makes several revolutions, and when exiting it cannot be checked by scanning whether the gear has made enough revolutions. Apart from a clamping force testing machine, there is no other way of safely checking the position of the clamp.
These systems are probably simpler, but in accordance with the disadvantage mentioned above, they contain more possibilities for accidents.
The present invention has all of the advantages of the above systems, but not their disadvantages. Because, according to the invention, a control rail for the switch lever for clamping actuation is arranged at least in the middle part with the cross section concentrically around the respective suspension point of the vehicle in the area of the rail, no guides may be required or only guides for excessive deviations from the transverse position.
The accompanying drawings illustrate embodiments of the invention.
Fig. 1 shows a monocable system with a driving tool with automatic clamp 1, the suspension arm 2 and the cabin 3. Instead of the cabin 3, another transport container can be used. When entering the station, the vehicle runs with the Rol len 4 on the rail 5. A control rail 6 is arranged concentrically around the vehicle suspension point. In this case, the rail 5 is the suspension point. The control rail 6 has a slope as seen in the direction of travel. As a result, the roller 7 with the shift lever 8 is pressed down. The clamp 9 opens and releases the hoisting rope 10. The vehicle is thus uncoupled from the hoisting rope.
The control rail 6 then releases the roller 7 again, the vehicle lifts slightly from the hoisting rope 10, and the automatic clamp is again in the normal position. If the vehicle commutes sideways due to cross wind or one-sided loading, seen in the direction of travel, this has no effect because the control rail 6 is arranged concentrically to the suspension point. The Kraftresultie rende of the operating force P goes through the vehicle suspension point. The vehicle does not get any cross-cuts as a result of the shifting process, because there is no transverse torque. Vehicle guides to prevent sideways swerving are not necessary.
The passengers do not feel any annoying crosscuts. The hanging arm 2 can be built more easily because no blows occur. An extension 11 can be attached to the vehicle floor. Guides 12, which can have a lot of play, make it possible to avoid excessive transverse oscillations. These simple guides are not used in practice and are only used for safety. For the sake of simplicity, the control rail 6 can be produced from a rolled sheet metal part. Because the control rail 6 has a slope to the rail 5, the control rail is not always absolutely concentric to the vehicle suspension point in this case. In this case, the force resulting P also slightly passes next to the vehicle suspension point.
Depending on the type of track, the hoisting rope can also be used as a suspension point. In such cases, the control rail 6 must be arranged concentrically around the hauling rope, and the resulting force P must go through the hauling rope. The roller 7 and the control rail 6 are advantageously arranged so that in any case the force resultant P pushes the vehicle with the roller 4 into the rail 5 and thus prevents derailment. A hold-down rail to prevent derailment is then no longer necessary. If the Selbahn regulations require that z.
B. 2 automatic clamps per vehicle must be used, this can be done in a known manner by 2 auto matic clamps arranged one behind the other. The roller 7 must not be vertically above or below the vehicle suspension point so that the roller does not touch the Förderseiltrageinrichtun conditions.
In Fig. 2 and 3, the cable car system is drawn with automatic shear clamp according to the invention for a two-way cable car. A running gear constructed in a known manner runs on the support cable 21 with several rollers one behind the other. Two consecutively arranged terminals 22 are stored in the carrier 23. The suspension arm 24 with the cabin or a transport container 25 is suspended by an axis 26. The control rail 27 is arranged concentrically around the vehicle suspension point 28. In the stations, a running rail can be provided in place of the support cable 21. The roller 32 with the switching lever 29 actuates the clamp 30 as described for FIG. 1.
The conveyor rope 31 is, as described, released or clamped.
In Fig. 4 to 6, an embodiment of the auto matic clamp is shown in detail. The conveyor rope 41 is enclosed by the fixed clamp part 42 and the movable clamp part 43. The movable clamp part 43 has a short cylindrical extension 44 on which a spring assembly 45, preferably a plate spring, is supported. The spring assembly 45 is also supported on the support ring 46, which is fastened in the terminal housing 47. Through this spring package 45, the movable clamping part 43 is pressed against the conveyor rope 41 and thus coupled.
The movable clamping part 43 is ver by the bolt 48 with the fork lever 49 connected. The fork lever 49 is keyed to the shaft 50, which is mounted at 51 in the housing 52. The switching lever 53 is also keyed to the shaft 50. The switching lever 53 carries a roller 54. A roller 57 is arranged on both sides of the automatic clamp. As already described, these rollers 57 run in a running rail 58.
Through the hanging arm 59, the automatic clamp is connected to the cabin or the transport container. The profile of the roller 57 can be concave or convex depending on the running rail 58. Instead of 2 rollers, none or only one can be provided concentrically around the clamp. The control rail 55, which is arranged concentrically to the vehicle suspension point 56, presses the roller 54 with the lever 53 downwards. The fork lever 49 with the shaft 50 and the shift lever 53 are for United simplicity in the sequence only be distinguished as a shift lever. If the roller 54 is pressed down with the switching lever, the switching lever moves around the pivot point 51.
The bolt 48 moves in the direction of the arrow 60. The movable clamping part 43 is pulled back and the conveyor rope 41 is released. The bolt 48 thus moves on a circular path around the pivot point 51. Because the opening path does not have to be large, the movement of the bolt 48 on the circular path is minimal. As a result, the bolt 48 makes a slight movement in the direction of arrow 61. If the spring package 45 in the housing 47 and the movable clamps part 43 at the attachment 44 has enough play, the bolt 48 with the movable clamp part 43 can move up and down.
With this arrangement, the movable clamping part 43 can be operated directly from the shift lever without an intermediate piece.
