l'arbre susmentionné passant au travers d'une plaque saucière mobile sur ledit carter et destinée à être actionnée pour rapprocher et éloigner ledit ustensile @de cuisson et ledit arbre du corps de chauffe, les rayons calorifiques émis par celui-ci étant en partie réfléchis par l'ustensile de cuisson au moyen d'un réflecteur présentant laté ralement au moins un volet articulé.
La présente invention a pour but de permettre l'utilisation d'un tel. gril pour la cuisson de tartes et de galettes.
A .cet effet, elle a pour objet un gril selon la revendication du brevet principal, caractérisé par le fait que ledit ustensile de cuisson comprend au moins deux platines superposées et maintenues concentri ques et à distance l'une de l'autre par une entretoise.
Le dessin annexé représente schématiquement et à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention. La fig. 1 en est une vue en élévation de face. La fig. 2 est une vue en plan.
La fig. 3 est une vue de détail éclatée, partielle ment en coupe selon 11-1I de la fig. 5.

La fig. 5 est une vue en plan d'un autre détail. La forme d'exécution représentée au dessin est semblable à celle décrite aux fig. 1 et 2 du brevet principal et les mêmes pièces sont indiquées par les mêmes références.
Le dispositif représenté comprend un carter 1, en tôle, rectangulaire, comportant deux parois laté rales 2 solidaires d'une paroi transversale 3 qui sup porte l'élément de chauffage 8 par ses extrémités 7 recourbées à angle droit. Le réflecteur 10, flanqué des volets 12 et 12', réfléchit les rayons calorifiques du corps de chauffe 8 en direction de l'arbre 20 qui dépasse au-dessus de la saucière 30 nu travers du manchon 35.
L'ustensile de cuisson, destiné à la cuisson de tartes ou de galettes, comprend une pre- mière platine 45, reposant sur une entretoise 46 à trois bras en étoile, et supportant une deuxième pla tine 45', par l'intermédiaire d'une deuxième entre toise 46', identique à la première, s'appuyant sur le rebord 47 de la platine 45. La platine 45' supporte à son tour une entretoise 46", identique aux deux premières, supportant une troisième platine 45".
Chacun des bras 48 (fig. 3) de l'entretoise 46, respectivement 46' et 46", est constitué par un élé ment de tôle découpée et présentant une série de quatre trous 49 destinés à recevoir les rivets 50 (fig. 4) assemblant les trois branches de l'entretoise formant entre elles un angle de 1200.
Chacun des trois bras 48 de chacune des entretoises comporte à sa partie supérieure un épaulement 51 présentant un côté oblique destiné à retenir latéralement la platine 45, respectivement 45' et 45", suivi, en direction de l'axe, d'une, partie droite horizontale, sur laquelle vient poser la platine, puis d'une partie oblique 52 s'éloi gnant du fond de la platine de manière à dégager celle-ci -de l'entretoise et garantir une assise convenable à la platine.
La partie externe inférieure de chaque bras de chacune des entretoises comporte une échan crure 53 destinée à s'embaiter sur le rebord 47 des platines et un redan 54 qui permet de centrer l'entre toise de base 46 sur le disque 55 pourvu d'échan crures 56 à sa périphérie. Il est évident que chacune des entretoises peut être utilisée
indifféremment comme entretoise de base. Le disque 55 comporte en outre une dépression centrale 57, destinée à noyer le rivetage d'une vis de raccordement 58. Une ral longe 59 se visse d'une part sur la vis 58 et se soli- darise d'autre part amoviblement à l'arbre 20 au moyen .de la vis, latérale 59'.
La vis 58 peut être remplacée par tout autre moyen de raccordement, par exemple par un dispo- sitif à baïonnette et ressort.

The device shown comprises a casing 1, made of sheet metal, rectangular, comprising two side walls 2 integral with a transverse wall 3 which supports the heating element 8 by its ends 7 curved at right angles. The reflector 10, flanked by the flaps 12 and 12 ', reflects the heat rays of the heating body 8 in the direction of the shaft 20 which protrudes above the sauce boat 30 bare through the sleeve 35.
The cooking utensil, intended for baking pies or pancakes, comprises a first plate 45, resting on a spacer 46 with three star-shaped arms, and supporting a second plate 45 ', by means of' a second between height rod 46 ', identical to the first, resting on the rim 47 of the plate 45.
