An jedem Hebelarm 21 bzw.
Pressure stirring nutsche The present invention relates to a pressure stirring nutsche with a collecting space below the horizontal filter that closes off the circular cylindrical filter chamber and a stirrer seated on an externally rotatable, vertical, central liftable and lowerable shaft, which simultaneously discharges the filter cake the filter chamber is set up through a closable outlet.
Known pressure stirring nutsches of this type are equipped with an outlet connection connected to an opening in the cylinder jacket of the filter chamber and a stirrer provided with spiral arms, the stirrer moving the filter cake on the filter against the cylinder jacket and on this ent long when turning in the predetermined direction.
However, since it can only emerge from the filter chamber when it is in front of the outlet, otherwise it is uselessly pushed along the wall, the emptying process takes a relatively long time and is practically incomplete.
The present invention overcomes this deficiency in that the outlet consists of a central channel passed through the filter and the collecting chamber, closed at the upper end by an externally controllable valve, and the Rüh ren has a two-armed lever on which in its longitudinal direction Seated mutually offset blades which are shaped and arranged such that when the stirrer is rotated in the predetermined direction in their entirety they have the tendency to push the filter cake into the outlet when the outlet valve is open.
To discharge the filter cake, the valve is opened and the stirrer is turned in the predetermined direction, the filter cake being pushed towards the center of the filter by the paddles, where it reaches the vertical outlet channel uninterrupted over the entire circumference. A complete emptying of the filter chamber is therefore achieved in a relatively short time.
The drawing shows an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention.
Fig. 1 shows a view, partly in the middle longitudinal section, Fig. 2 shows a section along the line II-II in Fig. 1.
The illustrated Druckrührnutsche has an airtight housing 1, which consists of a rundzylindri's vertical side wall 2, a downward ge arched bottom 3 and an upwardly arched ceiling 4. The housing 1 is divided by a hori zontal filter 5 into a mainly limited by the curved bottom 3, under the filter be sensitive collecting space 6 for receiving the filtrate and a filter chamber 7 located above the filter. The ceiling 4 is provided with an inlet connector 8 and the floor with an outlet connector 9. Both connections can be hermetically sealed. The filter chamber can be pressurized in a known manner.
The middle part of the ceiling 4 is provided with an opening for the passage of a central hollow shaft 10, which is rotatably and longitudinally displaceable in a hermetically closed hollow cylinder 11 sitting on the ceiling 4 and rotatable by means of an electric motor 12 with the interposition of a bevel gear.
The horizontal bevel gear 13 is rotatably mounted on the cylinder 11 and is connected to the hollow shaft 10 by a radially inwardly projecting driver pin which engages in a known manner with an outwardly open longitudinal groove and the longitudinal displacement of the hollow shaft 10 enables. At the upper end, the latter is provided with an outwardly offe NEN annular groove with which two diametrically opposite driver pins are in engagement.
These sit on the prongs of a fork holding the hollow shaft 10 of one end of a two-armed lever 14 which is pivotably mounted on a bracket 15 of the cylinder 11. It is also provided with a fork at the other end, in which a nut 16 is hingedly mounted and which engages with a spindle 17. This is rotatably mounted in a bearing 18 seated on the ceiling 4 and secured against longitudinal displacement and is provided with a handwheel 19. By turning the handwheel 19, the hollow shaft can be optionally raised and lowered.
At the lower end of the hollow shaft 10 there is a downwardly open bracket 20, on the legs 21 of which a horizontal arm 22 or 23 is seated at the lower end. Both arms run in opposite directions and form with the bracket 20 a two-armed lever. On each lever arm 21 or 22 there are two blades 24, 25 or
26, 27, which form a stirrer 28 with the two-armed lever and are shaped and arranged in such a way that they tend in their entirety when rotating the stirrer 28 by means of the hollow shaft 10 in the direction shown in FIG. 2 by the arrows 29 have to push the residue that has accumulated on the filter to the center where the outlet of the filter chamber 7 is located. This is formed by a central piece of pipe, the upper end of which is provided with a valve seat 32.
With this one designed as a downwardly open bell valve member 30 works together, the free edge of which has a sealing ring 33, which tet with the valve seat 32 together. The valve member 30 is seated at the lower end of a vertical round rod 34, which is passed through the hollow shaft 10 in a longitudinally displaceable manner. The upper end part of the rod 34 protrudes from the hollow shaft 10 and is passed through a bearing 35 which is arranged on a bearing block standing on the cylinder 11.
The upper end part of the rod 34 is provided with a thread with which a worm wheel 36, which is rotatably supported on the bearing 15 and provided with a corresponding threaded hole, is in engagement. This works with a horizontal worm 37, which is rotatable by means of a handwheel, not shown, and member 30 is used for longitudinal displacement of the rod 34 together with the valve.
The outlet valve is closed during the filtering process. The filter chamber is filled with the material to be treated and is under certain air pressure. Here, the stirring 28 is used for the usual stirring process and is rotated by the set to low speed motor 12 in the opposite direction of the arrows 29, the height of the stirrer set by appropriate Ver of the handwheel 19 is regulated.
After a filter cake of a predetermined thickness has formed on the filter 5, the supply of the material to be treated is interrupted and the filtering process is continued until the liquid in the Fil terkkammer is completely removed. Then the valve member 30 is raised into the open position by rotating the worm 37 accordingly. After regulating the height of the stirrer 28, this is set at a higher number of Tou the motor in the direction of the arrows 29 in Dre hung.
By lowering the stirrer 28 ge long its blades engage with the filter cake.
As can be seen from FIG. 2, the outermost blade 24 is seated on the lever arm 23 and is shaped and arranged in such a way that when the stirrer is rotated in the sense of the pointer 29, it sweeps over a circular zone that almost approaches the wall 2 and that located on the filter 5 Pushes filter cake inwards out of this zone. Here, the conveyed material arrives in the area of a second circular zone, which is covered by the outermost blade 26 of the arm 22 and which adjoins the former or slightly overlaps it.
The shovel 26 now pushes the material in the second outermost zone into the next following zone, which is swept by the shovel 25 of the arm 23 and pushes the material into the innermost zone, which is swept by the shovel 27 of the arm 22, and that Pushes material into the outlet channel 31 when the outlet valve is open.
