Es ist bekannt, durch gruppenweise Zusammen- fassung ,der Kett- und Schussfäden bestimmte Ge- webeeffekte zu erziolen. So ergibt die P,anamabin- dung, bei ;

Porous fabric The invention relates to: a porous fabric with different pore sizes.
It is known to create certain fabric effects by combining the warp and weft threads in groups. So the P, anamabin- dation, results in;
which each have two warp and weft threads, d. H. Cross groups of threads of equal strength, a cube pattern (panama or cube weave). With groups of warp and weft threads of different strength, z.
B. fabrics with a linen character can be produced. In the normally set fabrics of this type, the bundling of the threads leads to an increase in the weight per square meter. They are preferably used for clothing or decoration purposes.
Porous fabrics with warp and weft threads combined in groups have not yet been produced and, because their irregular structure compared to regular, built porous fabrics such. B. scrims, apparently offers no advantages.
It has not been found that in the production of a fabric. In a plain weave through the gathering of warp threads alone or of warp and weft threads in reed and weft draw-in and 'insertion of the weft and retention of the
A porous fabric with different pore sizes can be formed, the structure of which gives the impression that thick and thin threads have been woven next to each other, and its square:
eter weight that of a fabric with regular distribution of the same number of threads: corresponds.
The subject of the invention is: therefore a porous fabric in linen hands with different pore sizes, in the case of oils the chain alone:
or the warp and the weft both bundled threads as well as single threads contains or contain, with the stand of these single threads from each other and from the bundled threads: is greater than the mutual. Distance between the individual threads of the bundled threads so that pores of different sizes are present.
The method according to the invention for the production of this porous fabric is characterized by the fact that the warp threads alone, or the warp and weft threads have reed draw-in or
Rieteinzug and entry of the weft are partially combined into bundled threads and their mutual spacing is maintained.
In contrast to the fabrics actually produced using threads of different fineness: in the case of porous fabrics according to the invention, the fineness: the threads are preferably uniform.
In principle, however, it is also possible to combine threads of different fineness in groups if two warp beams are used to weave on a chair with a gunshot device. This additional technical effort does not apply to threads of uniform fineness.
The porous structure of the fabric can be created by combining the individual threads in groups in the warp direction when drawing in the reed or in the warp direction jand: weft direction when inserting "o" eb:
Bundled weft threads in what is known as reed draw-in are achieved in kea threads. In the process: the: especially loose thread bundles in the weft direction partially dissolve again; in single threads, whereby the irregular:
openwork tissue character is reinforced. In addition, the arrangement of the thread groups does not change Ida's square meter weight compared to plain weave goods made from evenly distributed, equally strong threads and the same number of warp and weft.
