  Behälter
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Behälter, in dessen mit hinterstochenem Randprofil ausgebiLdete Behälteröffnung ein Deckel einsteckbar ist.



  Solche Behälter, insbesondere aus Kunststoff tiefgezogene Behälter, sind bekannt. Der entsprechend dem Randprofil der   Behälteröffnung hinterstochene      Einsteckrand    des Deckels, welcher eine etwa   S-for-    mige Profilform aufweist, gestattet kein eindeutiges sicheres Stapeln mehrerer Deckel aufeinander. Das maschinelle Verschliessen der Behälter setzt jedoch eine gute, eindeutige Stapelbarkeit der Deckel voraus, damit von der Maschine mit Sicherheit je ein einziger Deckel in bestimmter Lage erfasst, über den gefüllten Behälter gebracht und in densellben eingesteckt werden kann. Diese Voraussetzung war bei den bekannten Behältern mit Einsteckdeckel nicht erfüllt.



   Es sind zwar stapelbare Aufsteckdeckel bekannt, doch weisen diese Deckel verschiedene wesentliche Nachteile auf. Die Dichtung dieser Deckel ist mangelhaft und wrid bei von aussen auf den Behälter wir  kendem    Druck noch schlechter. Da der Deckel einen über den Aussenrand des Behälters abwärts ragenden Teil, aufweist, ist zur Herstellung des Deckels ein Zuschnitt erforderlich, dessen Durchmesser den   Behälterdurchmesser übertrifft. Dieser    vom Aussenrand des Behälters   abwärtsragende Deckelflansch    gibt dem Behälter ein unästhetisches Aussehen,.



  Das Aufsetzen und besonders das Entfernen des Deckels wird dadurch erschwert, dass der über den äusseren Behälterrand herunterrapgende hinter  stochene    Deckelteil sich am scharfen Aussenrand des Behälters einhakt.



   Es ist das Ziel vorliegender Erfindung, den Behälter mit einem einfach und eindeutig stapelbaren   Einsteckdeckel auszurüsten, welcher    die   obenerwähn-    ten Nachteile nicht aufweist. Der erfindungsgemässe Behälter ist dadurch gekennzeichent, dass der Deckel innerhalb seinem dem erwähnten Randprofil entsprechend profilierten   Einsteckrand    eine Rinne aufweist, an welche eine flache Deckelscheibe anschliesst, wobei jeder Deckel mit seiner Rinne auf die Deckel  scbeibe eines gleichen Deckels gestützt und    im Einsteckannd desselben zeitriert stapelbar ist. Da der    Einsteckdeckel nicht über den Behälterrand vorsteht,    ist ein kleinerer Zuschnitt erforderlich, und der Be  hälter hat    ein   ansprechendares    Aussehen.

   Das Einsetzen und vor allem   Ausheben, des Deckels biebet    keine Schwierigkeiten. Versuche haben ergeben, dass der   Einsteckdeckel    eine sehr gute Dichtigkeit zu erzielen gestattet, die durch von aussen wirkendem Druck noch erhöht wird.



   In der Zeichnung ist ein   Ausführungabeispiel    des   erfindungsgemässen Behällens dargestellt.   



   Fig.   1    zeigt den verschlossenen Behälter im Schnitt, und
Fig. 2 ist eine vergrösserte Schnittdarstellung des Randes zweier gestapelter Deckel.



   Der aus Kunststoff tiefgezogene Behälter 1 weist ein S-förmiges   hinterstochenes    Randprofil 2 auf.



  Der Behälterdeckel weist einen dem Randprofil 2 des Behälters entsprechend profilierten   Einsteckrand    3 auf. Innerhalb des   Einsteckrandes    3 weist der Deckel eine umlaufende Rinne 4 auf, die sich von ihrer   bffnung bis    an den Boden 5 der Rinne erwe. ibert. An die Rinne 4 schliesst eine ebene Deckelscheibe 6 an. An einer Stelle weist der Deckel einen über, seinen   Einsbeckrand 3 herausragenden    Lappen 7 auf, an welchem der Deckel zum Ausheben erfasst werden kann. Die   Deckelsaheibe    6 befindet sich etwa auf halber Höhe zwischen dem Boden 5 der Rinne und dem freien oberen Ende des   Einsteck-    randes 3.

   Es ist daher möglich, mehrere Deckel gemäss Fig. 2 in eindeutiger sicherer Lage aufein   anderzustapeln, wobei    der gogenüber der   Rinnen-    öffnung erweiterte Rinnenboden 5 sch einseigitg auf den Aussenrand der Deckelscheibe 6 und auf der anderen Seite am   Einsteckrand    3 des unteren Deckels abstützt. Damit ist je der obere Deckel am Einsteckrand 3 zentriert und auf der Deckelscheibe 6 abgestützt.



   Die im   wesentlichen U-förmige Rinne    4 verleicht dem Deckel zugleich eine hohe Elastizität an seinem Rand, so dass der   Einsteckrand    3 unter Verformung der Rinne 4 auch   bei verhältnismässig starker Hiinter-      schneidung    der Profile 2 und   3    leicht eingesteckt werden kann, jedoch dann druch die hohe Elastizität der Rinne mit verhältnismässig hohem Druck gegen das Randprofil 3 des Behälters gepresst wird. Die Anpressung erfolgt dabei auch über einen   erheb-    lichen Teil der Länge des Profils 3, so dass eine sehr zuverlässige Dichtung erzielt wird.



   Die Erfindung ist nicht auf Kleinbehälter aus tiefgezogenem Kunststoff beschränkt, sondern kann mit Vorteil auch für grössere Behälber   verwendbt wer-    den, von welchen entweder der Behälter 1   und/oder    der Deckel aus anderen Materialien, beispielsweise Aluminium, Weissbelch oder dergleichen, bestehen können.



   Wie bereits angedeutet, hat sich herausgestellt, dass sich   der'dargestellte Behälter'besonders    leicht maschinell verschliessen lässt.

  Such containers, in particular containers deep-drawn from plastic, are known. The insertion edge of the lid, which is undercut in accordance with the edge profile of the container opening and which has an approximately S-shaped profile shape, does not allow a number of lids to be clearly and safely stacked on top of one another. The mechanical closing of the container, however, requires the lids to be easily and clearly stackable so that the machine can reliably grasp a single lid in a certain position, bring it over the filled container and insert it into the same. This requirement was not met with the known containers with push-in lids.



   Although stackable clip-on lids are known, these lids have various significant disadvantages. The seal on these lids is inadequate and becomes even worse when the pressure is exerted on the container from the outside. Since the lid has a part protruding downward over the outer edge of the container, a blank is required to manufacture the lid, the diameter of which exceeds the container diameter. This cover flange protruding downward from the outer edge of the container gives the container an unaesthetic appearance.



  The putting on and especially the removal of the lid is made more difficult by the fact that the rear pierced lid part protruding over the outer container edge hooks onto the sharp outer edge of the container.



   The aim of the present invention is to equip the container with an easily and clearly stackable plug-in lid which does not have the disadvantages mentioned above. The container according to the invention is characterized in that the lid has a groove within its insertion edge, which is profiled according to the mentioned edge profile, to which a flat lid disc is attached, each lid with its groove being supported on the lid of the same lid and being stackable in the insertion of the same in a timed manner . Since the plug-in lid does not protrude over the edge of the container, a smaller blank is required and the container has an attractive appearance.

   Inserting and, above all, lifting the cover does not present any difficulties. Tests have shown that the plug-in cover allows a very good tightness to be achieved, which is further increased by external pressure.



   An exemplary embodiment of the container according to the invention is shown in the drawing.

   The container 1, which is deep-drawn from plastic, has an S-shaped undercut edge profile 2.



  The container lid has an insertion edge 3 which is profiled in accordance with the edge profile 2 of the container. Within the insertion edge 3, the cover has a circumferential channel 4 which extends from its opening to the bottom 5 of the channel. ibert. A flat cover disk 6 adjoins the channel 4. At one point the cover has a tab 7 protruding beyond its rim 3, at which the cover can be grasped for lifting. The cover plate 6 is located approximately halfway between the bottom 5 of the channel and the free upper end of the insertion edge 3.

   It is therefore possible to stack several lids according to FIG. 2 on top of one another in a clearly secure position, with the trough bottom 5, which is widened over the trough opening, on one side on the outer edge of the cover disk 6 and on the other side on the insertion edge 3 of the lower cover. The upper cover is thus centered on the insertion edge 3 and supported on the cover disk 6.



   The essentially U-shaped channel 4 at the same time compares the lid with a high degree of elasticity at its edge, so that the insertion edge 3 can be easily inserted with the deformation of the channel 4 even with a relatively strong undercut of the profiles 2 and 3, but then through the high elasticity of the channel is pressed with relatively high pressure against the edge profile 3 of the container. The pressing takes place over a considerable part of the length of the profile 3, so that a very reliable seal is achieved.



   The invention is not limited to small containers made of deep-drawn plastic, but can also be used with advantage for larger containers, of which either the container 1 and / or the lid can consist of other materials, for example aluminum, white sheet or the like.



   As already indicated, it has been found that the 'illustrated container' can be closed particularly easily by machine.
