In der Zeichnung sind Ausführungsbeispiele. des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Es zeigen: Fig. 1 in Vorderansicht die gesamte Antriebsvor richtung als Baueinheit im Wickelrohr eines Rolla- dens; Fig. 2 einen axialen Längsschnitt durch die An triebsvorrichtung in grösserem Massstab mit beider seits weggebrochenen Teilen; Fig. 3 einen axialen Längsschnitt durch einen Teil der Antriebsvorrichtung von einer gegenüber der Fig. 2 anderen Ausführung;
Fig. 4 einen Schnitt nach Linie IV-IV der Fig. 2.
Die aus Fig.2 im- axialen Längsschnitt und aus Fig.4 im Querschnitt nach der Linie IV-IV der Fig. 2 ersichtliche Schalteinrichtung dient zur. selbst tätigen Motorabschaltung durch die Schalter 48, 49 nach einer vorbestimmten Anzahl von Motorumdre- hungen;
Electromotive drive device for roller shutters, roller blinds, blinds The invention relates to a drive device for roller shutters, roller blinds, blinds, consisting of an electric motor, a planetary gear and a motor cut-off device, all of these parts being a structural unit for installation in the winding tube of the roller shutter or Roller blinds or are combined in the U-shaped head rail of the blind.
It is known to install an electric motor with planetary gear as a structural unit in the hollow cylindrical winding tube of a roller shutter. The installation of such a unit in its cross-sectionally U-shaped, narrow, long blind box is also known for blinds consisting of slats, which accommodates the winding shaft of the drawstrings of the pull-up blind and which, because of its elongated shape, usually acts as a head bar or head rail Blind is called.
Since the cavity of the winding tube or the head rail has a relatively very small inner diameter, it is difficult to use gear with a correspondingly small diameter in the case of the u for the slow drive of roller shutters. Like. Required large reduction to design simple, stable and reliable. The multi-stage spur gears and even the multi-stage planetary gears used in the known electric motor drives for roller blinds, blinds and blinds have a relatively large number of items.
All these parts have to be dimensioned correspondingly small to achieve a component suitable for installation in the narrow winding tube or in the narrow head rail. You are therefore against the u at shutters. Like. Occurring driving and shock forces not very firmly and permanently, especially since some of these parts of the known gear for shutters u. The like. Have an unsymmetrical position relative to the central axis of the transmission, which is unfavorable with regard to the mechanical stress on the transmission. In the case of the known gears for roller shutters and blinds, this easily leads to disturbances in the operation of the roller shutter or the blind and to other disadvantages.
According to the invention, these disadvantages of an electromotive drive device to be installed as a structural unit in the winding tube of roller shutters, roller blinds or in the U-shaped head rail of blinds are eliminated in that this structural unit has a planetary gearbox consisting of a non-rotatable and a rotatable inner ring gear as well as from the motor set in rotation planet gears be available, which form firmly united gear pairs, of which one wheel of each pair rolls on the non-rotatable and the other wheel on the rotatable inner ring gear.
The gear output shaft serving to drive the winding tube of the roller shutter or roller blind or the winding shaft of the blind is firmly connected to the rotatable internal gear rim.
Such a planetary gear in the structural unit is still very stable and durable given the small dimensioning required for installation in the winding tube of a roller shutter or roller blind or in the head rail of a blind. The gear housing suitably has the same small outside diameter as the housing of the electric motor lying coaxially with it. The same small outer diameter also advantageously has the coaxial housing of the device forming part of the structural unit for automatically switching off the motor after a predetermined number of motor revolutions. In this way, the motor, planetary gear and switching device form a structural unit with the same small outer diameter throughout.
For a simple, space-saving structure of the motor cut-off device, a drive element for driving the switching device for actuating the motor cut-off is connected in one embodiment to the output shaft of the planetary gear, which is located coaxially with the motor shaft and protrudes from the rotatable internal gear.
In the drawing are exemplary embodiments. of the subject matter of the invention. They show: FIG. 1 in a front view the entire drive device as a structural unit in the winding tube of a roller shutter; 2 shows an axial longitudinal section through the drive device on a larger scale with both parts broken away; 3 shows an axial longitudinal section through part of the drive device of an embodiment that is different from that of FIG. 2;
4 shows a section along line IV-IV of FIG. 2. The drive device, which can be seen completely in FIG. 1, forms a structural unit which consists of the motor cut-off device 1, the planetary gear 2, the motor 3 and the motor brake 4.
The abutting, coaxially juxtaposed._ housings of all these parts have the same outer diameter. The electromagnetic engine brake, not shown in detail in the drawing, is automatically effective when the engine is switched off.
The drive device is installed in the winding tube 22 of a partially drawn roller shutter 23-. The winding tube can be rotated at both ends about bearings 25 for rolling it up and down.
The drive device is held stationary at one end by a carrier 24 attached to a house wall. A drive pulley 21 is seated on the output shaft 41 of the transmission 2.
The winding tube 22 surrounds with little. Distance the cylindrical housing of the drive device, whereas the drive pulley 21 on the. Inside of the tube 22 rests and this takes along with it rotation. The contained in Fig. 1 NEN.
Parts 21 to 25 and the way they are combined with one another and with the drive device built into the winding tube 22 are only used for further explanation and are not the subject of the invention or a part thereof.
How. the axial longitudinal section according to FIG. 2 through part of the drive device shows that the gear is a planetary gear of a special type,
which has an internal gear rim 9 connected non-rotatably to a stationary housing part 26 on its drive side and a rotatable internal gear rim 12 on its output side.
This ring gear is in a fixed connection with the transmission output shaft 41 via a pot-shaped rotatable part 27. The cup-shaped part 27 and the output shaft 41 can be rotated by means of a bearing 14 which is located in the middle of a stationary cup-shaped part 47 in which the rotatable cup-shaped part 27 is located.
On the. Internal ring gears 9 and 12 roll through the motor shaft 5 as planet gears in rotation from gears 8 and 10, which are in pairs, the same = - axially next to each other, the wheels of each pair being firmly united with one another. Preferably, the gear pairs each consist of a single piece of metal.
One wheel 8 of each gear pair is in engagement with the non-rotatable internal gear rim 9 and the other wheel 10 with the rotatable internal gear rim 12.
The gear pairs 8, 10 are held by a rotatable carrier 6 on the side on bearings 7, 13. The bearing 7 is of an axially protruding set of a further stationary cup-shaped part 28 and the bearing 13 of an axially protruding to set of the rotatable cup-shaped Part 27 formed. The carrier 6 lies in the two cup-shaped parts 27 and 28 facing each other with their openings. The two end walls 29 and 30 of the Trä gers 6 are firmly connected to each other by bolts 11 on which the gear pairs 8, 10 are rotatable.
The inner diameter of the rotatable internal gear rim 12 located on the output side of the transmission is somewhat smaller than the internal diameter of the non-rotatable internal gear rim 9 located on the transmission input side. The smaller the difference is the diameter, the greater the reduction required in each case, i.e. H. the transmission output shaft 41 rotates the slower.
A diameter of exactly the same size must not be present. otherwise the reduction. would be infinitely large and the output wave would stop.
This shows what a great reduction in the ratio. planetary gear described are possible with its relatively very small space requirement, which are in: a structural unit for installation in the narrow winding tube of roller shutters or roller blinds or in the narrow head rail of. Make blinds particularly suitable.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, the carrier 6 of the gear pairs 8, 1: 0 is fixed for their rotation with the motor shaft 5. connected. However, as shown in FIG. 3, the motor shaft 5 is advantageous through an opening 31 in an end wall 30 of the carrier 6.
loosely passed through, this shaft having a toothed shaft end 32 for the rotation of the gear pairs, which is in a grip with the gears 8 of the gear pairs located on the drive side of the transmission. When the wheels 8 are rotating at the same time with. Wheels 10 firmly connected to them are set in rotation and the carrier 6 is rotated with them.
The switching device visible from FIG. 2 in an axial longitudinal section and from FIG. 4 in a cross section along the line IV-IV of FIG. automatic engine shutdown by switches 48, 49 after a predetermined number of engine revolutions;
To drive the switching device, it has a drive element in the form of a worm wheel 42, which sits on the output shaft 41 of the planetary gear, which protrudes from the inner ring gear 12 and is coaxial with the motor shaft 5. The. Worm wheel 42 ,. set in rotation via a worm 40, a transverse shaft 43 which is at right angles to the output shaft 41 and drives a threaded spindle 44 via a pair of spur gears 39.
This spindle, which is also at right angles to the transmission output shaft 41, has a traveling nut 45 attached to it. A switching arm 46 located on the traveling nut actuates the switches 48, 49 lying on both sides of it by pushing in Schaltstif th 37, 38.
Each of the two motor shut-off switches 48, 49 is used to set the required number of motor revolutions until the shutdown by a hand-rotatable threaded spindle 52 (Fig. 4) or 53 (Fig. 2) along this spindle at right angles to the transmission output shaft 41 movable. For this purpose, each switch has at the bottom a set 50 and 51, each with two bores, through each of which two threaded spindles 52, 53, lying next to each other at the same height, pass.
Of the two bores in each approach, one is wide and smooth on the inside and the other is narrow and only these have an internal thread corresponding to the thread of the spindle. Because of the two spindles that lead through each of the approaches, these are not rotatable when turning a spindle, whereby a parallel guidance of these approaches and thus the scarf ter 48, 49 is achieved.
The two spindles 52, 53 have slots 56, 57 at their ends for their rotation by means of a screwdriver and are secured by nuts 54, 55 after the switches 48, 49 have been set locally. One of the two adjusting spindles is used to set a switch for such a number of revolutions of the motor at which this is then automatically switched off after switching on by hand when the roller shutter o. The like. Is wound up and reaches its upper end position Has. The other setting spindle is used to set the other switch for automatic motor shutdown when the lower end position is reached when the roller shutter is unwound.
