Fig.. 3 oder Fig. 2 gebildet..
Circular knitted women's stocking The invention relates to a circularly knitted, in particular fine-thread, women's stocking which consists of at least two threads in all or certain parts, one thread as a basic thread only for needle and sinker stitches and the other thread to needle stitches and extended sinker loops is entangled as plush bows.
According to the invention, this ladies' stocking is characterized by a knitted fabric that is essentially knitted in such a way that at least in one area of the knitted parts of the stocking, the individual rows of stitches partially or entirely next to the basic stitches have extended sinker loops which mesh with the loop length of the basic stitches are extended to the extent required for mesh security.
This knitted fabric has the advantage that it is practically stitch-proof and still has the appearance of normal smooth fabric on the outside. Furthermore, this knitted fabric has the advantage that it also offers great security against loosening of the loops in the direction of the row of stitches. Such a hosiery made up of two fine threads also does not impair the fineness of the stocking.
Due to the presence of at least two threads, which are processed into stitches in two different loop lengths in the manner according to the invention, a different tension is created on the stitches, which gives these goods their improved stitch security when loops are arranged in the same plush, that with all sinker meshes or certain sinker meshes they reliably secure all needle wales and sinker wales against running stitches.
A valuable embodiment can consist in the fact that the second thread can be knitted into stitches in the usual way in the parts of the rows of stitches which do not have any extended sinker loops.
In a further embodiment, stitches or stitch groups with extended sinker loops can alternate with stitches or stitch groups with sinker loops of the same length made up of two threads in the individual rows and / or the wales.
With this ladies' stocking, a plush knitwear with plush loops over all sinker machines or another type of execution with plush loops over certain sinker loops, such that a sinker mesh with plush loops and a sinker mesh made of two threads without plush loops can be found in the row as well as in the wales Alternate regularly and be used.
The last mentioned staggered plush loop arrangement with the mentioned length ratio for the loops can be used to ensure that the plush thread between two plush loops is always formed into a normal sinker mesh and is thus tied more firmly into the basic fabric, whereby the uniform Distribute the plush loops over every second sinker mesh of the goods in the row of stitches and in the wales, the stitch security is maintained.
The previously known fine-thread circular knitted men stockings, especially those made from fully synthetic threads, have the major disadvantage that, because of the smooth surface properties of these threads, when the goods are destroyed, runs form very quickly, which extend over the entire stocking.
The parts of the stocking that are most frequently exposed to destruction are the toe, the sole, the high heel and the part adjoining the double edge.
The two threads can advantageously be of such a type that the thread for the plush loops is an elastic, fully synthetic thread.
The expedient use of this plush knitwear for the stocking can be to obtain a fine-meshed, mesh-safe product with a homogeneous appearance, consisting of fine threads, and not, as was previously the case for plush knitwear, to obtain a lining that is substantially thickened by plush loops . The purpose of the invention is therefore to give such ladies stockings -a -much greater durability without changing the appearance of the same and thus increasing the utility value.
Exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in the drawing. There are shown Fig. 1 the circular knitted women's stocking with the marked parts, which are formed according to the various types of execution of plush knitwear, Fig. 2 a stitch pattern in section A from the hosiery, Fig. 1 in plush knitwear with plush grind over, each-sinker stitch and usual smooth goods,
3 shows a mesh pattern of a plush knitted fabric with plush loops arranged over only certain sinker pockets, and FIG. 4 shows an embodiment of a flow tip part knitted in tubular fabric and sewn in the form. The stocking parts, namely the toe 1, the sole 2, the upper part 2a, the heel 3, the high heel 4, the length part 5, the double-edge attachment 6 and the double edge 7 are shown in FIG.
In the stitch pattern Fig. 2 and 3 are the two threads, the white basic thread with 8, the black plush thread with 9, the needle stitches with 10, the normal. len _ plate stitches with 11 or 11a and the verse # elongated plate stitches (plush loops) with 12. .
The plush knitwear in Fig. -2 is the best known of its kind with plush loops 12 over each sinker mesh 11a; However, the plush knitwear in FIG. 3 can also be used for the purpose of the invention.
In the case of the plush knitwear used for the women's stocking, the main feature must be that the plush thread 9 is formed with the base thread 8 with two-thread needle loops 10 in order to create plush loops 12 compared to the larger thread excess of the plush thread 9 Basic thread 8 in the stitches that he strived to achieve the property of the stitch security.
The plush loops 12, as elongated sinker loops, are made shorter than is the case for other uses of plush goods; so that such a plush product with plush loops made of fine thread, which only need to have the required length, which they need for stitch security, no longer has the character of a plush knitwear.
The hosiery shown in Fig. 2 is a cut from A from the stocking Fig. 1 and exists for the entire women's stocking, except for the double edge 7 and in the special case of the heel 3 and the toe 1, if these parts 3 and 1 are in the correct shape formed from two threads 8 and 9.
These two threads are advantageously of the same type, e.g., fully synthetic threads. In the parts of the women's stocking in which it is to be provided with plush loops 12, the plush thread 9 is formed into extended sinker loops as plush loops 12 on the inner side of the goods (left side of the goods), and the sinker loops Ila exist in their normal size only from the.
Base thread 8, if plush loops 12 are to be arranged over all the board loops Ila, while in the parts of the stocking that are not provided with plush loops 12, all board loops 11 and needle loops 10 consist of two threads. - * 'Another plush knitwear is shown in Fig. 3 is. This plush knitwear consists of two threads that one thread 8 only forms the needle loops 10 and the normal sinker loops 11, 11a and the other.
Thread 9 is formed into plush loops 12 with needle loops 10 and every second sinker mache Ila in the row of stitches, while with the sinker loops 11 in between the thread 9 is also two-threaded:
Sinker mesh 11 is formed of normal size, with the plush loops 12 above the sinker stitches 11 from stitch row to stitch row so that single-thread sinker stitches Ila with plush loops 12 and two-thread sinker stitches 11 regularly alternate in the stitches . By this alternating formation of the Plüschfa dens 9 to plush loops 12 and plate mesh 11 receives the
Plush thread 9 a tighter integration in the mesh than if the same is formed only to Plush loops, and by the offset arrangement of the plush loops' 12 all Nadelma rule 10 and sinker meshes Ila are secured against the continuation of the stitches. An advantageous embodiment of the ladies stocking is the double-edged approach .6, the.
Stocking length part 5, the upper foot part 2a, from the plush knitwear ... according to FIG. 3 and the sole part 2 from the plush knitwear according to FIG. 2 or these parts 6, 5, 2a and 2 are only from the plush knitwear. Fig. 3 or Fig. 2 formed ..
Only the parts of the women's stocking, which consist of a circular knitted piece of goods, are put over the em. Whole circumference or only part of it is provided with plush loops 12, so that the heel = part 3 and toe part 1, if these are correctly formed from wedges, are not knitted from plush.
Particularly essential versions of the women's stocking with the correct heel part 3 and toe part 1 are, only certain parts of the same, namely the double-edged approach 6, the high heel part 4, the sole part 2 and a warming zone la before the beginning of the toe part 1 from a few rows of stitches from the plush knitted fabric according to FIG. 2 or 3 to form.
These explanations prevent the parts that are exposed to the greatest wear from the tip of the foot 1 through the goods zone la into the upper foot part 2a, from the sole part 2 into the heel part 3 and from there through the high heel part 4 , Stitches can continuously dissolve into the stocking length.
It is also essential that the high heel part 4 is mesh-safe, so that the running stitches that arise in the heel part 3 and in the high heel part 4 themselves through the chafing of the goods are avoided up into the stocking leg, and that the sole part material 2 is mesh-safe by plush loops, as it has been proven is that fully synthetic threads have a high abrasion resistance but a low compressive strength.
If in a conventional stocking consisting of two threads in the leg part 5 and in the upper foot part 2a the high heel part 4 and the sole part 2 would only be seen with plush loops 12 from the one thread 9, then the additional thread processed only in these parts is omitted. At the transition to the non-reinforced parts of the goods resulting thread ends in such stockings.
Such toe parts 1 are formed entirely from plush knitwear Fig. 2 or 3, if the ses toe part is formed as a round knitted piece of goods and is given its shape by sewing.
In FIG. 4, such a toe part 1 is shown as an example, in which the seam N lies in the middle of the lower half of the same. Due to the mesh security of a toe part 1 made of plush knitwear, wide-stitched seams and without sewing in a large number of stitches, soft and flat seams can be used to sew this product without the loosening of the stitches from the seam can occur.
If the heel part is also formed entirely or partially from a circularly knitted piece of goods in a known manner and then brought into its shape by molding, then the heel part 3 is also formed from plush knitted material according to FIG. 2 or 3.
The arrangement of plush loops in the soles and high heels, as well as in a round knitted heel piece, can be made in the same width for the whole piece or in increasing and decreasing widths within the round knitted piece of goods (Fig. 1). .
