Injektionsspritze
Darin zeigen:
Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt durch eine Spritze,
Injection syringe
The invention relates to an injection syringe designed as a disposable syringe with a sealing piston guided in the syringe cylinder, offset from its piston rod by a shoulder, and a stop provided at the rear end of the cylinder, preventing the piston from being pulled out of this cylinder.
In the case of disposable syringes, too, similar to the more expensive, reusable syringes, it is desirable to take precautions on the syringe to prevent the plunger from being pulled completely out of the cylinder when drawing up the injection liquid, which would jeopardize the sterilization and lose the injection liquid or air would get into the cylinder.
Disposable syringes have therefore been designed in which a grip plate is blown onto the end of the cylinder and the piston rod traverses it. On its inner circumference, the grip plate is designed as a stop carrier with stops which prevent the piston from being pulled completely out of the cylinder with normal force when the finger plate is split open. In order to be able to assemble this syringe, it must consist of four separate parts, namely a cylinder body, the grip plate, the piston and the piston rod that can be connected to this by a screw connection. When assembling, the piston must first be inserted into the cylinder body.
The finger plate is then burst open and then the piston rod is screwed into the piston with one of its threaded ends.
So, in accordance with the large number of parts, many assembly operations are necessary. This does not allow an efficient production of this mass-produced article. In addition, cavities and gaps form at the connecting points of the two parts, which are difficult to make sterile.
In order to remedy this, the invention provides that in the case of the injection cylinder made of plastic at the rear end of the end of the injection cylinder, at least one nose-like cylinder, which is provided on a part of the forehead circumference and protrudes into the clear width of the cylinder containing the inserted piston, due to deformation of the rear cylinder End of the cylinder formed stop piece is attached, the piston rod optionally having one or more longitudinal grooves or longitudinal grooves into which the stop lugs or lugs protrude, optionally with the groove profile corresponding nose profile and the piston-side end of which forms the stop shoulder or stop shoulders.
With this novel design of the injection syringe, the already introduced piston is secured against unintentional pulling out with particularly simple yet fully effective means.
If it is provided that the piston rod has one or more longitudinal grooves or longitudinal grooves into which the stop lugs or lugs protrude, possibly with a nose profile corresponding to the groove profile, syringes can be produced in which the cylinder and piston rod do not or only to a limited extent let twist against each other. The piston and piston rod can be in one piece.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing. Show in it:
1 shows a longitudinal section through a syringe,
FIG. 2. a section along the line 2-2 in FIG. 1.
At one end of a syringe cylinder 10 made of thermoplastic material, a conical base 10a is formed which merges into a cannula approach 10aa and has a bore 10ab. At its other end, two fingers are molded 10b. A piston 11a is inserted into the syringe cylinder 10, which has sealing rings 11aa and is connected in one piece to a piston rod 1ib, but is offset from the piston rod 11b by a shoulder 11ab. The piston rod 1 ib had an X-shaped outline. At the end remote from the piston it is integrally connected to a thumb plate 11c.
In order to be able to produce stops lOba, the piston 11a together with the piston rod 11b is inserted into the syringe cylinder 10 so that its shoulder 1 loaf is located in one piece within the syringe cylinder 10. Then, with a heated tool (not shown) on the rear end circumference 10c of the cylinder 10, the material is thermoplastically deformed at a few points and pushed into the clear width of the cylinder 10. The stops lOba thus created prevent the piston 11a from being pulled out of the cylinder 10, since the shoulder 11ab hits the stops 10ba when the piston 11a is withdrawn.
