Silozelle
Silo cell
The invention relates to a silo cell for bulk goods with an upper part having a round cross section and a discharge part having a rectangular cross section.
In known embodiments with a round upper part, which is inscribed in the rectangular discharge part when viewed in plan, discharge takes place in the corners of the discharge part. This construction, however, has the disadvantage that the product does not sink evenly during discharge. In addition, the load of the round upper part is only transferred vertically to the rectangular discharge part in the four tangential points.
The. Silo cell according to the invention is characterized in that scratches are provided for the discharge and each straight discharge side of the rectangular discharge part, viewed in plan, is offset inwardly compared to the round upper part and intersects its projection, with a crevice in the upper part to compensate for the two parts is provided.
Thanks to the offset according to the invention of the discharge side with respect to the round upper part, it is possible to discharge product over the entire length.
By using scratches for the discharge, an even lowering of the product can be guaranteed and the cell floor only inclined slightly, which in turn saves space. All Krat r of the same size and with the same drive can also be used. Without impairing the flow conditions of the outflowing product, the load of the round upper part can be absorbed directly vertically by the rectangular discharge part in at least six points.
In a further development of the concept of the invention, it is possible to design the layering so that it overhangs inwardly with respect to the discharge side, which has the advantage that the discharge openings are continuously relieved.
The drawing schematically illustrates an embodiment of the invention, namely shows:
1 shows the silo cell in vertical section along the line I-I of FIGS. 3 and
FIG. 2, a detail of FIG. 1 on an enlarged scale.
Fig. 3 shows on each half one of the two sections along the lines III? -III? or IIIb of FIG. 1.
The silo cell 1 consists of a round, high upper part 2, of which; : m in the drawing only the lower part is shown, and a cm rectangular discharge part, whose walls 3, which form straight discharge disks, are offset inwards in plan compared to the round upper part 2 and intersect its projection, with g in upper part 2 to compensate for it Formations 6 are provided, which are designed to overhang inwardly opposite the discharge side.
If the two other walls 4 are also offset inwardly relative to the round upper part 2. sied, then the two packings 7 are also necessary. The discharge part has a roof-shaped cell bottom 8 as well as ribs 11 located between discharge openings 9 which can be arranged at least partially outside the rectangular discharge part. A discharge housing 12 is built into the discharge opening 9. To discharge the product, scrapers 13 with a wedge-shaped cross section are used, which are moved back and forth in the direction of the rod 14 by a hydraulic drive 16 via a rod 14. A closure cover 17 is firmly connected to the rod 14.
For the onward transport of the. Product a trough chain conveyor 18 is used on both discharge sides. The silo cell works in the following way:
If product is removed, the hydraulic drive 16 pulls the rod 14 with the wedge-shaped scratches 13 in the direction of the discharge opening 9. This opens this because the wear cover 17 is firmly connected to the rod 14 and is therefore also moved forward . The product now flows through the discharge opening 9 into the trough chain conveyor 18, from where it is conveyed on.
The hydraulic drive is reversed by a control, and the rod 14 with bidon scratches 13 and the closure cover 17 moves in the opposite direction. In the process, the scratches 13 close under the reflowed product thanks to the wedge-shaped cross-section. The hydraulic drive is reversed and the whole process is now repeated continuously. The stroke of the scratches is usually set in such a way that the sealing lid 17 no longer closes completely while it is being wiped out, so that a uniform and uninterrupted outflow of the product is possible.
The advantages of the silo cell according to the invention are that, thanks to the offset of the straight discharge side opposite Idem, the upper part 2 can be discharged over the entire length, because the distance between the discharge opening and the opening formed by the Sohiftungen 6 and 7 and the round upper part 2 largely . is equal to. The use of scratches 13 for the discharge. ensures that the product sinks evenly and that mixed products do not separate.
In addition, the cell bath 8 only has to be inclined slightly, which represents a gain in space. All scratches of the same size and with the same drive can also be used. Will the
The casing 6 is designed to overhang inwardly with respect to the discharge side, this has the advantage that the discharge openings 9 are relieved and there is no accumulation of the product.
It is possible to arrange the ribs 12 on each discharge side at least partially outside of the rectangular tragtails, which has the advantage that the
Load of the upper part 2 is recorded directly verbically in several points. The flow conditions of the outflowing product are not influenced in any way.
