Fig. 1 einen Teil einer mit Spindelköpfen versehenen Spulmaschine im Aufriss;
Fig. 2 einen zweiteiligen Spindelkopf in zerlegtem Zustand in Ansicht;
Fig. 3 den selben Spindelkopf wie in Fig. 2 in zusammengesetztem Zustand in Ansicht;
Fig. 4 eine Vorderansicht des Spulenkopfes nach Fig. 3 in Richtung des Pfeiles A.
Auxiliary device for initiating the winding process on winding machines
The invention relates to an auxiliary device for initiating the winding process on winding machines, in which the fully wound bobbin leaves the work station and an empty bobbin is moved towards it, the thread passing from the full to the empty bobbin.
There are various devices for automatic winding of the beginning of the thread on winding machines with automatic bobbin change known. B. the centrifugal force is used to clamp the thread or to loosen the thread clamp. The use of centrifugal force to clamp the thread has the disadvantage that the thread is clamped during the entire winding process and is only released again after the winding process is completed, so that the thread end cannot be wound down with it, but remains outside the bobbin and therefore causes disruptions can give. On the other hand, the use of centrifugal force to release the thread clamp has the disadvantage that a separate mechanism is required to close the clamp.
The present invention aims to avoid these disadvantages and to create a help device which is characterized in that the individual coil is assigned a rigid clamping element which is movable with respect to a counter surface and which, as a result of a corresponding movable arrangement, when accelerating the coil rotation by the inertial force to a Opposite surface is pressed in order to hold the thread brought between the clamping element and the opposite surface when the bobbin is changed, which state of action ceases when the bobbin is decelerated or rotates uniformly.
As a clamping element, for. B. serve a rotatably arranged inside the spindle head sleeve which can be displaced in the axial direction depending on the rotation relative to the spindle head. The sleeve can have a flange which can interact with the end face of the spindle head to clamp the thread. The sleeve can have a projection which can protrude into a groove of the spindle head which is directed obliquely to the axis of the spindle head. The flange of the sleeve can have a horn serving as a thread catcher.
An exemplary embodiment of the auxiliary device according to the invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawing. It shows:
1 shows a part of a winding machine provided with spindle heads in elevation;
2 shows a two-part spindle head in a disassembled state in a view;
3 shows the same spindle head as in FIG. 2 in the assembled state in a view;
Fig. 4 is a front view of the coil head according to Fig. 3 in the direction of arrow A.
According to FIG. 1, two winding spindles 10 and 11 are mounted in two end disks 12, which are combined by means of a hollow connecting shaft 13 to form a single support body which also has a counter holder 14 for the two winder tubes 15 and 16 used. Of these two Spulen'hülsen 15 and 16, the lower bobbin case 16 is shown wound.
The coil support body sits on a round rod 13a, along which it is automatically shifted step by step when the coil is being built. After completion of the winding, the bobbin carries out a half turn of its own accord and returns to its starting position, with the bobbin being changed. As a result of the rotary movement of the bobbin, according to FIG. 1, the full bobbin 16 has been moved away from the work station and the empty bobbin tube 15 has been fed to it.
When this bobbin change is carried out, a hook needle 17, which is guided on the bobbin so as to be longitudinally displaceable and automatically controlled in the required manner, has brought the winding drawer 18 into the area of the spindle head 19 provided on the winding spindle 10. Since this winding spindle 10 is driven in the position shown via a drive wheel 21 by a motor (not shown), the winding thread coming from a thread guide 23 is subsequently driven by a horn 22 (see FIGS. 2 and 3) of the spindle head 19, which is described below 18 detected in a manner to be described, whereupon the cutting of the thread 18 takes place. When the winding machine is in operation, the thread guide 23 swings out with a constant deflection corresponding to the stroke on the winding cone of the bobbin.
In FIG. 1, a second hook needle, which is provided on the bobbin and is assigned to the winding spindle 11, is designated by 17a.
According to FIGS. 2 to 4, the coil head 19 or 20 (FIG. 1) has two sleeves 25 and 26. The sleeve 26 shown on the left in FIG. 2 is mounted in the interior of the other sleeve 25 so as to be easily rotatable and axially displaceable. To restrict the rotatability and the axial displaceability, the sleeve 26 has a bolt 27 which protrudes into an elongated hole 28 of the sleeve 25. This elongated hole 28 is inclined to the sleeve axis so that when the inner sleeve 26 is rotated relative to the outer sleeve 25, the bolt 27 protruding into the elongated hole 28 simultaneously causes an axial displacement of the inner sleeve 26 relative to the outer sleeve 25.
Furthermore, the inner sleeve has an annular flange 29, which is interrupted at one point, and the horn 22 mentioned above, which serves to grasp the thread 18. As a result of the aforementioned axial displacement of the inner sleeve 26 relative to the outer sleeve 25, this flange 29 can be pressed against the face 30 of the sleeve 25, the thread 18 being clamped between the flange 29 and the face 30 of the outer sleeve 25.
The described device works as follows:
At the beginning of the winding process, the winding thread 18 is stretched from the thread conductor 23 (FIG. 1) to the hook needle 17 in such a way that the horn 22 can grip the winding thread 18 as soon as the spindle 10 begins to rotate clockwise. The coil head 19 is accelerated, whereby the inner sleeve 26 is rotated relative to the outer sleeve 25 due to the inertia. The bolt 27 protruding into the elongated hole 28 of the outer sleeve 25 also causes a corresponding relative axial displacement during this relative rotation of the two sleeves 25 and 26, whereby the thread 18 captured by the horn 22 is clamped between the flange 29 and the end face 30 of the sleeve 25 and the The wrapping process can begin.
As soon as the bobbin head has reached its full number of revolutions for the winding process and rotates at a uniform angular speed, the acceleration force disappears, whereby the thread 18 is no longer clamped and can be pulled out of the clamping point. This early release of the beginning of the thread of the new bobbin to be wound makes it possible for this beginning of the thread to be hidden under the thread body during the winding process, since a protruding thread beginning can give rise to disturbances.
