Schliesskloben für Espagnoletteverschlüsse Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Schliessklo- ben für Espagnoletteverschlüsse mit einem zur Zu sammenarbeit mit dem Schliesshaken derselben be- stimmten, aus einem zylindrischen Zapfen bestehen- den Arbeitsteil und einem mit demselben verbunde nen Befestigungsteil.
Als Befestigungsteil ist bei bekannten Schliess- kloben eine Platte vorgesehen, an welcher der zapfen förmige Arbeitsteil befestigt, z. B. festgenietet ist. Zum Anbringen des Klobens an einem Möbel, einem Tür- oder Fensterrahmen oder dergleichen sind in der Platte Bohrungen für das Durchstecken von Be festigungsschrauben vorgesehen.
Das Anbringen der Platte, so dass der Kloben mit seinem Zapfen sich in solcher Lage befindet, dass der Schliesshaken des Espagnoletteverschlusses die Türe richtig an den Türrahmen anzieht, erfordert grosse Sorgfalt und Geschicklichkeit.
Der Schliesskloben gemäss der Erfindung be zweckt, diese Arbeit zu erleichtern, indem als Befe- stigungsteil Bein zylindrischer, zum Einsetzen in ein Bohrloch bestimmter Zapfen vorgesehen .ist und der Arbeitsteil mit seiner Achse zur Achse des Befesti gungsteiles exentrisch versetzt ist.
In der Zeichnung sind zwei Ausführungsbeispiele des Schliessklobens gemäss der Erfindung, je in einer Seitenansicht und einer Draufsicht, dargestellt.
Der Schliesskloben nach den Fig. 1 und 2 besteht aus einem Zapfen 1 als Befestigungsteil und einem Zapfen 2 als Arbeitsteil, der mit dem Schliesshaken eines Espagnoletteverschlusses zusammenzuarbeiten bestimmt ist.
Der Befestigungsteil 1 ist an seinem Umfang mit einem Gewinde 3 versehen, das Sägezahnquer- schnitt besitzt, wobei die schräg verlaufende Flanke des Gewindes sich gegen das freie Ende des Zapfens hin verjüngt. Das freie Ende des Arbeitsteiles 2 ist mit einem Querschlitz 4 zum Ansetzen eines Schrau benziehers versehen.
Die Achse des zylindrischen Arbeitsteiles 2 ver läuft exzentrisch zur Achse des Befestigungsteiles 1. Gemäss den Fig. 3 und 4 ist der Befestigungs teil 1' mit scharfkantigen Rippen 5 versehen und der zapfenförmige Arbeitsteil 2' weist zwei Abflachungen 6 auf, an welchen ein Gabelschlüssel angesetzt wer den kann. Auch hier ist die Achse des Teiles 1' ex zentrisch in bezug auf diejenige des Teiles 2'. Statt der Abflachungen 6 könnte ein Vier- oder Sechskant vorgesehen sein.
Die beschriebenen Schliesskloben bestehen vor zugsweise aus Metall, könnten aber auch aus Kunst stoff hergestellt sein.
Die Schliesskloben werden mit dem Befestigungs teil 1 bzw. 1' in eine Bohrung in einem Möbelteil, z. B. eines Kastenbodens oder einer Kastendecke, eingeschraubt bzw. gestossen.
Die passende Lage des Arbeitsteiles in bezug auf den Schliesshaken eines Espagnoletteverschlusses, der an einer Türe dieses Möbels angebracht ist, kann leicht durch Drehen des Teiles 1 bzw. 1' in der Boh rung, mittels eines Schraubenziehers bzw. eines Ga belschlüssels erreicht werden.

The locking block according to FIGS. 1 and 2 consists of a pin 1 as a fastening part and a pin 2 as a working part, which is intended to work together with the locking hook of an espagnolette fastener.
The fastening part 1 is provided on its circumference with a thread 3 which has a sawtooth cross-section, the inclined flank of the thread tapering towards the free end of the pin. The free end of the working part 2 is provided with a transverse slot 4 for attaching a screwdriver.
The axis of the cylindrical working part 2 ver runs eccentrically to the axis of the fastening part 1. According to FIGS. 3 and 4, the fastening part 1 'is provided with sharp-edged ribs 5 and the peg-shaped working part 2' has two flats 6 on which a wrench is attached can be. Here too, the axis of part 1 'is ex-centric with respect to that of part 2'. Instead of the flats 6, a square or hexagon could be provided.
The locks described are preferably made of metal, but could also be made of plastic.
