Device on a two-axle trailer and on a tractor for coupling the scissors of the trailer to the tractor For coupling the scissors of a two-axle, e.g. $. agricultural trailer. Up to now, a second person had to hold up the trailer's scissors on a tractor, whereupon the driver of the tractor drove the tractor @ backwards until the trailer's scissors could be bolted to the coupling jaw of the tractor.
In agricultural businesses, however, there are now fewer and fewer workers, so that there is usually no second person to hitch up the trailer.
That is why the following has been done recently: The driver lets the tractor drive slowly backwards against the trailer to be coupled, quickly gets off the moving tractor, jumps: to the trailer's scissors, lifts it up and guides it into the trailer coupling mouth of the reversing tractor.
This method is of course associated with danger to life. If the hitching party misses the coupling jaw for any reason, the tractor will continue to drive backwards without steering and there is a risk that the hitching party will be squeezed between the tractor and the trailer or driven over by the tractor.
The present invention aims to provide a device that allows the driver of the tractor pers to couple the trailer to the tractor without the driver's seat; Having to leave the tractor.
The invention relates to a device on a two-axle trailer and on a pure hydraulic tractor for coupling the scissors, the trailer to the tractor, and this device is characterized according to the invention in that an attachment is arranged on the scissors of the trailer, which has the shape of an inverted V, and that on the rear lower links of the tractor, which can be raised and lowered from the driver's seat, there is also an attachment, which, however, carries a slide rail projecting backwards, which is intended to
to reach between the legs of the scissor attachment when reversing the tractor and when lifting the tractor lower link; to lift the scissors of the trailer in front of the coupling jaw of the tractor.
An embodiment of the subject invention will be described with reference to the drawing.
Fig. 1 shows: the coupling device in Be tenansicht, and Fig. 2 shows the same device in the direction of arrow A in FIG.
On the scissors 3 of the trailer a set 2 is attached, which has the shape: an inverted V has. Such an attachment 1 is also arranged at the ends of the two lower links 4 of the hydraulic three-point coupling system at the rear of the tractor. The latter attachment 1 is, however, provided with a rearwardly projecting slide 6 at its V-tip.
The two lower links 4 are already constituent parts of every tractor equipped with hydraulics. They are usually operated from the control seat of the tractor. The coupling of the trailer to the tractor is done with the coupling device described be as follows: The feie end of the scissors 3 of the trailer is in position A on the ground, as shown in dashed lines in FIG.
The tractor is now driven backwards with lowered lower links 4 against the scissors 3 of the trailer until the slide rail 6 of the lower link attachment 1 comes to rest between the two V-legs of the trailer scissors attachment 2.
Then the two lower links 4 of the tractor are lifted from their lowered position from the driver's seat of the tractor, whereby the slide 6 raises the attachment 2 of the trailer scissors 3 and thus: the scissors themselves in the direction of the arrows.
As soon as the end of the scissors has reached position B in relation to the tractor coupling jaw 5, the scissor end can be pressed into the coupling jaw 5 by moving the tractor further backwards and the trailer can be connected to the tractor:
