Device for hanging on components on cast building parts The invention relates to a device for hanging components, in particular suspended ceilings, front walls and line systems for heating, sanitary equipment and lighting, on cast building parts such as concrete ceilings or walls and beams. This device consists of one in the.
Part of the building. ugiessehden support rail with a hollow profile and a lengthwise slot that remains free, as well as of: fastening screws that can be inserted through the lengthwise slot and can be fixed to the rail parts that border it.
In a known device of this type be the support rail sits box-shaped profile, and hammer head are used to attach the components:
screws that are inserted with the head through the longitudinal slot and then turn straight through 90 angles, the screw head in this position on the .the longitudinal slot delimiting legs of the mounting rail finds an abutment so that the screws with a nut from the outside can be fixed to the mounting rail.
On the back of the mounting rail there are eyelets that serve to anchor the mounting rail with the help of wires in the cast part of the building. This device has the disadvantage that the mounting rail has to absorb the entire load caused by the components, which requires a correspondingly strong mounting rail.
The production costs are relatively high, which is due to the additional funds for anchoring the mounting rail. Another disadvantage is the lack of a security against twisting the fastening screws.
It has also already been proposed to increase the load-bearing capacity of the suspension device using an inherently weak support rail by shaping the support rail in such a way that the load from the support rail is transferred directly to the adjacent part of the building. A well-known, this before hit correspondingly trained mounting rail be sitting two outgoing from a back part, running against each other side parts, which together form a dovetail groove.
The cavity of the mounting rail is filled with foam, which has the purpose of being led through the longitudinal slot and then transversely positioned nuts in this position to adhere to the. Screwing in of fastening screws. To bring the fastening screws in this way proved to be quite cumbersome in practice. In addition, the fastening screws are not secured against rotation in this version.
So that the fastening screws can accommodate more nuts to attach the Bauelernenite, grub screws must be used, which also make it difficult to fix the same on the support rail.
The invention aims to: create a Aufhangvor direction of the type mentioned. en, which combines the advantages of the known designs in .sich, but does not have the disadvantages mentioned.
The device according to the invention is characterized in that the support rail has two mutually running side parts starting from a back part, to which inwardly directed, mutually running, resilient legs adjoin, and that screws are provided for fastening the components, their heads Has at least one nose that engages over one of the legs when the screw is inserted into the mounting rail.
In the drawing, exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown, namely: FIG. 1 is a partial perspective view of a support rail of the device according to the invention, with inserted fastening screw, Fsg. 2 Cross-section through the support rail attached to a shuttering board, after the part of the building has been poured,
3 and 4 show two views of a fastening screw on a larger scale, FIG. 5 view: a further embodiment of the fastening screw, FIGS. 6 and 7 two. View of a third embodiment of the fastening screw.
The support rail 1 shown in FIG. 1, for example consisting of hard plastic, has two side parts 3 extending from a back part 2, which run against one another and adjoin the inwardly directed legs 4, which leave a longitudinal slot 5 free.
The free-standing legs 4 again run against one another and are resilient so that when the hammer-head screw 6, which is used to fasten components, is inserted through the longitudinal slot 5, they give way locally according to the screw head thickness and lie against the screw shaft below the screw head.
As can be seen from FIG. 2, the suspension cord 1 can be fastened to the Schellungsbretü 8 with clasps 7. To guide the clasps 1 matching incisions 9 are provided on the protruding edges ides back part 2 of the support rail.
In order to prevent casting compound, for example concrete, from getting into the cavity of the mounting rail between the formwork board 8 and the mounting rail 1 during the casting of the building part 10, the mounting rail has two further resilient legs 11 which extend from the free end of the side ax 3 , since protruding outwards and sticking out at an angle
that they cling tightly to the shuttering board 8 when the mounting rail 1 is attached.
In the case of an embodiment made of plastic, the support rail 1 can have a resilient band 16 (indicated by dash-dotted lines) consisting of one piece with the support rail, which covers the back part 2 and curves against the longitudinal slot 5.
This band 16 holds the fastening screws inserted into the mounting rail 1 in the position of use by pressing on the screw head, which facilitates the assembly of the components.
In a simpler embodiment, in particular in the case of a mounting rail made of metal instead of plastic, the protruding edges of the back part 2 and / or the legs 11 for sealing can be missing. This allows the production costs to be reduced. Support rails made of plastic have the advantage, however, that they can be supplied in rolls.
T-head bolts can be provided for fastening the components. According to FIGS. 3 and 4, such a screw 6 has two lugs 13 on the screw head 12 which, when the screw is inserted in the support rail 1, overlap the legs 4 and thereby secure the screw 6 against twisting.
Fig. 5 shows another embodiment of the fastening screw, in which the head 14 and a nose 15 are formed for the specified purpose by deformation of the screw shaft.
In a third embodiment according to FIGS. 6 and 7, the fastening screw has a mushroom-shaped screw head 17 with a pulled-down edge.
The screw head 17 is pressed in on two opposite sides (FIG. 7) in such a way that the edge parts 18 hang down even more at these points and form hooks for engaging over the legs 4 of the support rail 1. As he can see, it is not necessary to use this form of execution, to turn the screw after a set in the mounting rail in order to achieve an anti-rotation ver anchoring.
