Fig. 3 zeigt die Presse in halbgeöffneter Stellung.
Method and device for ejecting and removing moldings from presses
The invention relates to a method and a device for ejecting and removing moldings made of plastic or metal in press, transfer molding, injection molding and die casting machines with movable and hydraulically controlled ejectors used in the upper and lower mold. Presses are already known in which the ejectors in both the lower mold and the upper mold are movably guided and controlled hydraulically.
In these presses, the briquettes often stick to the upper mold and then fall into the machine frame when the upper ejector is actuated. Such Störquelien exclude a complete machine operation, because an automatic buyer cannot detect the molded products that have fallen off the upper ejectors. The consequences are long machine downtimes and damage to the moldings. Also ! the hydraulic control of the ejector is cumbersome and prone to failure, so that further loss of time is added.
The invention has set itself the task of creating an ejector actuation with which the pressed or injection-molded moldings are held in such a way that the moldings can no longer fall off and the fully automatic operation can no longer be disrupted.
According to the invention, this goal is achieved in that when the tools are opened, an upper and a lower ejector lie on the molding, while not changing their position relative to one another or not changing their position relative to one another during the opening process, thereby holding the molding between them.
To carry out this method, a device is used according to the invention in which a lower ejector rod is provided with a piston which can be guided in a cylinder mounted in a lower ejector bridge. The lower ejector bridge is expediently connected to the upper ejector bridge by a column of constant length, to which an upper ejector rod is firmly connected.
The upper and lower ejectors can be connected to the respective ejector rod and have clearance in the lower and upper tool. The movable mold carrier plate advantageously takes the lower ejector rod with it via stops and an ejector plate, the piston being pulled up in the cylinder. The lower cylinder space is advantageously connected to an oil container via a pipeline and a check valve. The upper cylinder space is connected to an energy store by means of a pressure line. The check valve connected below the lower cylinder chamber is conveniently controllable by a magnetic switch.
The path of the upper ejector rod and thus also the path of the lower ejector bridge can expediently be limited by adjusting nuts and stops in the tool.
Advantageously, the taker intended for removing the moldings is box-shaped and, when it is removed, reaches beyond the moldings on all sides.
In a preferred embodiment, the box-shaped pickup actuates a contact, which opens the non-return valve so that the piston retreats under the pressure of the medium coming from the energy storage device until the lower ejector hits the stops. After the ejectors have made contact with the stops, the flowing medium pushes up the cylinder, which actuates the upper ejector.
In the drawing, a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention is shown for example, namely show:
1 shows an open press with retracted ejectors,
2 shows a closed press with press powder filled into the mold and retracted ejectors,
3 shows a half-open press with a press molding hanging from the upper part of the mold,
4 shows a half-open press with a pressed molding hanging on the lower part of the mold,
5 shows an open press with extended ejectors and a molded article held in between
6 shows an open press with the molding removed and the lower ejectors withdrawn.
A cylinder block 2 is firmly mounted on a press frame 1. In the cylinder block 2 there are eccentrically arranged pressure pistons 3 which move a movable tool carrier plate 4. The tool 5 with the press chamber 6 is located on the NA7erkzeugträgerplatte. In the press frame 1 and below the cylinder block 2, a lower ejector bridge 7 is mounted in a height-adjustable manner. The ejector bridge 7 carries a cylinder 8 in which there is a piston 9 with an upwardly extending lower ejector rod 10 attached to it. The cylinder 8 is closed with a cover 11 and sealed off from the ejector rod 10. In the cover 11 there is a bore which opens into the upper pressure chamber 12.
A pressure line 13 is connected to the bore, which leads to a pressure accumulator (not shown).
A suction line 15, into which a check valve 16 is inserted, is connected to the bottom of the cylinder 8 in the lower cylinder space 14. A magnetic switch 17 is arranged immediately next to it to control the check valve 16. The suction line 15 leads to the oil tank 18.
The lower ejector rod 10 is connected at the upper end to an ejector plate 19, which is provided with two or more lower movement limit stops 20. The ejectors 21 attached to the ejector plate 19 extend into the press chamber 6 in the exemplary embodiment and at the same time form press contours. There is a free space between the stops 20 and the tool 5 in which the ejectors 21 can move.
A column 22 which actuates the upper ejector bridge 23 is attached to the lower ejector bridge 7. The upper evaluation rod 24 is fastened in the upper ejector bridge 23 by means of adjusting nuts 25 and 26. The ejector rod 24 protrudes through the stationary tool carrier plate 27.
The upper ejector plate 28 is attached to the lower end. In its uppermost position it is limited by stops 29.
The upper ejectors 30, which cut off with the lower edge of the tool stamp 31, are attached to the upper ejector plate. The ejectors 30 can move in the space between the stops 29 and the upper edge of the stamp 31. This movement is also limited by adjusting nuts 32. The molding as he z. As can be seen in FIGS. 3 to 5, it was designated by 33.
The way the press works is as follows:
In Fig. 1, the press is shown open.
The ejectors 21 and 30 are in the retracted position in the tool. The piston 9 is located in the cylinder 8 in the lowest position. In the upper pressure chamber 12 there is a liquid under approximately 15 atmospheric pressure. If press powder is now filled into the press chamber 6 by a feeder (not shown), a contact (not shown) triggers the closing of the press. The pressure pistons 3 move the mobile tool carrier plate 4 into the closed position, as shown in FIG. The ejector plate 19 takes the attached lower ejector rod 10 together with the piston 9 located thereon upwards. The piston 9 pushes the hydraulic fluid in the upper pressure chamber 12 back through the pressure line 13 to the energy storage device.
At the same time, oil is sucked in from the oil container 18 through the suction line 15 in the lower cylinder space 14 below the piston 9. The check valve 16 prevents a backflow into the oil container 18. In this position, pre-pressing, venting and re-pressing of the molding compound takes place. The ejectors 30, 21 are still retracted. When the standing time has ended, a contact (not shown) controls the opening of the press.
Fig. 3 shows the press in the half-open position. The molding 33 got stuck in the upper part of the tool 31. The mobile tool carrier plate 4 moves downwards. The ejector tips of the ejectors 21 and 30 hold the molding 33 firmly. If the ejector plate 19 hits the tool 5, the lower ejector rod 10 is pressed downwards. Since the check valve 16 is still closed, the lower ejector bridge 7 with cylinder 8 moves downwards and at the same time takes the column 22 with it. The upper ejector bridge 23, upper ejector rod 24 and the ejector 30 are moved down until the press has reached the position shown in FIG. 5 and the stop 32 limits the movement.
The molding 33 is still located between the ejector tips 21 and 30.
According to FIG. 4, the molding 33 has got stuck in the pressing chamber 6. The press is in the half-open position. The molded article held in place opposes the ejectors 21 with such a resistance that the lower ejector rod 10 is entrained during the opening movement of the movable tool carrier plate 4. The locked piston 9 presses the lower ejector bridge 7 with the cylinder 8 and the column 22 downwards and thereby takes the upper ejector bridge 23 with it. The upper ejector rod 24 connected to the upper ejector bridge 23 is pressed downward until the adjusting nuts 32 rest against the stationary tool carrier plate.
The movable system is thus blocked and the molding is pressed out of the press chamber 6 during the further opening process. With this option too, the molding 33 remains between the tips of the ejectors 21 and 30. When the mobile tool carrier plate 4 has reached the lowest position of the press, the molding 33 is again free between the tools, held by the ejectors 21 and 30, as FIG. 5 shows. At this moment, a box-shaped pickup 34 enters from the side of the press and encompasses the molding 33. The pickup triggers a contact so that the magnetic switch 17 controls the check valve 16.
The oil located in the lower cylinder space 14 flows into the oil container 18, and the piston is lowered in the cylinder 8 until the ejector plate 19 hits the stops 20 (FIG. 6).
The movement of the lower ejector rod 10 is thus limited. The medium flowing out of the pressure line 13 from the energy storage device now pushes the cylinder 8 upwards and thus also the column 22, upper ejector bridge 23, upper ejector rod 24 and the upper ejector 30. This movement continues until the piston 9 hits the bottom of the Cylinder 8 and thus the position according to FIG. 1 is reached again. Isich repeats the movement process.
Of course, the device according to the invention can also be used on horizontal presses. The drive of the movable mold carrier plate can also be located above the press. The invention is in no way restricted to the figures shown.
