Closing device on horizontal-axis window sash The invention relates to a closing device on horizontal-axis window sash, with a device having an actuator. Known locking devices are designed so that they are freely visible attached to the fixed window frame who must; In addition, several manipulations are usually necessary to achieve a complete, secure conclusion.
In order to remedy these disadvantages, the locking device according to the invention is characterized in that this device is kinematically connected to a locking mechanism by a transmission mechanism concealed in the stationary window frame, which initially pivots the window sash into the closed position when the actuator is actuated in the closing direction and then locked tightly in the same, when actuated in the opening direction, on the other hand, first releases the lock and then pivots the window sash into the open position.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing. 1 shows a front view of a window which has a horizontal-axis window sash provided with a closing device, FIG. 2 shows a front view of part of the closing device on a larger scale, after removing some parts of the window frame and with the window sash open, FIG 3 the same view as in FIG. 2, but with the window sash closed,
4 shows a schematic side view of some parts of a device for actuating the closing device in the direction of arrow IV of FIG. 2, on an even larger scale; FIG. 5 shows a schematic top view of the closing device in the direction of arrow V of FIG , with paths, and FIG. 6 shows a section along line VI-VI of FIG. 5 on a larger scale.
The window shown in Fig. 1 has a stationary wooden frame 1 with a horizontal Tra verse 2, to which an upper window sash 4 is hinged by means of two, schematically shown, horizontal pivot pin 3, the frame of which is denoted by 5. A locking device, designated as a whole with 6, for the wing 4 is for the most part concealed in the stationary frame 1, so that when the wing 4 is closed, only its actuating device 7 is visible.
The Actuator device 7 has a base plate 8 which is fixed by means of screws 9 on the frame 1 and is provided with two cheeks 10, on which an Actuate transmission lever 11 is hinged at 12 (see Fig. 4). The end of the lever 11 opposite the handle 13 is forked and the fork 14 comprises a projection 15 of a slide 16 which is vertically guided by guides 17 shown schematically in FIG. 4. The projection 15 has a slot 18 in which a pin 19 attached to the end of the fork 14 is slidable ver.
It can be seen that by turning the lever 11 in the direction of the arrow 20, the pin 19 comes approximately in the position 19 ', where it moves back and forth in the slot 18 and the slide 16 in the direction of the arrow 21, that is upwards shifts. The actuating device 7 is well known per se and has only been described here for the sake of completeness.
The frame 1 has in its interior a channel which consists of a vertical part 22 'and a horizontal part 22 "and which is visible in FIGS. 2 and 3 as a result of the removal of a frame part covering it. In the vertical part 22' of the channel a rod 23 is accommodated, which is connected at the bottom to a connecting piece 24, for example screwed adjustable, which in turn is fastened to a hook 25 provided at the upper end of the slide 16. The upper end of the rod 23, the profile of which is e.g. .
B. can be rectangular, is connected to a link chain 26 which leads around the frame corner and on the other hand via an end piece 27 to the right end of a horizontal, flat slide 28 is connected. A rounded guide 29 with an approximately U-shaped profile is used to guide the articulated chain 26 around the corner. This guide 29 is well lubricated ge, for. B. with fat, and has a not visible in the drawing voltage longitudinal slot through which it is connected to the slide 28.
The slide 28 is provided with three pins 301, 302, 303 and displaceable on a flat rail 31, which is attached from below to the upper part 32 of the frame 1, for. B. is screwed. The rail 31 is provided with three slots 331, 332 and 333 through which the pins 301, 302 and 303 reach. Under the rail 29, one end of a link 35 is hinged to the same by means of a pin 36. In the vicinity of the pin 36, the link 35 is provided with a slot 37, through which the pin 302 points through, the slot 37 being shaped in such a way that
that when the slide 28 is displaced in the direction of the arrow 38, the link 35 pivots in the direction of the arrow 39 about the pin 36, so that a shear formed by the rail 31 and the link 35 closes. If the link 35 is already in the closed position, the pin can still slide on in one end part of the slot 37.
At the other end of the link 35, a pin 40 is attached which engages from above in a straight guide 41 which is attached to the upper side of the window sash frame 5. The pin 40 is at its lower end with a button 42 (see FIG. 6) see ver, which prevents the pin 40 from sliding out of the guide 41 upwards. If the button 42 has been brought into the same one at one end of the guide 41, it can be secured against sliding out of this guide end by attaching stops, not shown.
Two retaining clamps 43, which are intended to work together with the pin 301 and 30'2, are also attached to the frame 5. For this purpose, each holding block 43 has a hook-shaped projection 44 with an inner run-on surface 45 and an end catch 46 which serves to receive the relevant pin 30. The retaining clamps 43 are dimensioned and arranged such that the window sash frame 5 is pressed firmly against the stationary frame 1 when the pins 301 and 303 are seated in the relevant end catches 46.
The function of the described Schliesseinrich device is easy to understand after the above description. If, starting from the open position of the window sash 4 (see FIGS. 2, 4, 5), the lever handle 13 is folded down, the rod 23 is moved upwards. The link chain 26 as a result pushes the slide 28 in the direction of arrow 38 (see FIG. 5).
As a result, the handlebar 35 is first pivoted in the direction of the arrow 39 by means of the pin 302 engaging in the slot 37, and the frame 5 is thus drawn onto the frame 1; in the further displacement of the slide 28 then the pins 301 and 303 run against the run-up surfaces 45 of the projections 44 of the holding block 43, whereby the frame 5 is firmly locked to the frame 1 ver. When the pin 301 and 30j have entered the end catches 46, the closing pressure between the frames 5 and 1 remains.
When the lever 11 is actuated in the opening direction, the lock is first released by releasing the retaining block 43 from the pins 301 and 303, and then the window sash 4 is opened by means of the link 35.
The locking device described has the advantage that the window sash is closed and locked with a single lever movement, the locking also taking place with a slightly warped sash frame, so that the window sash always closes perfectly tight. The window sash cannot be opened due to wind pressure or manipulation from the outside. The entire device with the exception of the actuator 7 is invisible.
In the case of a very high window sash, one could also attach retaining clamps to the sides of the frame 5 and conceal corresponding pins on the rod 23 or on a chain link connected to the left end of the slide 28 in the other side of the frame 1 Provide slider.
