Description
Verfahren zum Herstellen von Abwasserfaulräumen und nach dem Verfahren hergestellter Abwasserfaulraum Während bisher Abwasserfaulräume an Ort und Stelle als Betonguss-Behälter unter entsprechendem Aufwand an Verschalungsarbeit oder aus minde stens zwei nebeneinanderstehenden Zementrohr schächten hergestellt werden, wird gemäss vorlie gender Erfindung eine Rationalisierung dadurch be wirkt, dass vorfabrizierte Wandungselemente mit entsprechenden Kammertrennwänden an Ort und Stelle miteinander zum vorgesehenen Faulraum ver bunden werden.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel eines nach diesem Ver fahren gebauten Abwasserfaulraumes ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt. Es zeigen Fig. 1 einen Grundriss im Schnitt nach der Linie 1-I von Fig.2, die einen Aufriss im Schnitt nach der Linie II-II von Fig. 1 darstellt.
Wie besonders aus Fig. 2 gut ersichtlich ist, sind vorfabrizierte Bauteile aus Betonguss, nämlich eine Bodenplatte 11, Mantelringe 12, eine Deckelplatte 13, Kammertrennwände 14, 15, 16 mit Kammerverbin- dungsschlitzen 140 bzw. 150, eine Tauchwand 17, die vorgesehenen Einlaufstutzen 18 und der Aus laufstutzen 19 an Ort und Stelle mit Hilfe von schnellbindender und gut dichtender Mörtelmasse zu einem von Ort zu Ort variierenden, den besonderen Verhältnissen angepassten Abwasserfaulraum ver einigt.
Wie aus Fig. 1 ersichtlich ist, können die Kam mertrennwände 14, 15 auch schräg zur Kammer trennwand 16 angesetzt werden, womit ein grösserer Raum der ersten Faulraumkammer erreicht wird.
Diese Bauweise erweist sich als wesentlich vor teilhafter gegenüber dem Giessen an Ort und Stelle.

As can be seen from Fig. 1, the Kam mertrennwan 14, 15 can also be attached obliquely to the chamber partition 16, whereby a larger space of the first digester chamber is achieved.
This design proves to be much more advantageous than pouring on the spot.
