Description
Electric machine, especially electric motor for dry shavers The invention relates to an electric machine, especially electric motor for dry rarskrer, with a flat collector and a clean disk opposite the collector for receiving the bearing block with an oil-absorbing layer for lubricating the bearing.
What is inventive is that the disc opposite the collector between the bearing block and the wall of the same facing the collector is provided with a chamber surrounding the shaft into which at least one channel opens, the other end of which is
the oil-absorbing layer is applied.
The accompanying figures show schematically an embodiment according to the invention, namely FIG. Linen shows a section through part of the bearing disk with axle and collector and FIG. 2 shows a plan view of the bearing disk.
According to FIG. 1, the bearing disk 1 is provided with a trough-shaped cavity in which a spherical bearing 2 is arranged, which is lubricated by means of oil-containing felt 3, a leaf spring 4 serving to press the bearing 2 on.
On the axis 5 is a flat collector is placed, the lamellae 6 are attached to a disc 7 made of insulating material.
In the plan view according to FIG. 2, where the leaf spring 4 and the felt 3 have been omitted, the opening for one of the brushes is denoted by 8.
The bearing disk 1 (see FIG. 1) has an annular chamber 9 around the axis 5 which is provided with a narrowed space 10 on the side of the collector. At least two channels 11, the other end of which is in contact with the felt 3, preferably open or open into this chamber. The channels can also be designed in the manner indicated by 12.
When using more than one channel, that is, they are arranged around the bearing.
At the point of the dashed line 13, the axle 5 can be provided with a flange in order to better throw off the oil.
The machine shown has the advantage that the oil thrown away by the rapidly rotating shaft is collected in the chamber 9 and returned to the mushroom through the channel or channels. The felt or similar material should not be saturated with oil,
so that it can act like a sponge.
It is generally advisable to give the channels a capillary effect, which improves the conveyance after the felt.
With the aforementioned measures, first of all, practically no oil is lost, while further preventing the oil thrown off the axle from reaching the brushes and / or the collector. The bright,
that the brushes are clamped in their holders as a result of the combined effect of the oil and the brush particles that have been ground away, and the evil of a greater contact resistance between the brushes and the collector are largely avoided in this way.
