Behälter in Flaschen-oder Dosenform zur Aufnahme von Produkten jeglicher Art, z. B. der chemischen, insbesondere der pharmazeutischen und kosmetischen Industrie
Vorliegende Neuerung bezieht sich auf einen Behälter in Flaschen- oder Dosenform zur Aufnahme von Produkten jeglicher Art, z. B. der chemischen, insbesondere der pharmazeutischen und kosmetischen Industrie.
In den weitaus meisten Fällen ist es erforderlich, dem Käufer bzw. Benutzer eines chemischen bzw. pharmazeutischen oder kosmetischen Produkts eine Drucksache in Form einer Gebrauchsanweisung und/ oder Aufklärung über das Produkt zu übermitteln, um eine fehlerhafte Anwendung zu verhüten.
Bis heute ist es üblich, diese lose in die z. B schachtelförmige Verpackung des das Produkt enthaltenden Behälters einzulegen. Daraus resultiert, dass die Druckschrift sehr häufig nach einmaligem Lesen mit der Schachtel fortgeworfen wird oder auch unbeabsichtigt verlorengeht. Zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt hat man sodann die Anweisungen über den Anwendungsbereich und die Art der Anwendung vergessen und zieht daher einem fehlerhaften Gebrauch vor, den oft noch beträchtlichen und teuren Rest des Produkts zu vernichten, obwohl er noch voll gebrauchsfähig ist. Nicht sehr gewissenhafte Personen verlassen sich bei verlorengegangenen Anweisungen häufig auf ihr Gedächtnis oder wenden das Produkt nach eigenem Gutdünken an, dessen Folgen insbesondere bei Verwechslungen oft verheerend sind.
Ausserdem ist durch die mitzuliefernde Gebrauchsanweisung, Aufklärungsschriften, durch die Beigabe von Gutscheinen, Bildervignetten usw. die Verwendung einer schachtelförmigen äusseren Verpackung auch dann unentbehrlich, wenn sie zum Schutz des Behälters nicht erforderlich wäre.
Diesen überstand zu beseitigen, ist die Aufgabe vorliegender Erfindung. Sie ist gekennzeichnet durch eine der Wandung des das Produkt enthaltenden Behälters aussen angeformte, flache, wenigstens teilweise überdeckte Vertiefung zum Einschieben einer Drucksache und/oder Beigabe wie Gebrauchsanweisung, Aufklärungsschrift über das Produkt, Gutscheine, Bildervignetten. Es wird vorgeschlagen, die Vertiefung in der Seitenwandung des Behälters vorzusehen. Sie kann. z. B. die Form einer schwalbenschwanzförmigen, grossflächigen Nute aufweisen. Anderseits ist es ebenfalls möglich, eine nutenförmige Vertiefung durch einen auf die Behälterwandung aufgeklebten Klebstreifen oder ein Etikett zu überdecken, wodurch ein Raum zum Einschieben der Drucksache gebildet wird.
Es empfiehlt sich, die Drucksache und/oder Beigabe in der Nut oder auf der Etikettrückseite punktförmig, leicht lösbar anzukleben.
Der Behälter kann beliebig z. B. als Flasche (Fläschchen) oder Dose ausgebildet sein und aus thermoplastischem Material, Porzellan, Glas, Blech usw. bestehen.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel nach der Erfindung dargestellt. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht eines Fläschchens mit in einer Vertiefung gelagerten Druckschrift und
Fig. 2 eine Unteransicht des Fläschchens.
In der Seitenwand 2 des Fläschchens 1 befindet sich eine zum Boden 4 hin offene nutenförmige Vertiefung 3, in der die Druckschrift 5 in zusammengefaltetem Zustand lagert. Die Nute 4 ist teilweise durch ein auf die Flaschenwandung 2 aufgeklebtes Etikett abgedeckt, so dass der obere Nutenbereich einen nur nach unten zum Einschieben der Druckschrift offenen Raum bildet. Selbstverständlich ist es möglich, die Nute bis zur Stirnfläche 7 durchlaufen zu lassen bzw. die Öffnung zum Einschieben der Druckschrift oben vorzusehen, indem der untere Nutenbereich mittels des Etiketts 6 überklebt ist.
Anstelle des Etiketts kann ebenfalls ein beliebiger Klebstreifen verwendet werden.
Der Behälter kann aus thermoplastischem Material, aus Glas, Porzellan oder auch aus Blech bestehen.
Es ist leicht einzusehen, dass durch die Erfindung, insbesondere bei Behältern aus widerstandsfähigem Material wie Kunststoff, auf die übliche schachtelförmige Einzelverpackung verzichtet werden kann.

In addition, the instructions for use, explanatory notes, the addition of vouchers, picture vignettes, etc. make the use of box-shaped outer packaging indispensable even if it is not necessary to protect the container.
The object of the present invention is to eliminate this overhang. It is characterized by a flat, at least partially covered recess, formed on the outside of the wall of the container containing the product, for inserting a printed matter and / or add-on such as instructions for use, explanatory notes on the product, vouchers, picture vignettes. It is proposed to provide the recess in the side wall of the container. She can. z. B. have the shape of a dovetail, large-area groove. On the other hand, it is also possible to cover a groove-shaped depression with an adhesive strip or a label stuck to the container wall, thereby creating a space for the printed matter to be pushed in.
It is advisable to affix the printed matter and / or addendum in the groove or on the back of the label in a point-like manner, easily removable.
The container can be any z. B. be designed as a bottle (vial) or can and made of thermoplastic material, porcelain, glass, sheet metal, etc. are made.

In the side wall 2 of the bottle 1 there is a groove-shaped recess 3 which is open towards the bottom 4 and in which the document 5 is stored in the folded-up state. It is of course possible to have the groove run through to the end face 7 or to provide the opening for inserting the printed matter at the top by pasting over the lower groove area by means of the label 6.
Any adhesive tape can also be used in place of the label.
The container can be made of thermoplastic material, glass, porcelain or sheet metal.
It is easy to see that the invention makes it possible to dispense with the usual box-shaped individual packaging, in particular in the case of containers made of resistant material such as plastic.
