Description
The present invention .a. for object a prefabricated wall element,
characterized in that it consists of .at least one panel of material having on one of its faces transverse recesses extending from one end to the other of said face.
The drawing. , appended shows, by way of example, one form and one variant of execution of the subject of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a cross section of one embodiment; fig. 2 is a view along I-I of FIG. 1; fig. 3 is a cross section of an alternative embodiment.
The partition element shown in fig. 1 and 2 consists of two panels of material 1 and 2, identical and square in shape. Each of the panels 1 and 2 bears, on one of its faces,
transverse recesses 3 extending from one end to the other of said face.
The panels 1 and 2 are contiguous to one another so that their respective recesses 3 are facing each other and determine a series of channels 4 passing right through the element thus obtained.
The side walls 5 of each of the panels 1 and 2 which are parallel to the recesses 3 have, one, a groove 6, and the other an elongated tenon 7 of corresponding shape.
The element represented is -used as follows We draw up a row of panels 1,
the tenon 7 and the groove 6 of each panel 1 being respectively nested in the groove 6 and in the tenon 7 of the neighboring panels. We then place on this first row of panels 1 rune second <RTI
ID = "0001.0115"> row of panels 1,! While taking care that the recesses 3 of the panels of this second row are in the extension of the recesses 3 of the panels of the first row,
and one .proced .so until one reaches the desired wall height. At this time, there is a half-gal.andage along which the creu sures 3 form a series of housings in which we can place the pipes of the heating and water pipes for example.
It then only remains to place a panel 2 @ opposite each panel 1, the recesses 3 of the panels 2 being placed opposite those of the panels 1, and to secure the panels 1 and 2,
for example (by means of profiled irons or any other suitable manner.
The partition thus obtained is simple to assemble and of an advantageous use because:
its parts are easily removable. In addition, the channels 4 allow the establishment of an air cushion between panels 1 and 2, which results in good thermal and sound insulation.
It is planned to give the panels 1 and 2 different shapes and dimensions and to prefabricate them in plaster, cement, agglomerated materials or even synthetic material. Whereas they are prefabricated,
the elements described may have a smooth, ready-to-use exterior surface.
It is planned to suppress the grooves 6 and the tenons 7.
According to an alternative embodiment,: shown in FIG. 3, the pocket element comprises only a single panel 8 bearing on one of its faces transverse recesses 9 extending from one end to @ aufire of said face.
The side walls 10 which are parallel to the recesses 9 have, one a groove 11, and the other an elongate tenon 12 of corresponding shape. This element is advantageously:
used as a lining for a wall 13, the recesses 9 forming housings in .lesquels will be placed the pipes and other pipes fixed in front of the wall 13.
