Dishwashing machine The invention relates to a dishwashing machine with rotating washing basket driven by slot washing tubes and level regulation of the washing water. In order to carry out the washing process correctly, it is necessary that the washing solution has a certain volume and a certain temperature. For the purpose of volume regulation, float switches and similar mechanical devices were previously used, while a thermostat located on the boiler ensured the correct level of temperature.
A float switch no longer works properly when it is heavily soiled, but switches off too late or not at all, where the lye flows off through the overflow and a large amount of water and detergent is consumed. In addition, there is an increased consumption of electricity, since the newly flowing water is constantly heated up.
The invention avoids the disadvantages of the known devices in that a thermostat is arranged at the level of the normal level of the wash liquor, which blocks the flow of water when the normal level and the correct temperature of the wash liquor is reached and turns on the program switch for the washing process.
In one embodiment of the invention, the wash basket is set in rotation by the wash liquor discharged under pressure from slot wash pipes. The spray angle of a number of slots is expediently directed against the direction of rotation of the wash basket and thereby determines the most favorable speed.
The rotatable washing basket is preferably mounted displaceably in a slide guide. For easy cleaning, the slot washing pipes are detachably connected to a supply pipe by a claw coupling and a sliding sleeve.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing. The figures show: FIG. 1 a vertical section through the dishwasher, FIG. 2 a section through the rotary bearing of the washing basket, FIGS. 3, 4 slide and slide guide of the washing basket in a diagrammatic representation, FIG. 5 a washing tube with coupling.
In the housing 1 of the dishwasher is the washing basket 2 with the dishes 3. On the underside of the housing 1, the electrically heated boiler 4 is provided with the thermostat 5, the overflow pipe 6 and the pump 7 for circulating the detergent solution.
The normal level of the washing liquor is indicated by the dashed line 8. It lies above the inlet opening 9 of the pump 7. The feed pipe 10 with the slotted washing pipes 11, 12 is connected to the outlet of the pump 7.
The hot or cold water flows from the line connection 13 via a diaphragm 14, the electrically controlled filling valve 15 or the flushing valve 16 to the boiler 4. The water passes from the boiler 4 via the rinsing system 17 into the nozzles 18. The normal level of the wash liquor is about 1 cm below the overflow 19 of the overflow pipe 6. A thermostat 20 is arranged at the normal level.
The washing basket 2 is fastened to a hub 21 according to FIG. 2-4, which rests with a ball bearing 22 on the pin 23 of a slide 24. The slide 24 slides in the guide 25, whereby the basket 2 can be pulled forward in the direction of the arrow 26 to the door 27 of the machine. The slot washing pipes 11, 12 are partially provided with inclined slots 28 according to FIG. The slots 28 are directed towards the basket 2, so that the water is set in rotation under the action of the incident rays.
While the slots 28 of the spray tube 12 correct the direction of rotation of the basket 2 be, the slots of the slot washing tube 11 counteract this direction. As a result, the speed of rotation of the basket 2 is slowed down.
For cleaning, the slot washing pipes can be removed from the supply pipe 10 by means of a claw coupling 29. A sliding sleeve 30 secures the clutch 29 in the engaged state. The slot washing tube 12 is fixed in the wall of the housing 1 with a pin 31 and is supported against this lower intermediate layer of a sealing ring 32.
The aperture 14 is used to control the Wasserzu drove. With a small panel, the boiler 4, which is otherwise only used to heat up the 85 C rinsing water, works as a flow heater and slowly heats the cold water running. The large screen built into the hot water connection lets the water flow through quickly. As a result, a short preparation time with low energy consumption is necessary. In both cases, the boiler 4 acts simultaneously as an indirect tank heater.
When the machine is switched on, the filling valve 15 is electromagnetically geöff net and the boiler 4 is heated. The temperature is monitored by the thermostat 5. As soon as the detergent solution has reached the normal level 8 and the temperature of 50 C, the thermostat 20 responds. This results in the filling valve 15 closing and the washing program being initiated.
The wash liquor is pressed with the pump 7 through the wash pipe 10 and the slotted wash pipes 11, 12, so that the basket 2 rotates and the dishes 3 are washed with the wash liquor. This process takes approx. 4.5 minutes, during which the boiler contents heat up to 85 C. The washing process is followed by an intermediate time of 4 seconds, with the dishes dripping off after the pump 7 has been switched off. The flushing valve 16 now opens electromagnetically, and the flushing water, which is heated to 85 ° C. in the boiler 4, rises in the flushing system 17 and exits the nozzles 18. During this process, the liquid rises above the normal level 8 and flows out through the overflow 19.
The impurities float on the surface of the wash liquor and are carried along when it drains. In this way, the washing liquor is regenerated by the rinsing water and can be used again. The flushing process is limited in time, after which the machine switches off and the door 27 opens automatically. The washing machine according to the invention it allows it to get by with very little electricity, water and detergent consumption.
