Druckluftf¯rdereinrichtung
Compressed air conveyor
The subject matter of the present invention is a compressed air conveying device for bulk goods, in particular gravel-cement mixtures, in which a filling container for the conveyed goods is connected to a compressed air line.
The problem with such devices is that the conveyed material, which is roasted for the purpose of conveying into a compressed air line, has to overcome its internal pressure when it enters this line. For this purpose, for example, devices have been proposed in which the material to be conveyed is filled into axial chambers of a rotating drum and, in a certain position of this drum, is forced into the conveyor line, for example also by means of compressed air. All of these facilities were naturally complex and extremely subject to wear and tear.
The present invention is based on the object of creating a conveying device of the type mentioned, in which the conveyed material can be fed to the compressed air line in a simple manner and in which the wear is significantly less.
The device according to the invention is characterized in that the compressed air line is designed as a Venturi nozzle at the connection point.
In the drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the subject of the invention is shown partially in section and schematically.
The embodiment shown relates to a compressed air conveying device for conveying a cement-gravel mixture to a construction site that is not directly accessible, as is the case, for example, in the manufacture of in-situ concrete piles or in tunnel or bridge construction.
The compressed air delivery line is denoted by 1 and has a radial constriction to form a Venturi nozzle 2. The filling container 4, which tapers conically at the bottom, is connected to this Venturi nozzle via the nozzle 3 and is thus connected to the pressure line 1. In this container 4, an agitator (not shown) and / or a conveyor screw, the axis of which is denoted by 5, can be arranged as required.
The conveyed material filled into the container 4 now passes through the nozzle 3, either by gravity alone or under the influence of a ni. cht shown conveyor screw, the, formed by the Venturi nozzle 2 constriction of the compressed air line 1 in this last one. According to the known effect of the Venturi nozzle, the pressure on the wall is at the narrowest, @, due to the increased compressed air speed. H. : at the connection point, the least, so that, as tests have shown, no or only a very low conveyor pressure can be used to bring the conveyed material into the compressed air line.
The mentioned installation of the Venturi nozzle in the compressed air line and its connection with the material container is therefore causal. for the advantage that the material to be conveyed can be fed to the compressed air line with a much lower expenditure of force, thanks to which it is possible to dispense with all complicated feed units that are subject to wear and tear.
It goes without saying that instead of the gravel-cement mixture or
Concrete or gunite, also any other bulk material, can be conveyed by means of such a device or introduced into a pressure conveying line.
