B. blauem, transparentem, thermoplastischem Kunststoff verkleidet.
Marker and insect protection posts The well-known marker and island protection posts are massive and are often torn off together with the base in a collision with a vehicle. The reassembly can not be done immediately in such cases and causes the restoration because of the large amount of time required, in addition, considerable Un costs.
The invention relates to a marker and island protection post. According to the invention, the same is characterized in that a tearable, light-permeable, hollow body formed from plastic is anchored on an indestructible formed, with fastening means for the former foundation. The whole thing is such that when vehicles collide, the hollow body is separated from the foundation by the impact effect without damaging the latter.
In the drawing, for example, an embodiment of the subject invention is Darge, namely Fig. 1 shows a vertical section through the protective post, Fig. 2 is a horizontal section along line II-11 in Fig. 1 on a smaller scale, and Fig. 3 a vertical section along line III-III in FIG. 2.
The marker and island protection post shown has a recessed in the ground concrete base 1 arranged base plate 2 made of Me tallguss. This is provided with anchoring arms 3 embedded in the concrete base. The power connection cable 18 fed underground is laid in loops in a recess 4 of the concrete base 1 so that it can be sewn in the event of damage to the end part leading into the cavity of the post.
The bottom plate 2 is provided with an upwardly projecting neck 2a for centering the jacket 15 which is attached to it and serves as a protective post. The latter engages with an outwardly curved edge la in an annular groove 2b of the base plate 2. An elastic sealing ring 5 is inserted into the annular groove 2b and rests on the outwardly curved edge 15a and is pressed by a clamping ring 6 against the base of the annular groove 2b. The clamping ring 6 is fastened to the base plate 2 by means of screws 7.
The jacket 15 is closed at the top and in the middle of the upper end of a support column 12 penetrated. It is held between a retaining ring 17a and a closure cap 17, which are screwed onto a threaded attachment of the support column 12. The support column 12 consists of a metal tube, the lower end of which is connected to a holding stub 8 by a sleeve 9 provided with an annular groove 10 in the middle.
The holding stub 8 is screwed into a threaded hole in the base plate 2 with an enlarged lower end provided with an external thread. 14 are openings through which electrical cables can be pulled through the support column. 13 is an on. Lighting fixtures attached to the support column and carrying vertical fluorescent tubes.
The end of the connection cable 18 is pulled through an opening 4a of the base plate 2, fixed by a clamp 11 on the base plate 2 and releasably connected by a plug 18a to the cable of the lighting fixture 13 not signed. The shell 15 forming the protective post consists of light, e.g. B. yellow, transparent, thermopäastisc'hem plastic. The upper end of the jacket 15 is covered with a jacket head part 16 made of dark, z.
B. blue, transparent, thermoplastic clad. The latter also serves to reinforce the connection between the jacket 15 and the support column 12.
The groove 10, at which the support column 12 with the support piece 8 connecting sleeve 9, forms a ge weakened, when a strong impact of a Fahrzeu sat against the protective post breaking point, wel che a hurling of the protective post including the support column and lighting fixture 13 results, with the interruption of the electrical line at plug connection 18a takes place. If the protective post is destroyed in this way, the base plate 2, together with the clamping ring 6 and electrical connection line 18, which forms the foundation, remains undamaged.
The installation of a new protective post or repairs to the damaged protective post are carried out relatively quickly and require significantly lower costs than in the case of the destruction of previous designs, in which the foundation and the anchors usually also have to be replaced with the protective post.
The protective post according to the invention can of course ete with the usual traffic signs such as driving ban, one-way street, directional instructions, from turning prohibition, speed limit. be forgotten. These signs can be illuminated or unlit signs in a known manner. Ge certain traffic signs can also be applied directly to the jacket 15 of the protective post.
