EMI1.4
Me = Alkali-bzw. Ammoniumradikal.
In ihrem Verhalten gegenüber Thionothiol-bzw.

Process for the production of phosphorus compounds
The invention relates to new phosphorus compounds of the formula
EMI1.1
in which R, R ′ and R ″ stand for aliphatic or aromatic, optionally also substituted hydrocarbon radicals, X is a halogen, amino, ether or thioether radical, an optionally substituted hydrocarbon radical or another radical
EMI1.2
can be and n is 0 or 1.
The process for the preparation of these new compounds is that isocyanide-mono- or.
-dihalides or imide halides with thionothiol or Thiolphosphoric acids or their salts are reacted.
The preparation of isocyanide dichlorides of the general formula
EMI1.3
in which R has the above meaning is known.
The two halogen atoms in this class of compounds are chemically very reactive. For the purposes of the invention, they react with thionothiol or.
Thiol phosphates according to the following reaction scheme:
EMI1.4
Me = alkali or Ammonium radical.
In this reaction, the alkali or ammonium salts of the thiol or thiol salts are expediently used. Thionothiolphosphoric acid, which are primarily reacted with the isocyanide halides using inert solvents or thinning agents. The free acids can also be used, the addition of acid scavengers, such as. B. tert. Amines, recommends. To accelerate the course of the reaction, it is advisable to work at moderately elevated temperatures - about 40-80 ° C.
Instead of the isocyanide dihalides, those derivatives of this class of compounds can now also be used for the reaction described here in which one halogen atom is already substituted by reaction with suitable reaction components.
These are in particular those derivatives that have been reacted with equimolecular amounts of amines, alcoholates or mercaptides.
Imide halides, which are well known from the literature, also react in the context of this invention like the aforementioned isocyanide monohalides. In their behavior towards thionothiol or. Such compounds do not differ significantly from thiol phosphates from the isocyanide dihalides.
The reaction in these cases takes the following course:
EMI2.1
For the purposes of the invention, it is of course also possible to combine compounds which contain the imide chloride group several times in the molecule with thiol or. Implement thionothiol phosphates.
This gives compounds that do the rest
EMI2.2
contained several times bound in the same molecule.
The new compounds of the present application are either partly distillable oils or else crystallized products. They are colorless or yellow or light brown in color and are stable even after prolonged storage at room temperature. Some of them show a remarkable insecticidal effect and should therefore be used as pesticides. They are used in a manner known in principle, that is to say in use with suitable solid or liquid extenders or diluents.
