Description

  

  Körperpflegemittel auf Basis von     Natronseife       Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein  Körperpflegemittel auf Basis von     Natronseife,    welches  besonders für die Reinigung des menschlichen Körpers,  wie der Hände geeignet ist.  



  Erfindungsgemäss zeichnet sich dasselbe dadurch  aus, dass es     Natronseife    mit einem Fettsäuregehalt  von über 50%, Aluminiumsilikat, Braunstein und  Wasser enthält.  



  <I>Beispiel</I>  Das     erfindungsgemässe    Körperpflegemittel enthält  als Hauptbestandteil     Natronseife    mit einem Fettsäure  gehalt von über 50%. Die Säurezahl beträgt 245 und  entspricht damit einem hohen Gehalt an Kokosfett  säure. Das Körperpflegemittel besteht aus     Natronseife,     Aluminiumsilikat wie Kaolin, Parfüm, Wasser und  einer geringen Menge Braunstein zur Färbung. Der  Anteil des Kaolins ist 27.6%, also anteilmässig un  gefähr die Hälfte der     Natronseife,    während der Anteil  des Wasser ungefähr 10% des fertigen Mittels erreicht.  



  Die Analyse des Körperpflegemittels mit vorer  wähnter Zusammensetzung ergab gemäss Bericht vom  24.8.1964 der     Eidgen.        Materialprüfungs-    und Ver  suchsanstalt für     Industrie,    Bauwesen und Gewerbe,  St. Gallen folgendes: Die fertige Seife ist ein schwach  bräunliches, gepresstes Stück und leicht parfümiert. Die  Seife verhält sich im Wasser so, dass sich eine Lösung  von Bodensatz bildet und die Reaktion gegen Lackmus  alkalisch ausfällt. Der elektrometrisch ermittelte Al  kaligehalt, als     Na20    berechnet, beträgt 9.2%. Feststoff-         gehalt:    53.5%.     Neutralisationszahl    der Fettsäuren: 245.

    Gebundenes Alkali, als     Na-H    berechnet: 5.2%. Seife  als     Natronseife    berechnet:     55.2%.        Unverseiftes    Fett  und     Unverseifbares        (Petrolaethermethode):    3.5%.  Säurezahl der     unverseiften    Anteile: 130, (auf     Unver-          seiftes    bezogen): 1.5% (vollständig     acetylierbar).    Was  serunlösliche Anteile: 27.6%. Die     Prüfungen    auf Alu  minium und Silikate fielen positiv, auf     Calzium    und  Magnesium negativ und auf Mangan schwach positiv  aus.

   Chloride, als     Natriumchlorid    berechnet     (NaCl):     0.8%. Flüchtiges bei 100-110 C: 11.8%.

  <I> Example </I> The body care product according to the invention contains sodium soap with a fatty acid content of over 50% as the main component. The acid number is 245 and thus corresponds to a high content of coconut fatty acid. The personal care product consists of baking soda, aluminum silicate such as kaolin, perfume, water and a small amount of manganese dioxide for coloring. The proportion of kaolin is 27.6%, i.e. roughly half of the proportion of soda soap, while the proportion of water is around 10% of the finished product.



  The analysis of the personal care product with the above-mentioned composition resulted in the report of August 24, 1964 from the Swiss Confederation. Material testing and research institute for industry, construction and trade, St. Gallen, the following: The finished soap is a slightly brownish, pressed piece and lightly perfumed. The soap behaves in water in such a way that a solution of sediment is formed and the reaction against litmus is alkaline. The electrometrically determined alkali content, calculated as Na20, is 9.2%. Solids content: 53.5%. Neutralization number of fatty acids: 245.

The tests for aluminum and silicates were positive, for calcium and magnesium negative and for manganese slightly positive.

   Chlorides, calculated as sodium chloride (NaCl): 0.8%. Volatiles at 100-110 C: 11.8%.

 

Claims (1)

PATENTANSPRUCH Körperpflegmittel auf Basis von Natronseife, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass es Natronseife mit einem Fettsäuregehalt von über 50%, Aluminiumsilikat, Braunstein und Wasser enthält. UNTERANSPRÜCHE 1. Körperpflegemittel nach Patentanspruch, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass die Säurezahl der Natron seife über 200 beträgt und das Aluminiumsilikat Kaolin ist, wobei der Anteil des Kaolins annähernd die Hälfte der Natronseife erreicht. 2. Körperpflegemittel nach Patentanspruch und Unteranspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anteil des Wassers wenigstens 10% beträgt.
