Tube mill with feed channel The invention relates to a tube mill which can be used particularly advantageously in cement production for grinding clinker. This results in the difficulty of feeding through the hollow bearing pin, because the back flow of the chamber filling through the hollow bearing pin must be avoided.
The cost of such devices is great in any case, and such devices usually do not provide the desirable filling of the chamber to a high degree of filling, for example about 75% and more.
Radial inlet channels connected to the hollow bearing neck are known per se. They are outside the grinding chamber and cannot adequately prevent the material to be ground from flowing back. Wei terhin introductions are known in which the central inlet opening of one end face merges into an approximately spiral outwardly leading channel, which has connection with a circumferentially extending, with its outlet opening opposite to the direction of rotation pointing channel end piece. In this version, the material is guided in the channel by more than 3600, in order to then leave this spiral feed channel in the axial direction.
That means a lot of construction work, a loss of grinding space and a tendency to clog the mill.
According to the invention, in tube mills with material supply at one end through a central opening, the difficulties identified are overcome because the feed channel runs essentially radially from the inlet opening of the central inlet tube to the angled channel end piece. In this way it is achieved that the material is reliably transferred to the coarse grinding chamber, a backflow is avoided and a high degree of filling can be achieved.
It is particularly advantageous to use the subject matter of the invention in tube mills, the interior of which is divided by axially parallel, in particular radially extending walls into several chambers lying next to one another in the circumferential direction.
The invention is based on an embodiment example, which is shown schematically in the drawing Darge, described in more detail below; 1 shows the cross section of a tube mill corresponding to the section designation II in Fig. 2 and Fig. 2 shows the broken longitudinal section of the mill corresponding to the section designation II-11 in Fig. 1. The end wall 2 is flanged to the pipe shell 1 of the mill, which merges into the bearing neck 3. In the center of the end face, the conical tube 4 is set, - which feeds the grist to the central inlet opening 5.
The tube 4 can be equipped with screw gears to increase the conveying effect. The space 6, which is delimited by the cylindrical casing 7 and the, for example, flat surface 8, adjoins the inlet opening 5.
The figures show that a channel is connected to the center of the entry face, which is designated by numeral 9 as a whole. The main part 10 of the channel runs approximately radially from the pipe axis to the pipe circumference and merges with the widening 11 into a kinked end piece 12. This extends in the circumferential direction of the grinding tube into the coarse grinding chamber 20 and points with its mouth 13 opposite to the direction of rotation 14 of the mill.
According to FIG. 1, the wall 15 of the channel 9, which leads when the tube is rotating, tangentially adjoins the cylindrical jacket 7 of the central space 6. The mode of operation of the device is as follows: The material intended for grinding is fed to the inside of the bearing neck 3 from the outside. The material is preferably fed continuously into the conical tube 4. If the channel 9 reaches a suitable position when the mill is rotated, Ma material slips on the then inclined channel wall 15 through the channel 9 from the inside to the outside. The material collects in the space 11, the cross section of which is widened compared to that of the main piece 10.
Even in the lower position of the channel 9 shown, good can still fall into the channel from the central inlet opening 5. As the mill continues to rotate, the material slips from the main piece 10 and the space 11 into the end piece 12 of the channel. From its mouth 13, the material enters the coarse grinding chamber 20 in the corresponding position of the tube. A batch of good is entered with each rotation.
The material is preferably guided directly to the inner surface of the pipe jacket 1, and only then is a large part rolled over by the grinding media. As a result, a favorable grinding effect and a low level of wear on the grinding bodies are achieved, without the material being hindered from exiting the end piece 12 in good time. The formation of the transition surface 17 in a flat or curved shape ensures that even with approximately horizontal position of the main channel piece 10 after filling, good still slips into the end piece 12, so that it does not increase the pipe to the center of the end face with further rotation to relapse.
The arrangement of the cylindrical space 6 following the inlet opening 5 and the tangential guidance of the channel wall 15 make it possible to utilize the largest possible inlet opening 5 in the case of divided mills and to avoid constrictions in the material. In the drawn Ausführungsbei game a coarse milling chamber 20 is provided, de ren radial longitudinal walls 18 include a central angle of 90 or more.
In order to achieve a large central angle 19 between the channel mouth 13 and the trailing longitudinal wall 18, the main part 10 of the channel 9 can be accommodated in the leading grinding chamber 16, as FIG. 1 shows. Here essentially only the end piece 12 lies in the sector of the chamber 20 itself. This arrangement also allows freedom of structural design for the duct wall 15, that is to say in particular for its tangential guidance, to be gained.
