Tampon mural L'invention a pour objet un tampon mural qui est caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué par un corps ayant un perçage cylindrique s'étendant à partir de l'une de ses extrémités et intersectant une fente trans versale ménagée dans une partie intermédiaire du corps s'étendant sur une grande partie de la longueur de ce corps, les parties de surface extérieure situées de part et d'autre de cette fente étant bombées dans les directions transversale et longitudinale et pour vues de nervures.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de ce tampon.
La fig. 1 en est une vue en élévation et la fig. 2 est une coupe transversale suivant la ligne II-II de la fig. 1.
Le tampon mural représenté est constitué par un corps fait d'une matière ayant une certaine dureté, de préférence en une matière synthétique telle qu'un polypropylène. Ce corps, qui est de préférence ob tenu par moulage par injection, possède un perçage cylindrique 2 s'étendant à partir de l'une de ses ex trémités sur à peu près une moitié de sa longueur, perçage qui intersecte une fente transversale 3 mé nagée dans une partie intermédiaire du corps 1 s'étendant sur une grande partie de la longueur de ce corps et dont les parois opposées vont en s'écar tant l'une de l'autre à partir des deux extrémités jusqu'au milieu de la fente,
comme on le voit à la fig. 1.
A l'extrémité sur laquelle débouche le perçage 2, le corps 1 présente un petit renflement extérieur 4 soutenu par des nervures longitudinales 5. A l'extré mité opposée, le corps présente une partie tron conique pleine 6, dont les deux moitiés sont décalées diamétralement pour former deux épaulements ra diaux 6a. Les parties de surface extérieure situées de part et d'autre de la fente 3 sont bombées dans les directions longitudinale et transversale et présen tent des nervures 7 à profil en forme de dents de scie.
Les nervures 7a situées dans la moitié postérieure du tampon ont une forme spiraloïde avec des épaule ments 7b qui s'étendent dans un plan diamétral du tampon et qui sont orientés comme les épaulements 6a pour s'oposer avec les épaulements 6a à une ro tation du tampon lors de l'introduction de la vis.
Lors de l'introduction du tampon dans un trou de diamètre approprié, les parties 8 du corps qui présentent les nervures 7 sont fléchies l'une contre l'autre et resserrent de façon correspondante la par tie adjacente du perçage 2. Lorsqu'on tourne une vis à force dans ce perçage, elle tend à élargir de nou veau cette partie du perçage et presse ainsi les par ties fléchies 8 du corps avec les nervures 7 contre la paroi du trou mural. On obtient ainsi un bon ancrage du tampon dans ce trou et en même temps une bonne retenue de la vis dans le tampon.
