Fig. 4 ist ein Schaubild einer anderen Ausführungsform.
Carrying strap for electrical devices For electrical devices, e.g. B. in so-called electronic flash devices, portable tape recorders, measuring devices or the like, the accommodation of the cables necessary to operate these devices generally creates considerable difficulties. One has therefore already cut out containers in the housings of the devices mentioned, which are used to accommodate the necessary cables when they are transported. However, this measure results in an undesirable increase in the dimensions of the device.
The invention provides a way by which the disadvantages of the known designs are avoided in a surprisingly simple manner.
The invention relates to a strap made of elastic plastic or rubber for electrical devices Ge and is characterized in that the belt has at least one longitudinally extending groove whose width at the groove mouth is smaller than inside the groove, and that in this groove Cable is inserted, the width of which is greater than the width of the slot mouth, so that the cable emerges from the slot by pulling it sideways, the edges of the slot being elastically deformed and being able to be reinserted into the slot by being pushed in.
During transport, the cable is inserted into the belt and, if necessary, can be separated from the carrying belt by simply pulling it out of the groove. To insert the cable, all you have to do is run your hand along the belt and press the cable into the groove. It is advisable to bend the belt around a transverse axis so that the groove opens slightly at its mouth.
It has proven to be advantageous to dimension the width of the groove opening to be approximately 60 to 801% of the maximum width in the groove interior. In an expedient embodiment of the invention, the belt has a groove on each of its two narrow sides, so that two cables or a cable of double length can be inserted into the belt.
If the cable is inserted into a relatively heavily loaded and therefore stretched belt, the cable can emerge from the groove in the form of loops at individual points when the belt is relieved. In order to avoid this, according to the invention, wires are embedded in the support belt profile, so that the support belt is inelastic in the longitudinal direction. Advantageously, the wires embedded in the shoulder strap lie with the core of the inserted cable in a straight line that runs parallel to the longitudinal side of the belt. The cable therefore lies in the neutral zone of the belt cross-section and cannot inadvertently emerge from the groove when the belt is bent.
A slide can be provided on the belt which can be moved in the longitudinal direction and has devices which eject the cable from the groove when the slide is moved in one direction. The slide preferably has guides which lie opposite the groove opening and are inclined in the longitudinal direction of the belt towards the groove opening, so that the cable can be inserted through the guide into the groove when the slide moves against the direction mentioned above.
The passage of the slide is advantageously curved transversely to the longitudinal direction of the belt so that the groove lies on the outside of the curved belt, the groove mouth opening at least to the maximum width of the groove cross-section.
According to another embodiment of the invention, the slide has at least one extension which protrudes into the groove of the support belt and is arranged such that the groove opening is spread apart at least to the maximum width of the groove cross-section at this point.
The new device can be supplemented to the effect that the slide has an ejector that pushes the cable out of the opened groove when the slide is moved in one direction. The launcher consists of a bracket provided between the cable and belt and preferably rotatably attached to the slide.
It has been shown that the friction resistance between the belt and a slide sliding on it can be relatively large, so that an adjustment of the slide requires a certain amount of force. To avoid this, a slider movable in the longitudinal direction of the belt can be arranged, which has at least two rollers resting on the belt on the side facing the groove, between which the cable is led out of the groove of the belt, and which the cable at a Throw longitudinal movement of the slide out of the groove or push it into it.
This arrangement ensures that the slide is extremely easy to move, both when inserting and when ejecting the cable.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, a blind socket is provided at one end of the strap that is attached to the device, which corresponds to a plug arranged on the cable and is used to fix the same in the transport position.
Further details of the invention will become apparent from the following description of some Ausfüh approximately examples in connection with the drawing.
Figs. 1 and 2 are cross-sections through carrying straps according to the invention. Fig. 3 shows a further embodiment in perspective to view and partially in section. Fig. 4 is a diagram of another embodiment. Fig. 5 is a view of a strap with a slider, Figs. 6 and 7 are sections according to planes VI-VI and VII-VII in Fig. 8, which in turn is a sectional view according to plane VIII-VIII in Fig. 5 is.
Fig. 9 shows the shoulder strap with connecting pieces for connection to the device.
Figure 10 is a perspective view of a shoulder strap with a modified slide. 1 shows a shoulder strap 1 made of soft plastic, which has a groove 2 which is narrowed by lips 3 at its mouth. A cable 4, which has two coaxial cable cores 5, 6, is inserted into the groove. Two wires 7 and 8 are injected into the carrying strap profile, so that the carrying strap is inelastic in the longitudinal direction. This prevents a cable 4 inserted when the carrying strap is heavily loaded from emerging from the groove 2 in the form of loops when the carrying strap is relieved. The wires 7 and 8 and the axis of the cables souls 5 and 6 are arranged in a straight line.
As a result of the wires, which are practically inelastic in comparison to plastic, the neutral zone is determined by the wires. Since the axis of the cable core lies in the neutral zone, there is no difference in length between the cable and the carrier belt groove when the carrying strap is bent. The cable does not come out of the groove even with strong bends.
In order to make the belt profile easy to grip, longitudinal ribs 9 are provided on the circumference. The cable 4 can be pulled out of the groove by overcoming the elasticity of the lips 3 and is pushed back into the groove for transport.
In Fig. 2, another embodiment is shown, according to which the strap 10 on its narrow sides each have a groove 13 'or 14 has, in which a cable 12 of twice the length of the support strap 10 is placed in the form of a U-shaped loop. A metal band 11 is embedded in the profile to reinforce the support belt. The way we do this arrangement corresponds to that shown in FIG.
In the shoulder strap 15 according to FIG. 3, a dashed line indicated flat cable 16 inserted who the. The carrying strap 15 is guided through a slide 17, the passage cross section of which is curved so that the carrying strap is bent about its longitudinal axis, the two lips 3 of the groove 18 moving away from one another and thereby opening the groove. The cable 16 is inserted with this device in that the slide 17 is moved along the carrying strap 15, whereby the cable is pressed into the geöff designated groove. The slide 17 has a slot 19 which allows the cable to be inserted into the slide even after connectors or the like have been fitted to the cable ends.
The slot width must therefore be at least equal to the cable thickness.
In Fig. 4 a modified version is given, in which on the slide 20, which corresponds essentially to the slide 17 shown in Fig. 3, a wire bracket 21 is rotatably mounted, the web between the strap 15 and the cable 16 extends . This ensures that when the slide 20 moves to the right, the cable 16 is ejected from the groove 18, and when the slide 20 moves to the left, it is inserted into the groove.
5 to 8, a shoulder strap is shown, the slide of which is designed differently from the above-described enclosed example. The slide 22 'be seated approximately rectangular shape and has a window 23 through which the cable 16 is passed. The right part 22a of the slide carries a wedge-shaped, protruding into the groove 18 of the support belt extension 24 and thus opens the lips 3 of the groove mouth to at least the maximum groove width (Fig. 7). The cable 16 runs along this extension 24 out of the open groove (FIG. 8).
The passage cross section of the part 22b corresponds to the undeformed shoulder strap cross section (FIG. 6). If, in the arrangement shown, the slide is moved to the left, the cable 16 is released from the carrying strap 15; when it is moved to the right, it is actively reinserted into the latter. Since the width of the slot 25 in the slide 22 is greater than the cable thickness and the dimensions of the window 23 are larger than the dimensions of the cable connector 26, the cable can also be inserted into the slide after the connector 26 has been installed.
The cross-section of the flat cable 16, like the groove cross-section, is trapezoidal, so that when the cable is inserted, a closed surface of the belt results.
In Fig. 9, the attachment of the strap on the device 29 is shown. The shoulder strap carries at its end a connector 27 which is rotatably mounted on the Ge advises. The connector 27 has a dummy plug 28, in which the plug 26 of the cable 16 is inserted during transport.
According to FIG. 10, a slide 31 with a U-shaped cross section is placed on the carrying strap 30. The inner width of the slide 31 is selected to be somewhat larger than the belt width, since the belt stretches when the cable is inserted. In the slide 31 two rollers 32 and 33 are rotatably mounted, which rest on that surface of the carrying belt in wel cher the narrowed at the groove opening 34 is seen before. A cable 35, the diameter of which is larger than the slot opening, is guided between the rollers. If the slide 31 is moved to the right in the arrangement shown, the cable 35 is ejected from the groove 34 by the roller 32.
When shifted to the left, the roller 33 presses the cable into the groove of the belt 30. The new device is characterized by the extremely easy adjustability of the slide 31.
A further improvement of the present invention can be achieved in that at least the roller functioning as an ejector for the cable is constructed from three rollers which are arranged one behind the other in the axial direction. The two outer rollers then rest on the carrying belt, while the middle roller, which is freely rotatable with respect to the outer rollers, faces the groove opening of the carrying belt. Since the cable rests on the part of the roller circumference facing away from the carrying belt when it is ejected from the carrying belt, the central roller rotates in opposite directions with respect to the outer rollers.
The outer rollers can finally be made slightly larger in diameter than the central roller.
The invention is not limited to the examples shown. Numerous modifications are possible within the scope of the invention, particularly with regard to the choice of belt and cable cross-sections.
