Ball rasp The present invention relates to a ball rasp in the spinning mill for removing hard-pressed fiber balls.
Bale rasps are already known in which a removal element reaches through between grate bars and in this way detaches fiber flocks from the bale that has passed on the grate. The clubs that can be used as removal organs result in maximum production when the removal element engages in the same way as the ball moves.
When the bale is guided forwards and backwards, the desired removal results during the advance, but a significantly reduced production during the return, which considerably reduces the overall efficiency of the machine.
According to the invention, two oppositely rotating removal organs are provided, which attack a hard-pressed fiber bale fed back and forth through grate bars, as well as means which cause one removal element to engage with the forward movement and the other during return Bale is. For this purpose, the two oppositely arranged removal organs z. B. housed on a pivoting rocker, which is switched by a control mechanism in time with the forward and reverse of the bale. The removal organs themselves are z.
B. saw toothed disks, whose gripping surfaces are employed in the direction of rotation.
The invention is described below with reference to an embodiment illustrated in the drawing. It shows: FIG. 1 a cross section through the ball rasp in the forward position, FIG. 2 such in the return position, FIG. 3 the control mechanism in a schematic representation, FIG. 4 the same in another position.
On a table 1, which has rails 2 on both sides, a carriage 4 moves on wheels 3, which pushes a bale 5 back and forth over a grate consisting of a plurality of bars 6 and built into an opening 7 of the table 1. The carriage is moved by a rotating wire rope 9 which is stretched over rollers 8 attached to the table and has a driver 10 which engages in a vertical slot 11 of the carriage 4. The roller 8 is driven by a motor 12.
On each strut 13 of the frame 14 there is a bearing 15 for a shaft 16 on which a rocker 17 is pivotably gela Gert. Two abrasive elements 18, 19, which are provided with saw tooth disks and arranged in parallel, are supported by means of shafts 20, 21 in the upper part of the rocker 17. The saw tooth disks of one abrasive element have opposite tooth positions compared to the other. A belt pulley 22, 23 is seated on each of the shafts 20, 21 of the removal elements for drive by the belt 24, which is placed in such a way that the removal elements rotate in opposite directions.
Also in the obe Ren part of the rocker 17 is a clamping screw 25 for a rotatably mounted tensioning roller 26, which is used to tension the belt 24 placed around the pulleys 22 and 23 and a drive pulley 27 mounted below. The drive pulley 27 receives its rotation via a worm drive 28, 29 from a motor 30 located on the rocker, which in turn receives its electrical energy through a flexible supply line 31. At the bottom of the rocker, a piston rod 32 engages in an articulated manner, which moves in a control cylinder 33 articulated in the frame.
Two switching valves 34, 35 ensure that the rocker is reversed via the pulse valve 36 (FIGS. 3 and 4), which contains a quadruple piston 37.
The hydraulically or pneumatically operated system according to FIGS. 3 and 4 receives the operating medium from a pressure generator (not shown) via a line 38 which feeds the pulse valve cylinder 36 in the center. Two lines 39 and 40, which are slightly offset symmetrically to this and are connected to the ends of the control cylinder 33, leave this cylinder. Furthermore, the ends of the pulse valve 36 are each connected to the line 38 via one of the switching valves 34, 35 by means of lines 41 and 42.
The way it works is as follows: The moving from right to left, the bale leading carriage he reaches after removing a layer after passing through the grate with his left wheel, the switching valve 34, which the switching of the rocker from the position shown in Fig. 1 in the 2 in the way that this valve opens under the load of the wheel and the quadruple piston 37 of the impulse valve 36 is under the pressure of the released operating medium in the left position shown in FIG. H.
the piston together with the piston rod 32 is moved from the position shown in dashed lines in FIG. 3 to the left into the position shown in solid lines and is held in this corresponding position until the right switching valve 35 is pressed after the carriage has returned. The pressure medium located in the end spaces of the cylinder 36 can escape through the outlet 34 'or 35'.
Then the quadruple piston 37 experiences a shift to the right into the position shown in FIG. 4, and as a result the piston rod moves back into the position shown in FIG. 1 (extended position in FIG. 4), the rocker again in the in Fig.3 is the initial position shown in dashed lines. Then the cycle begins again.
