Shredding machine for lump meat, bacon, rind, flexing, scalp and leg skins or other materials The subject of the invention relates to a shredding machine for lump meat, bacon, rind, flexing, scalp and leg skins or other materials.
This has a base with a built-in electric motor and a working housing arranged on the base with a lower ejection opening. The filling bowl is located above the working housing and in the first is the shredding device, consisting of at least one meat grinder perforated disc cutter set and a colloid grinder set or a second meat grinder perforated disc cutter set,
which are detachable and interchangeable on the common vertical drive shaft one above the other in at least two working stages above a centrifugal member of the drive shaft located in the area of the ejection opening.
This shredding machine is distinguished from such machines already known on the market in that the working housing is subdivided several times, consisting of the ejection housing sitting on the motor housing, with wel chem a housing crown of the second work stage and an annular flange lying on this, on which In turn, a housing crown of the first work stage rests, which in turn is firmly connected to a resting ring flange, wherein in the work housing formed with these parts arranged like one another in each housing crown per work stage a holder in the vertical direction is displaceable, but not rotatably guided ,
which serve as a carrier for the perforated disk of the first meat grinder-perforated disk cutting set and the stationary grinding ring of the colloid grinding set or the perforated disk of the second meat grinder cutting set, and that the holders with external threads with self-locking, rotatable threaded adjustment rings between the housing crowns and the ring flanges are engaged in such a way
that when rotating these adjusting rings the brackets are adjustable independently of each other with the same height of the working housing in the vertical with the crushing organs supported in these in relation to the associated crushing organs seated on the drive shaft.
The subject of the invention is shown in the accompanying drawings in an exemplary embodiment. It shows: Fig. 1 the shredding machine in vertical or longitudinal section, Fig. 2 is a plan view of adjusting elements, this partially in cross-section, Fig. 3 adjusting elements of a working stage demon benefits one above the other in side view, Fig. 4 is a plan view of the annular flange with stop FIG. 5 is a plan view of the holder, FIG. 6 is a plan view of the housing crown.
The shredding machine shown has a base 1 in which an electric motor (not shown) with a vertical drive shaft 2 is installed. On this base 1 a working housing 3 is supported, which in turn carries a storage ring housing 4. Above this there is a filling bowl 5. This is centered with an annular hub 6 in an annular groove 7 of the Staufinger housing 4, but can be lifted off the latter.
According to the invention, the working housing 3 consists of several tower-like housing parts stacked on top of one another, namely from an ejection housing 8 with a lateral ejection opening 9, from the housing crown 10 placed on this with an annular flange 11, further from a further housing crown 12 sitting on the annular flange 11 and from the with this screwed ring flange 13.
The housing crown 10 with annular flange 11, which are screwed to the ejector housing 8 by means of continuous Allen screws, belong to the second working stage, while the housing crown 12 with annular flange 13 belong to the first working stage. Each housing crown 10, 12 has circular-ring sector-like upright guide arms 14 and 15, which penetrate guide recesses 16 and 17 of mountings 18, 19 mounted vertically in the housing crowns 10, 12 and annular flanges 11, 13.
The holder 18 belongs to the second work stage, the holder 19 of the first work stage. The guide arms 14, 15 engaging in their guide recesses 16, 17 prevent the brackets 18, 19 from rotating in the housing crowns and ring flanges. The brackets 18, 19 are each seen Weil with an externally threaded flange 20, 21, whose external thread is preferably more common. On each threaded flange 20, 21 is seated in a self-locking, rotatable manner between the housing crowns 10 and 12 and the annular flanges 11 and 13, respectively, a thread adjustment ring 22 and 23, which are provided with handles 24.
By turning these thread adjusting rings 22 and 23, the brackets 18, 19 can be lowered or raised in the vertical direction. Stop tongues 25 protruding into the rotational path of the handles 24 can limit the rotational path of the adjusting rings. These stop tongues are slidably guided on the outer circumference of the annular flanges 11, 13 in ring guides 26 and can be locked by means of adjusting screws 27.
The brackets 18, 19 are carriers of known comminuting organs, namely a perforated plate 28 which works together with a meat grinder knife 29 of the drive shaft 2 and forms a meat grinder cutting set, and a colloid grinding ring 30 in which a colloid grinding rotor seated on the drive shaft 5 31 protrudes. Instead of this colloid grinding set, a second meat grinder cutting set can be installed. To support the stationary comminuting members 28, 30 of the two work stages, inner flanges 32 seen in the mounts 18, 19 are used.
Between the two working stages, a baffle ring 33 is inserted into the lower bracket 18 and releasably pelt with this gekup. It is based on the fixed comminution member 28 or 30 located in the bracket and thereby gives it a firm seat in the bracket 18. This baffle ring 33 narrows the housing passage gradually from the first to the second stage by means of an inclined downwardly inclined inner surface 34 . The retaining ring 33 protrudes with the inner jacket surface 34 into the upper bracket 19.
If a colloid grinding ring 30 is inserted into the holder 18 instead of a perforated disk 28, the inclined inner lateral surface 34 corresponds in the sense of an elongation thereof with an inclined surface 35 of the colloid grinding ring 30.
These inclined surfaces 34, 35 guide the cut material coming from the first working stage and pre-shredded by the meat grinder cutting set 28, 29 towards the housing center, where it is finely comminuted in the second working stage by a second meat grinder cutting set or the colloid grinding set 30, 31, and then by a centrifugal member 36 rotating in the ejection housing 8, such as. B. a centrifugal plate to be ejected through the ejection opening 9 through.
The filling bowl 5 consists of two bowl halves 37, 38 placed one on top of the other. When the lower bowl half is used, a lower loading height is achieved. When the upper half of the bowl is attached, as shown, the loading capacity or volume is increased by '! S.
On the right side in Fig. 1, the first work stage and the second work stage each have a meat grinder cutting set, while a meat grinder cutting set is installed on the left in the first work stage and a colloid grinding set is installed in the second work stage.
The fixed crushing organs of the two work stages used in the holders 18, 19 can be raised and lowered completely independently of one another by turning the thread adjusting rings 22, 23 'or on the crushing organs sitting on the shaft, which are associated with them, cut or be made a grinding without the height of the working housing 3 changes. The exact rotational position of the thread adjusting rings 22, 23 can be fixed to the zero point position by stopping tongues 25 by moving them on the ring flanges 11, 13.
The brackets 18, 19 are constructed in such a way that, depending on the type of material to be cut and the fineness of the comminution to be achieved, disks or colloid grinding rings can be exchanged in these holes. At the free end of the shaft, which protrudes into the storage ring housing 4, a screwed-in annular groove 39 is provided to prevent tilting and thus a jamming of the crushing members 29, 31 on the drive shaft 2 when it is pushed onto the drive shaft 2. Arranged to the side of the working housing 3, an upright bearing 40 is seated on the ejection housing 8.
In this a hollow flange sleeve 41 is mounted longitudinally and rotatably, which is rigidly connected to the lower bowl part 37. A worm wheel 44 meshing with a worm 43 is mounted in a bearing housing 42 located on the bowl part 37. The latter is penetrated by a threaded spindle 45 of a vertical axis 46, the worm wheel 44 having internal threads there. The vertical axis cannot be rotated, but can be moved lengthways. It protrudes from the bottom of the ejection housing 8 and can act with a regulating nut 47 on an electrical scarf ter 48 in the opening and closing sense of the motor circuit.
By means of a collar 49, the vertical axis 46 can be supported on the lower bearing 50 when the same is lowered by actuating a handwheel 51. Before reaching this support position, the circuit was interrupted. When the handwheel is turned further, the flange bushing 41 in the bearing 40 is pushed up with the help of the worm wheel 44 and its threaded nut effect, so that the annular hub 6 emerges from the annular groove 7 and the filling bowl can thus be swung out to the side.
