Webmaschine
Fig. 1 ist ein Schnitt durch einen Teil einer Webmaschine gemäss der Erfindung, Mass-Stab 1 : 1 ;
Fig. 2 und 3 veranschaulichen das Abnehmen der Spule;
Fig. 4 zeigt eine weitere Ausführungsform im Schnitt;
Fig. 5 und 6 veranschaulichen abgewandelte Ein zelheiten.
B. an vier Sektoren 22 geradlinige Umfangsabschnitte 23 besitzt.
Loom
The invention relates to a weaving machine with a weft thread bobbin remaining outside the shed, which has a bobbin tube as its core, which is detachably attached to a rod-shaped support member of the weaving machine.
In a previous machine of this type, the conical sleeve carrying the weft thread winding is placed on a support cone attached to the machine, which has several longitudinal slots and can be expanded by a locking device so that the bobbin is held in place.
In a further known embodiment, the coil core consists of a continuous circumference, slotless, conical sleeve which is pushed onto a corresponding cone attached to the support rod and held on it by a lock.
In contrast, the invention is that on the support member at least one ring-shaped, made of elastic material, flat clamping element is attached, the diameter of which is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the bobbin case at the corresponding point and the circumference when the bobbin case is plugged against the Sleeve pushes. As an elastic material z. B. rubber, leather or a sufficient friction having plastic, such as one of the numerous polyplasts (polyethylene, etc.) into consideration.
The invention is suitable for conical or cylindrical bobbin tubes. The elastic tensioning element forms a self-locking mechanism that is effective up to large forces against loosening or falling down of all the weft thread spools of the loom. As the experiment showed, even if the bobbins are arranged hanging and are removed downwards, they sit extremely firmly on the support member of the machine during the entire operation. They can be easily attached with one hand. When it is removed, the locking force of the clamping element can only be overcome by a single, short, strong pull so that its circumference moves into the opposite, bent position with a temporary compression.
The spool can then be easily removed.
This can also be done with just one hand. A locking device and the locking and unlocking associated therewith are omitted.
The drawing shows exemplary embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a section through part of a loom according to the invention, scale 1: 1;
Figures 2 and 3 illustrate the removal of the spool;
Fig. 4 shows a further embodiment in section;
5 and 6 illustrate modified details.
A conical support body, which consists of two wooden parts 3, 4, which have two cylindrical lugs 5, 6 with a smaller circumference, is attached to a support rod 1, which is attached to the loom (not shown). Between the approaches 5, 6 is a z. B. made of rubber clamping ring 7 held, the diameter of which is something, z. B. 2 mm larger than the diameter at the corresponding point 8 of a plugged-on, associated hearing, the core of a weft bobbin forming sleeve 9. The parts 3, 4, 7 are with the interposition of rings 11, 12 by means of a nut 2 on the The free end 13 of the rod 1 is held and tensioned against one another.
When attaching the coil having a thread winding 14 in the direction of arrow 15, the circumference 10 of the rubber ring 7 is brought into the curved position shown in FIG. 1 due to the larger diameter, in which it presses against the inner circumference 18 of the sleeve 9 so that this is stuck.
In the illustrated in Fig. 2, 3 removal of the coil 9, 14 from the rod 1 in the direction of arrow 25, the circumference 10 of the ring 7 is initially pushed due to the friction on the inner circumference 18 with GE to the left and something towards the axis 19 out compressed so that it assumes the corrugated position according to FIG.
With further shift to the left, the circumference 10 of the ring 7 finally folds over and receives the reverse bend according to FIG.
The friction occurring between the circumference 10 and the inner circumference 18 must be at least so great that the circumference 10 is taken to the left when the bobbin is removed and moves into the positions according to FIGS. 2, 3. Only then is there a clear locking position of the ring 7 and thus a secure locking of the coil 9, 14 during operation. Sufficient friction between the parts 10, 18 is achieved by a suitable choice of the diameter of the ring 7 and the material used for the ring; the ring must have a certain thickness depending on the rigidity of the material.
If the friction between the parts 10, 18 is not sufficiently great, the clamping ring 7 does not get into the position according to FIGS. 2 and 3 when the bobbin is removed, but maintains the bend shown in FIG. 1. In this case the coil does not sit securely enough on the rod 1 because the ring 7 does not have the self-locking effect.
In the modified embodiment according to FIG. 4, the bobbin case 9 has a few grooves 16 on the inside, into which the circumference of the spaun ring 7 can be inserted. Since the flank 17 has the opposite inclination relative to the axis 19 as the inner wall 18, the frictional force existing between the circumference 10 and the inner circumference 18 is increased when the coil is removed as a result of the positive contact of the circumference 10 on the flank 17.
The embodiment according to FIG. 1 is particularly suitable for bobbin tubes with a greater inclination with respect to the axis 19 of the support rod 1.
Instead of a continuous clamping ring, a ring provided with slots 21 according to FIG. 5 or an annular element 7 'according to FIG. 6 can be used, which is attached to some, e.g. B. has straight circumferential sections 23 on four sectors 22. The elements according to FIGS. 5, 6 are suitable when, for example, stiff material is used for the tensioning element, which could no longer bend sufficiently when a continuous ring is formed.
In modified exemplary embodiments, cylindrical bobbin tubes a are used. The sleeves can be provided with holes on the circumference for the passage of dye liquor. You can e.g. B. made of a plastic, cardboard or a metallic material, e.g. B. made of stainless steel. There can also be several, e.g. B. two clamping elements 7 can be attached to the rod 1; In this case, a special support body, i.e. the parts 3, 4, can be dispensed with, because two clamping elements 7 located at a distance from one another may provide sufficient securing of the position of the coil 9, 14 coaxial with the rod 1. The spool tube can have a round or angular inner or (and) outer cross-section.
If the inner cross-section is angular, a clamping element adapted to it is to be used. B. is trimmed in the manner shown in Fig. 6 in certain sectors.
