<B>Pièce</B> vestimentaire <B>à capuchon</B> Le présent brevet a pour objet une pièce vesti mentaire à capuchon, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle présente sur sa partie dorsale, au voisinage de l'enco lure, une fente sur au moins l'un des bords de la quelle est fixé ledit capuchon, de manière à pouvoir le réduire sous ladite partie dorsale ou au contraire à l'en sortir en le passant par ladite fente.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de la présente invention la fig. 1 en est une vue de dos ; la fig. 2 une vue semblable avec col relevé ; la fig. 3 une vue de dos avec capuchon relevé ; la fig. 4 une coupe selon IV-IV de la fig. 1 ; la fig. 5 une coupe selon V-V de la fig. 2.
La pièce vestimentaire représentée est une veste de ski garnie en son intérieur d'une doublure 1 et dont l'encolure est munie d'un col rabattable 2.
Sur la partie dorsale 3 de cette veste est prati quée à la partie supérieure de celle-ci et au voisinage de l'encolure une fente horizontale 4. Sur le bord inférieur 4a de cette fente est fixée la partie exté rieure d'un capuchon 5 revêtu d'une doublure 5a qui est solidaire du bord supérieur 4h de la fente 4.
Ce capuchon est muni de pattes 6 et 7 destinées à être enserrées autour du cou de l'usager par des attaches 8 lorsqu'il est porté sur la tête par exemple comme représenté aux fig. 2 et 5.
Lorsque le capuchon n'est pas porté (fig. 4), il est introduit au travers de la fente 4 et escamoté entre la doublure 1 et la partie dorsale 3 de la veste, le col 2 étant plié sur les épaules de manière cou rante pour couvrir la fente 4 qui est alors invisible (fig. 2). L'aspect extérieur de la veste ainsi portée ne diffère pas de celui des vestes communes.
Lorsque l'usager désire mettre le capuchon, il relève le col 2 comme représenté en fig. 2 et sort le capuchon de la veste en le faisant passer au travers de la fente 4 (fig. 5), puis le serre autour de sa tête par action sur les attaches 8.
Dans une variante non représentée, le capuchon pourrait ne présenter aucune doublure et être fixé uniquement au bord inférieur de la fente 4.
Dans une autre variante également non repré sentée, la veste pourrait ne pas présenter de dou blure interne et le capuchon pourrait être simplement escamoté entre le dos de l'usager et la partie dor sale de cette veste.
On comprendra enfin que la même disposition du capuchon pourrait être appliquée à d'autres pièces vestimentaires telles un manteau de pluie ou une pèlerine.
<B> Hooded clothing </B> piece </B> The present patent relates to a hooded clothing piece, characterized by the fact that it has on its dorsal part, in the vicinity of the lure, a slit on at least one of the edges of which said cap is fixed, so as to be able to reduce it under said dorsal part or, on the contrary, to leave it by passing it through said slit.
The accompanying drawing shows, by way of example, an embodiment of the object of the present invention, FIG. 1 is a back view; fig. 2 a similar view with the collar raised; fig. 3 back view with hood up; fig. 4 a section along IV-IV of FIG. 1; fig. 5 a section along V-V of FIG. 2.
The piece of clothing shown is a ski jacket lined inside with a lining 1 and the neckline of which is provided with a fold-down collar 2.
On the dorsal part 3 of this jacket is made in the upper part of the latter and near the neckline a horizontal slit 4. On the lower edge 4a of this slit is fixed the outer part of a hood 5 coated with a lining 5a which is integral with the upper edge 4h of the slot 4.
This cap is provided with tabs 6 and 7 intended to be clamped around the neck of the user by fasteners 8 when it is worn on the head for example as shown in FIGS. 2 and 5.
When the hood is not worn (fig. 4), it is introduced through the slit 4 and retracted between the lining 1 and the dorsal part 3 of the jacket, the collar 2 being folded over the shoulders in a running manner. to cover slit 4 which is then invisible (fig. 2). The outer appearance of the jacket thus worn does not differ from that of common jackets.
When the user wishes to put on the cap, he raises the neck 2 as shown in fig. 2 and remove the hood from the jacket by passing it through the slot 4 (fig. 5), then tighten it around his head by using the clips 8.
In a variant not shown, the cap could have no lining and be fixed only to the lower edge of the slot 4.
In another variant also not shown, the jacket could not have an internal lining and the hood could simply be retracted between the user's back and the dirty gold part of this jacket.
Finally, it will be understood that the same arrangement of the hood could be applied to other pieces of clothing such as a rain coat or a cape.
