Building board The present invention relates to a building board consisting of at least one wooden board with a cover sheet made of metal or plastic.
It is known with such panels that they are exposed to ver different moisture conditions in which the wooden boards expand or shrink. The cover sheet, on the other hand, is insensitive to moisture variations, so that the plate can easily be damaged. The invention has set itself the goal of eliminating these disadvantages.
The board according to the invention is characterized in that each board has a min least approximately rectangular cross-section and has an upper side which consists of at least two flat surfaces which intersect along a line parallel to one long side of the board, the cover sheet along one side ge called line is bent parallel line and extends into side grooves of the board.
In the accompanying drawings execution examples of the subject invention are shown.
1 shows a first exemplary embodiment in section with the board in the dry state, FIG. 2 shows the board according to FIG. 1 in the wet state, FIG. 3 shows a second exemplary embodiment in section and FIG. 4 shows a diagrammatic view of the embodiment example according to FIG. 3.
In Fig. 1, 1 denotes a wooden board and 2 a cover sheet made of metal or plastic. The board 1, which is approximately rectangular in cross section, consists of two parts 4, 5 which are attached to one another on their inner longitudinal side 7. For example, they can be glued to one another. The board 1 could, however, also consist of a single piece. The top of the board 1, on which the cover sheet 3 is located, is not flat, but rather is formed from two flat surfaces 4, 5 '. The surfaces 4, 5 intersect along the line 7a parallel to the longitudinal sides of the board. In the section, this top side corresponds approximately to a roof profile.
More than two flat surfaces could be provided.
The outer long sides are provided with a groove 9 and a bar 8. The cover sheet 2 extends into the grooves 9 and 10 and is thus held since Lich. It is bent along a preferably central fold line 3, which is parallel to the line 7a, and thus has essentially the same shape as the board 1.
When the board 1 is dry, there is between it and the cover sheet 2 an inter mediate space 13 (Fig.1). If the board 1 is exposed to moisture, it will expand and the cover sheet 2 is stretched (Fig.2). The angle between the two parts of the cover sheet increases. When board 1 dries again, the middle part presses upwards. Its edges are firmly attached to those of the board.
The lower side of the board 1 has a continuous recess 6, the flat surfaces of which form an obtuse angle. If several panels are stacked on top of each other, the space required is reduced.
In the embodiment according to Figure 3, the board 1 is also uneven, its surfaces 4, 5 bil an obtuse, downward angle. The cover sheet 3 is designed accordingly and is creased along a line 3. In the dry state of the board, the cover sheet 3 lies on the board 1 (FIG. 3), and in the wet state it is stretched as indicated by the dash-dotted line 12. The angle along line 3 becomes even more obtuse.
Any number of boards with facings can be used to form a mat. In the drawing, the mat consists, for example, of three boards, the connection being made, as mentioned, by means of strips and a groove.
