Three-way valve There are three-way valves that can be used for both pneumatic and hydraulic lines, which have a housing and two control spools guided in this tightly, of which the first can be pushed against the force of a spring from the outside and to interrupt the connection between a first and a second connection opening is used, while the second slide, which is used to connect the second connection opening to a third connection opening, can be adjusted by the first slide against the force of a spring supported in the housing,
as soon as this has interrupted the connection between the first and second connection opening. The subject of the present invention is now a valve of this type which, compared to the known three-way valves, has a substantially simplified construction and is characterized in that the housing has a jacket provided with the connection openings and an inner piece inserted into it, which has a tubular end, on which the second slide is mounted.
The inner piece expediently has a bore that is connected to the first connection opening and parallel to the direction of displacement of the second slide, which is closed when the first slide rests tightly on the second.
The accompanying drawing shows an embodiment example of the invention in longitudinal section.
With 1 the housing jacket is designated, which has three connection openings 11, 12 and 13 and a vertical bore 2, which is at the top through a cover 3 is closed. The cover 3 is firmly connected to the jacket 1 by screws 9 . The bore 2 has three sections of different diameters: In the lowest section, which has the largest diameter and is provided with a thread 2a, an inner piece 4 provided with a thread 4a is screwed in, which is inserted into the middle Ab - </ B > Has a tubular end 4b extending into the bore 2. A first control slide 5 is tightly guided in the bore 3a of the cover 3 .
It can be pressed downwards against the force of the return spring 6 until its shoulder 5b rests on the tubular end 4b of the inner piece 4. A second slide 7 , which can be pressed downward against the force of the spring 8 by the first slide 5 , is guided tightly on this tubular end .
This second slide 7 is, as can be seen from the drawing, in the inactivated state with its seal, 10 at the upper end of the middle part 2b </ B > the bore tightly, whereby the connection opening 12 opening into this middle part is closed, since the slide 7 sits tightly on the tubular end 4b because of the O-ring 14 and the middle part 2b < / B> is closed by the seal 15 against the lower part of the bore 2.
The inner piece 4 has a recess 4c into which the connection opening 11 opens and which is connected to the vertical bore 4e by a transverse bore 4d, so that the connection openings 11 when the valve is not actuated. B> and 13 are connected to one another. If the first control slide 5 is now pushed downwards against the force of the spring 6 by pressure on the upper end 5a of the first control slide, its lower edge 5c comes onto the seal < B> 10 , whereby the connection between the first connection opening 11 and the second connection opening 13 is closed.
When the first control slide 5 is moved further, the second control slide 7 is also pushed down against the force of the spring 8 , so that the middle part < B> 2b the bore 2 with the first part of the bore 2 and thus the third connection opening 12 is connected to the second connection opening 13 . When the first control slide is released, the third connection opening 12 is first closed again and then the first connection opening 11 is connected to the second connection opening 13 .
The housing jacket can of course be round or angular on the outside, and the three connection openings 11, 12 and 13 can be arranged in any way with respect to one another.
The three-way valve described above can, for. B. can be used to feed an apparatus to be operated with compressed air. The compressed air line is then connected to the third connection opening 12, the apparatus to the second connection opening 13 and the ventilation line to the first connection opening 11 . In the non-actuated state, the apparatus is connected to the vent line. When you activate this connection is interrupted and the device is connected to the compressed air line.
When the button is released, the connection to the compressed air line is first interrupted and then the device is vented. Of course, the connection can also be made differently, in that the compressed air line is connected to the connection opening 11 and the ventilation line is connected to the connection opening 12. In this case, when the valve is not actuated, the apparatus is connected to the compressed air line, while this connec tion is interrupted by actuating the valve and the connection to the vent line is established.
