Method and device for feeding a steam consumer by extracting superheated steam from a steam power plant with intermediate superheating The patent relates to a method for feeding a steam consumer by extracting superheated steam from a steam power plant with intermediate superheating and a device for carrying out the method with at least one Steam consumers fed by the steam engine.
In steam power plants, auxiliary machines, especially feed pumps, are often driven by small steam turbine units, or other steam consumers are fed. The steam required for this is often taken from a tap on the main turbine. The pressure in such a tap now varies greatly with the load on the steam power plant in the sense that a significantly lower steam pressure is available at a lower load. Although a smaller pump output is necessary even at part load, the tap pressure is normally no longer sufficient below a certain load range, so that it is necessary to switch to the next higher tap level.
In the following, the process flow of a steam power plant with a two-stage steam engine with intermediate overheating for both full load and part load is discussed with reference to the Mollier J, S diagram for water vapor provided in FIG. 1. The dashed curve shows the changes in the state of the steam for the process at full load, while the solid curve corresponds to the process at part load. In addition, the isobaric function curve of the capacitor is shown in the diagram.
The changes in state of the steam in the boiler correspond to an isobar in the diagram up to point <I> A. </I> <I> A </I> denotes the point of entry of the steam into the high-pressure part of the steam engine. In it the steam is expanded to exit point B. The isobaric heating of the steam in the reheater appears as curve piece BC, where C corresponds to the entry point of the steam into the low-pressure part of the steam engine.
Here, the steam is expanded in a known manner while performing work down to the pressure in the condenser, which is characterized by the state point D in the J, S diagram. The state point E on the curve segment <I> CD </I> should in an assumed example correspond to the tapping point E in the low-pressure part of the engine for extraction steam for an auxiliary turbine for driving a pump in the system. The adiabatic pressure drop EF is then available for the drive.
If the engine is now only running under partial load, the points A-B-C-D of the dashed curve correspond to the state points <I> A '</I> B'-C'-D' of the current course of the process. The state point A 'of the steam flowing into the high pressure part of the steam engine is shifted to the right in the diagram along the constant temperature curve running through point A.
The adiabatic pressure gradient E'F 'available in the low-pressure part at the tapping point E' is significantly smaller than the pressure gradient EF during full-load operation. If the pressure gradient available at part load is no longer sufficient to drive the auxiliary turbine, it must be switched to a tap with a higher pressure level.
According to the method according to the invention, depending on the load conditions of a steam engine, at least part of the steam is optionally taken from a location of a reheater instead of from the steam engine. The state of the steam withdrawn from the intermediate superheater is indicated by point G in the diagram. Point G can be selected in such a way that the extraction steam has approximately the same temperature as in state point <B> E </B> and the pressure gradient <I> GH </I> is available.
The main advantage achieved here is that the auxiliary turbine only needs to be designed for this temperature range and not for significantly higher temperatures.
The device for carrying out the method according to the invention consists in that, in addition to at least one steam supply line from the steam engine, a steam supply line is arranged from a point within an intermediate superheater to the steam consumer.
In a preferred embodiment of the process, depending on the load on the steam engine at full load, steam is taken from the low-pressure part of the steam engine at full load and at part load from one point of the reheater.
A control valve can be arranged in at least one of the lines connected to a tap of the steam engine or to an intermediate collector of the reheater, which is advantageously influenced as a function of operating parameters of the system, for example the speed of an auxiliary turbine that drives a pump.
Further preferred embodiments of the method according to the invention consist in that, depending on the load on the steam engine, steam is taken from the high-pressure part of the steam engine when the load is small and steam is taken from the reheater when the load is greater, or that steam is extracted depending on the load on the steam engine the high pressure part of the steam engine,
is taken from the reheater and from the low-pressure part of the steam engine.
The method according to the invention is then explained using the exemplary embodiments shown in the drawing and described below.
FIG. 2 schematically shows a steam power plant in which a steam line 2 leads from a boiler 1 into the high pressure part 3 of a turbine and from the latter a line 4 leads steam through a reheater 5 into the low pressure part 6 of the turbine. From an intermediate collector 7 of the reheater 5, a line 10 is ruled out for steam extraction for the auxiliary turbine 8 to drive a generator 9, in which a control valve 11 is arranged.
A bypass line 12 with a diaphragm 13 is arranged in parallel with the control valve 11. From a tap of the low-pressure part 6 of the turbine, a steam line 14, in which check valves 15 and 16 are arranged, leads to the auxiliary turbine B. A preheater 18 is connected to a branch line 17 as a further steam consumer. A pressure measuring element 19 is used to measure the pressure of the steam flowing into the auxiliary turbine 8.
In order to supply the auxiliary turbine 8 with steam regardless of a decreasing load on the steam engine 3, '6, the steam supply to the auxiliary turbine 8 in the system shown is regulated as follows: At normal load, steam from the aforementioned tap of the low-pressure part is used for the auxiliary turbine 8 3 taken from the main turbine and fed to the auxiliary turbine 8 via the steam line 14. During operation, the pressure measuring element 19 measures the pressure of the steam flowing into the auxiliary turbine 8.
As the load on the steam engine 3, '6 decreases, the steam pressure in the line 14 decreases, and the measuring element 19 effects an adjustment of the control valve 11 via a controller and servomotor not provided so that now steam from the reheater 5 into the auxiliary turbine 8 flows.
Even when the valve 11 is closed, some steam flows through the line 10 in accordance with the diaphragm cross section in the bypass line 12, so that the latter is kept warm at all times in order to avoid condensation of the steam flowing through the bypass line when it is suddenly opened.
Another embodiment of the device is shown in FIG. A control valve 11 and 20 is arranged in each of the steam supply lines 10 and 14. A centrifugal governor 21 acts as the measuring element in the control circuit. Depending on the speed of the auxiliary turbine 8, the control valve 20, which is arranged in the steam line 14 leading from the tapping of the low-pressure part of the turbine, is opened when the demand for steam increases via a controller and standing element (not shown) .
As soon as the valve 20 is fully open and the measuring element detects a speed that is still too low, the valve 11 arranged in the steam line 10 leading from the reheater 5 is adjusted until the target value of the turbine speed is reached. As soon as the valve 11 is opened, the valve 20 is closed in the event that no check valve is arranged in the line 14. As soon as boiler 1 is running at full load again, the reverse process takes place.
While the valve 11 is closed as a function of the speed of the auxiliary turbine 8, the valve 20 is opened again, and steam flows through the line 14 from the tapping point of the low-pressure part 6 of the main turbine into the auxiliary turbine B.
The embodiment shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 relates to a steam power plant which, in addition to a two-part main turbine and an auxiliary turbine for driving the feed pump, contains an additional heat consumer.
A steam line 32 leads from a boiler 30 with superheater 31 into the high-pressure part 33 of the steam engine and from this a line 34 leads into an intermediate superheater 35 and from there into the low-pressure part 36 of the steam engine. From the latter, a steam extraction line 37 leads to the preheater 38, another steam extraction line 39 to the heating steam consumer 40, a further steam extraction line 41 to the preheater 42 and a line 43 to the condenser 44.
From here the condensate flows through the line 45, through which the pump 46, the preheater 42 and the feedwater tank 47 are connected to one another. From the feed water tank 47, the feed water is passed through a line 49 and pumped by the pump 48 through the preheater 38 into the boiler 30.
Depending on the load of the boiler to be driven, the regulation of which works depending on the power consumption of the steam consumer or the steam engine itself, the auxiliary turbine 50 driving the feedwater pump 48 with extraction steam from an intermediate collector 51 of the reheater 35 or off in the system shown the high pressure part 33 of the steam engine are fed.
The auxiliary turbine 50 can be fed on the one hand from the intermediate collector 51 via the steam supply line 52 with the control valve 53, on the other hand from a tap of the high pressure part 36 of the steam machine via the steam supply line 54 with the control valve 55.
Depending on the deflection of a measuring element 56, which measures the speed of the auxiliary turbine 50, and the display of the pressure measuring element 58, which determines the pressure in the supply line to the auxiliary turbine 50, the control valves 53 and 55 adjusted accordingly.
Fig. 5 shows in detail a special Ausfüh approximate form of a control for the steam supply to the auxiliary turbine for the feedwater pump. The elements of the system already shown in FIG. 4 are numbered the same in FIG. The way the control works is as follows: When the boiler output changes, the feedwater control or the load control unit sends a setpoint signal to the controller 62 via a signal line 61, which is compared with the actual value signal sent to the controller 62 by the speed measuring element 56.
The controller 62 then transmits a control signal corresponding to the desired value of the steam pressure in the supply line 52 to the auxiliary turbine 50 to a comparator 64 in which a comparison between the desired value p and that by means of a pressure measuring element 65 in the steam supply line 52 leading from the intermediate collector 51 measured pressure p1 takes place as actual value. The control function is then assigned to the controller 59 or 60 by the organ 64, as described below.
In the case of p \ i p1, this is unblocked by sending a signal to the controller 60 assigned to the control valve 55, so that it controls the control valve 55 according to the control deviation between the setpoint transmitted via the signal lines 63 and 66 from the controller 62 and that from the pressure measuring element 58 transmitted actual value is adjusted until it becomes zero, steam flows into the auxiliary turbine 50 at the desired pressure and the auxiliary turbine 50 assumes the specified target speed.
As long as the target value p, the measured steam pressure p1 in the steam line 52 predominates in the comparison organ 64, the controller 60 is enabled by signal control, while the controller 59 is blocked. In the opposite case, that is, when p "<p1, the controller 59 is supplied with an enable signal so that the controller causes an adjustment of the valve 53 in the steam supply line 52, while the controller 60 is now blocked.
This regulation is of course not restricted to the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 4, but can also be applied, for example, to the example shown in FIG.
