Clamping device for elastic, disc-shaped tool on working device The invention relates to a Spannvor direction for elastic disc-shaped tool on working device, preferably for elastic grinding wheel on grinding device, in particular an electric hand-held grinder, consisting of a clamping flange mounted on a shoulder of the work spindle and one axially on a cranked part of the elastic disc-shaped tool on gripping clamping nut.
As a rule, elastic grinding wheels are unbalanced. The production of unbalance-free elastic grinding wheels - if at all possible, please include - would increase the production costs by a multiple, since this would require much more expensive production processes. In addition, the mass distribution of the elastic grinding wheel is subject to constant change due to the unequal structure of the same and thus its imbalance during use.
Any imbalance of the high-speed rotating elastic grinding wheel means an additional load on the bearings of the grinding device; the constant vibration of the device caused by the imbalance also leads to permanent stress, especially of the bonding agent and the assembly structure of the machine. Last but not least, the vibration causes a premature loss of the force of the operator required to hold the machine and causes the operator to tire more quickly.
Experience has shown that fatigue of the operator can have serious consequences, namely if the grinder slips away.
If an electric hand-held grinder has been in operation for several years with elastic grinding disks that are subject to a more or less large imbalance, the constant exposure to vibrations has an increased general susceptibility to failure of the grinder.
The invention is based on the technical problem, in a clamping device of the type mentioned ge with a minimum of technical effort, the requirements for a be any stage of wear of the tool, z. B. a grinding wheel, given simple POSSIBILITY to create the elimination of the imbalance.
According to the invention, a is arranged between the clamping flange and the disc-shaped tool and is provided on the latter abutting support disc, which itself has an imbalance with respect to the spindle axis and is in frictional connection with the tool in such a spatial position that its imbalance is equivalent to the imbalance in the opposite radial direction of the elastic tool.
In the case of an elastic grinding wheel, the supporting disk advantageously has an eccentric arrangement for its unbalance with respect to the roughing wheel.
The support disk expediently has a shape corresponding to the offset of the roughing disk.
An embodiment of the invention shown in this figure is explained below with reference to the drawing.
1 shows the grinding head of a hand-held electric grinder with a cut clamping device for the elastic roughing grinding wheel, FIG. 2 shows a view of the unit consisting of clamping flange, support disk and grinding wheel from the cutting direction A-B in FIG.
The elastic roughing grinding wheel 1 is provided with a crank 1 'and the central bore 1 "for the penetration of the working shaft 2 of the Schleifge advises.
A clamping flange 4 rests on a shoulder 2 ′ of the working shaft 2. The grinding wheel is clamped against the clamping flange 4 by means of egg ner axially acting on its cranked part clamping nut 3, wherein between this and the grinding wheel, a support disk 5 resting on the grinding wheel is arranged.
As can only be seen in Fig. 2, the support disk 5 is eccentric to the roughing grinding wheel 1 and thus also eccentric to the working shaft 2. As a result, it has an imbalance with respect to the shaft axis. Its eccentric position and thus the extent of its imbalance is dimensioned so that it equals the imbalance of the elastic roughing grinding wheel 1 to be eliminated.
The support disk 5 is therefore in a frictional connection with the roughing grinding wheel with such a spatial relationship that its unbalance in the opposite radial direction is equivalent to the unbalance of the grinding wheel. The support disk 5 rests on the roughing disk 1 with its outer edge 5 '. The circular bore in the exemplary embodiment of the support disk 5 has a greater inside diameter than the bore 1 ″ of the elastic grinding wheel 1. It is therefore possible to change the eccentric position of the support disk 5 after releasing the tension.
Instead of the bore 5 ″, the support disk 5 can have an elongated hole to ensure the necessary potential play.
In the exemplary embodiment, the support disk 5 is a disk made from sheet steel by cold forming; their imbalance, which is deliberately brought about to compensate for the imbalance of the elastic grinding wheel, is based on its eccentric position. In some chen cases, it can be useful to use a metal-reinforced plastic disk as a support disk (not shown).
In such a case, the required imbalance is brought about by appropriate metal inserts in accordance with the imbalance of the roughing grinding wheel.
With the clamping device described, it is possible to eliminate the imbalance that usually exists in new elastic grinding wheels or the imbalance of a used grinding wheel that occurs after certain wear and tear by the following simple measures: The imbalance of the grinding wheel is determined by size and location. Then the support disk 5 is in such a spatial position to the roughing grinding wheel 1 removed from the work spindle with this z.
B. provisionally glued by means of paper or foil adhesive strips that the imbalance caused by their eccentric arrangement or by their uneven mass distribution is equivalent to the imbalance of the roughing grinding wheel 1 in the opposite position, i.e. H. the bonding takes place in such a spatial relationship that: the unit consisting of roughing grinding wheel 1 and supporting wheel 5 is unbalanced.
Thereafter, this unit produced by provisional gluing is clamped on the work spindle 2 by means of the clamping nut 3.
The clamping device described can be of importance wherever a work machine has a high-speed rotating elastic work tool, the imbalance of which it can significantly load the work machine.
In particular, they are of great importance in high-speed circular saws, their rotating saw blade being clamped to the working spindle in the same way as the elastic roughing grinding wheel in the embodiment described above or the grinding wheels of grinding machines.
