Tragvorrichtung an einer Verpackungsschachtel
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Tragvorrichtung an einer Verpackungsschachtel, die gekennzeichnet ist durch einen flexiblen, aus Kunststoff bestehenden Traggriff, der Schlitze eines inneren Schachtelteils durchsetzt und an beiden Enden mit einer Verstärkungsrippe versehene Tragfüsschen aufweist, welche bei geschlossener Schachtel an der Innenseite des inneren Schachtelteils anliegen, während der Griffteil die Schenkel eines im äusseren, den Deckel bildenden Schachtelteil angebrachten U-förmigen Schlitzes durchsetzt, so dass zum öffnen der Schachtel der durch den U-förmigen Schlitz gebildete Lappen verschwenkt werden muss.
Die beiliegende Zeichnung veranschaulicht ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes, und zwar in Form einer Faltschachtel. Dabei zeigen:

In der Zeichnung ist 1 der innere und 2 der äussere, den Deckel bildende Teil der aus einem einzigen Material-Stück hergestellten Faltschachtel.
Die Vorderwand 3 des Teiles 1 besitzt zwei zum Einführen des Traggriffes 5 bestimmte Löcher 6, 7, deren Form aus Fig. 7 erkennbar ist. Die Vorderwand 8 des Deckels 2 besitzt einen U-förmigen Schlitz 9, dessen Schenkel sich bei geschlossener Schachtel mit den Löchern 6, 7 decken.
Der Faltschachtel ist ein aus einem Kunststoff z. B. Polyvinylchlorid oder Polyäthylen bestehender flexibler Traggriff 5 zugeordnet, der, wie aus den Fig. 4a bis 6 hervorgeht, einen bandförmigen, im Querschnitt rechteckigen, zum Teil verstärkten Griffteil aufweist, welcher an seinen Enden mit je einem Tragfüsschen 10 bzw. 11 versehen ist, welche Tragfüsschen eine Verstärkungsrippe 12 besitzen.
Die Handhabungsweise ist folgende:
Zum Schliessen der Schachtel werden vorerst die Tragfüsschen 10 bzw. 11 durch die ihnen zugeordneten Löcher 6 bzw. 7 geführt, wobei das Füsschen jeweils an den Griffteil anzudrücken ist, da im Normalzustand die Füsschen senkrecht zum Griffteil stehen. Nach Einführen der Füsschen nehmen diese infolge der Flexibilität ihre Normalstellung ein. Nunmehr wird der Griffteil an die Vorderwand 3 angedrückt und anschliessend der Deckel 2 über den Unterteil 1 geschoben, wobei die Vorderwand 8 des Deckels 2 auch den Traggriff 5 überdeckt und zwar mit dem Zwischen den Schenkeln des U-förmigen Schlitzes 9 liegenden Lappen 15. Wird nun dieser Lappen 15 um ca. 900 um seine durch die Punkte A und B gebildete, angerissene Kante verschwenkt (vgl.
Fig. 1 und 2), so wird der Griffteil frei, wird herausgezogen und hierauf der Lappen zurückverschwenkt, so dass die Schachtel gegen unbeabsichtigtes Öffnen gesichert ist. In dieser Stellung der Einzelteile liegen die Füsschen an der Innenseite des Schachtelteils 1 an.
Zum Öffnen der Schachtel wird vorerst der Lappen 15 verschwenkt, worauf der Griff 5 an die Vorderwand 3 anzudrücken ist, so dass der Deckel 2 gehoben werden kann.
Dadurch, dass der Griffteil bandförmig ist, kann die Tragvorrichtung beim Einführen in die Schachtel beidseitig verwendet werden.
Da diese Tragvorrichtung flach ist, kann sie schon durch den Lieferanten der Verpackungsschachtel in dieselbe eingeführt werden, ohne dass die Gefahr besteht, dass beim Zusammenpacken von grösseren Posten die Schachteln durch den Griffteil verletzt werden.

In the drawing, 1 is the inner and 2 the outer part, which forms the lid, of the folding box made from a single piece of material.
The front wall 3 of the part 1 has two holes 6, 7 intended for insertion of the handle 5, the shape of which can be seen in FIG. The front wall 8 of the lid 2 has a U-shaped slot 9, the legs of which coincide with the holes 6, 7 when the box is closed.
The folding box is made of a plastic z. B. polyvinyl chloride or polyethylene existing flexible handle 5 assigned, which, as can be seen from FIGS. 4a to 6, has a band-shaped, rectangular in cross-section, partially reinforced handle part, which is provided at its ends with a support foot 10 and 11 respectively , which supporting feet have a reinforcing rib 12.
The handling is as follows:
To close the box, the little supporting feet 10 and 11 are first guided through the holes 6 and 7 assigned to them, the little feet being pressed against the handle part, since in the normal state the little feet are perpendicular to the handle part. After inserting the feet, they assume their normal position due to their flexibility. Now the handle part is pressed against the front wall 3 and then the cover 2 is pushed over the lower part 1, the front wall 8 of the cover 2 also covering the handle 5 with the tab 15 located between the legs of the U-shaped slot 9 Now this tab 15 is pivoted by approx. 900 about its torn edge formed by points A and B (cf.
Fig. 1 and 2), so the handle part is free, is pulled out and then the flap is pivoted back so that the box is secured against unintentional opening. In this position of the individual parts, the feet rest on the inside of the box part 1.
To open the box, the flap 15 is first pivoted, whereupon the handle 5 is to be pressed against the front wall 3 so that the lid 2 can be lifted.
Because the handle part is band-shaped, the carrying device can be used on both sides when it is inserted into the box.
Since this carrying device is flat, it can already be introduced into the same by the supplier of the packaging box without the risk of the boxes being injured by the handle part when larger items are packed together.
