Description

  

  Verschalungsplatte     und    Verfahren zu deren Herstellung    Gemäss vorliegender Erfindung ist     eine    an den  Stirnflanken durch an den Rändern     Umfassungsschen-          kel    aufweisende Schienen umfasste     Verschalungsplatte     aus Holz dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein im Quer  schnittprofil mit Widerhaken versehener Mittelschen  kel der     betreffenden    Schiene zwischen deren     Umfas-          sungsschenkel    in einer     Stirnflanken-Längsnut    fest  sitzt.  



  Ein Verfahren zum Herstellen derartiger Ver  schalungsplatten ist     erfindungsgemäss    dadurch gekenn  zeichnet, dass die Schienen, die zwischen     ihren    Um  fassungsschenkeln einen im Querschnitt mit Wider  haken     versehenen    Mittelschenkel aufweisen, von einer       Längsflanke    der Verschalungsplatte her in Richtung  der     Stirnflanken    über dieselben getrieben werden,  nachdem die Verschalungsplatte zur Aufnahme der  Mittelschenkel mit     Stirnflanken-Längsnuten    und zur  Aufnahme der     Umfassungsschenkel    mit     Auskehlungen     versehen worden ist.  



  Die Zeichnung betrifft ein Ausführungsbeispiel,  der     erfindungsgemässen    Platte.  



       Eine    aus     aneinandergeleimten        Naturholzbrettem     A1, A2, A3 bestehende Verschalungsplatte ist     mit     einer     Stirnflanken-Längsnut        SN    und beidseits der  Stirnflanke S mit Auskehlungen     K1,    K2 versehen  worden.  



  Die zum Umfassen der Stirnflanke S bestimmte       Umfassungsschiene    U, aus Eisen oder Leichtmetall  bestehend, zeigt zwei     Umfassungsschenkel        U1    und U2  und     einen    längeren Mittelschenkel U3, dessen Profil  beiderseits     sägezahnförmig    ist, wobei der     dreieck-          förmige    Endzahn Z breiter ist als die übrigen Zähne.  Diese Zähne erfüllen die Funktionen von Widerhaken.  



  Die     inneren    Endkanten der     Umfassungsschenkel          U1    und U2 sowie die Auskehlungen     K1    und K2 an  der Verschalungsplatte     sind    gerundet.

      Gemäss dem     erfindungsgemässen    Verfahren wird  nun     eine    solche Schiene U in     Richtung,des        Pfeiles    P       von    einer Längsflanke der Verschalungsplatte her  über deren Stirnflanke S     getrieben,    wobei sich     die     Zahnprofile des Mittelschenkels U3 in die Flanken  der     Stirnwand-Längsnut        einschneiden.     



  Es     wird    also die Stirnflanke des Verschalungs  brettes von der Schiene U umfasst, wie das     links    in       der    Zeichnung in strichpunktierten Linien angedeutet  ist.  



  Da der gezahnte Mittelschenkel wegen seiner  Zahnung (Widerhaken) unverrückbar     in    der Nut     SN     festsitzt, kann sich die Platte nie      werfen ,    d. h.  uneben werden, während ein gewisses Wachsen und       Schwinden    in der Pfeilrichtung P nicht     gehindert     wird.
