25 steigt an.
Pressure regulating device The invention relates to a device for regulating the pressure of a pressure medium source used to drive a motor, in particular a hydraulic motor, which device is provided with a slide switch which can be displaced in a switching cylinder against the force of a spring and which keeps the pressure medium source for so long Before a storage tank connects when the pressure in the motor line exceeds a specified level, and one end face of which is set up to be acted upon by the pressure in the motor line.
The present invention is based on the object of creating a device built from the simplest possible parts, the - effect of which is easy to overlook and the operational safety of which is therefore also guaranteed. This object is to be achieved by the fact that the other end face of the slide switch closes a chamber which is connected to the storage tank via at least one throttle point and a branch line with the motor line and via two parallel overflow valves that open at different pressures,
a throttle point being connected between the overflow valve, which opens at lower pressure, and the chamber.
Two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in the drawing. 1 shows a schematic overview of the first exemplary embodiment, FIG. 2 shows a schematic overview of the second exemplary embodiment, FIG. 3 shows a longitudinal section through the second exemplary embodiment along line III-III in FIG. 4, FIG. 4 shows a side view of the second example, partly in section.
A pump 1 is connected via a line 2 to a reservoir 3 and pressure lines 5 and 6 containing pressure lines 5 and 6 to a storage tank 7 via a check valve 4. A motor M is still attached to the motor line 6 as a consumer.
According to FIG. 1, a pressure line 8 branches off from the pressure line 6 between the check valve 4 and the memory 7, which leads to a control cylinder 9 and a throttle point 10 and via a junction 12 to a throttle point 13. The two end sections 14 and 15 of the control cylinder 9 are offset from its central section 17 so that two school terns 18 and 19 are formed.
In the control cylinder, a control slide 20 is slidably mounted, which has an annular recess 22 on its outer surface. A spring 23 is clamped between the end 14 of the control cylinder 9 and the control slide 20, which tries to press the slide 20 against the shoulder 19.
A connecting channel 24 leads from the control cylinder 9 to a shift cylinder 25, the end sections 27 and 28 of which are also smaller in diameter than its central section, so that shoulders 29 and 30 are also formed here. The connecting channel 24 opens into the end portion 28 of the switching cylinder 25 in which a slide switch 32 with an annular recess 33 is slidably mounted.
Between the end wall at the end section 27 of the switching cylinder 25 and the slide switch 32, a spring 34 is clamped, which tries to push the slide switch 32 against the shoulder 30.
Between the pump 1 and the check valve 4 branches off from the pressure line 5 to a switching cylinder 25 leading line 35, which opens into the switching cylinder 25 at the level of the recess 33 - when the slide valve 32 is in the rest position. At a distance that is smaller than the height of the recess 33, a line 37 extends from the spring-side end of the shift cylinder 25, the starting point of which is covered by the slide switch 32 in the rest position and thus separated from the line 35.
The line 37 opens into a line 38 leading to the storage container 3. A control line 39 extends from the end face of the end section 27 of the shift cylinder 25 and leads to an overflow valve 40 and to a throttle point 42. From this, a line 43 leads to a Overflow valve 44 connected in parallel to overflow valve 40. Both overflow valves are connected to return line 38 and the opening pressure of both can be changed.
The overflow valve 44 has a lower opening pressure than the overflow valve 40.
A line 45 continuing after the throttle point 10, the line 8, opens between the throttle point 42 and overflow entil 44 into the line 43 and a line 47 leading from the throttle point 13 to the branch 12 opens between the shoulder 29 of the switching cylinder and the upper edge of the slide switch 32 in the rest position into switch cylinder 25.
A line 48 emanates from the end face at the end of the control cylinder 9 and opens into the line 45, and a line 49 exits from the central section of the control cylinder 9, specifically in the area of the recess 22 of the control slide 20, which is in the rest position , which opens into the return line 38. The throttle point 42 is narrower than the throttle point 10 and this is narrower than the throttle point 13.
The pressure control device according to the first exemplary embodiment works as follows: The memory 7 is filled by the pump 1 and the pressure in the lines 5, 6, 8, 12, 47, 39, 43, 45 and 48 and in the spring-side ends 14 and 27 of the control and switching cylinder 9 and 25 increases. As soon as the opening pressure of the overflow valve 44 is reached and is maintained in the line 43, pressure medium can flow into the return line 38 and thus into the reservoir 3 via the throttle point 10 and to a lesser extent via the throttle points 13 and 42.
The pressure drop generated in the throttle point 10 affects the lines 45 and 48 on the end face of the control slide 20 loaded by the spring 23, so that as a result of the pressure acting on its other end face in the line 8 of the control slide 20 against the force of the Spring 23 is moved in the direction of shoulder 18 of control cylinder 9.
As soon as the lower end of the control slide 20 no longer closes the connecting line 24 from the line 8, pressure medium flows out of this line via the control cylinder 9 and the connecting line 24 into the end section 28 of the switching cylinder 25, which connects to the end face of the switching slide 32 Chamber 50 forms. The slide switch 32 is not yet moved in the switching cylinder 25, since the pressure medium flowing through the Dros selstelle 13 is not yet sufficient to generate the required pressure drop.
As the pressure continues to rise in the storage tank 7 and the connected lines, the overflow valve 40 is also opened and pressure medium flows through this valve from the throttle point 13 through the line 47, the switching cylinder 25 and the lines 39 and 38 to the reservoir 3 back, as long as the opening pressure in line 39 is maintained. Due to the greater pressure gradient occurring in the throttle point 13 or the negative pressure now prevailing compared to the pressure in the line 8, the slide switch 32 is now shifted against the force of its spring 34.
The recess 33 connects the pump 1 via the line 35 and the lines 37 and 38 to the storage container 3. At the same time, the switch slide 32 is pushed in front of the opening of the line 47 in the switch cylinder 25. Due to the play between the switch slide 32 and the shift cylinder 25 results in an even greater throttling of the pressure medium flowing through the throttle point 13. If the opening pressure of the overflow valve 40 is not reached here, it closes, otherwise only when the pressure of this valve has also dropped to its opening pressure as a result of the drop in pressure in the memory 7.
When the flow valve 40 is closed, a small residual current flowing through the throttle point 13 and the clearance between the slide switch 32 and the shift cylinder 25 is maintained via the throttle point 42, the pressure of which drops after flowing through the throttle point 13 and the said clearance or its low pressure in the End section 27 of the switching cylinder 25 is sufficient to hold the switching slide 32 in its raised position.
If the pressure in the accumulator 7 continues to fall, the overflow valve 44 also closes. As a result, no pressure medium flows through the throttle point 10 on the one hand and the throttle points 13, 42 and the play between the switching cylinder 25 and the switching slide 32 on the other hand. This has the consequence that the control slide 20 returns to its rest position. Because as a result, the Kam mer 50 via the lines 24, 49 and 38 and the recess 22 in the control slide 20 is connected to the storage container 3 before, the switching slide 32 also goes back to its rest position. As a result, the connection between pump 1 and supply container 3 is interrupted and the connection to memory 7 is restored.
In the second exemplary embodiment, the difference from the first is that the shift cylinder 25 is connected to the line 8 without the interposition of a control cylinder 9. The lines 24, 45, 48 and 49 are therefore dispensable. The throttle point 10 is now located at the beginning of a line 52, which lies between the opening of the line 47 in the shift cylinder 25 and the end section 27 of the shift cylinder 25.
The pressure regulating device according to the second exemplary embodiment works as follows: When the reservoir 7 is filled by the pump 1, the pressure in the lines 5, 6, 8, 47, 52, 39, 43 and in the end section 27 of the shift cylinder 25 increases. As soon as the opening pressure of the overflow valve 44 is reached and is maintained in the line 43, flows via the line 8, the parallel connected lines 52 and 47 or throttle points 10 and 13, the switching cylinder 25, the line 39, the very narrow throttle point 42 in the line 43 and this itself pressure medium through the overflow valve 44 and via the return line 38 into the storage container 3.
As a result of the strong throttling in the throttle point 42, only a small amount flows through the time unit. The pressure drop generated in the pressure medium when it flows through the throttle points 10 and 13, compared to the pressure present in the pressure line 8, is not yet sufficient to raise the slide switch 32 from its rest position.
Only when the overflow valve 40 also opens the flow to the reservoir 3, a pressure drop is generated in the pressure medium now flowing through the throttle points 10 and 13, which is so great that the pressure acting on the other end face in the line 8 is able to is to raise the switching slide 32 against the action of its spring 34 and the pressure still present in the end portion 27. During its stroke, it loops around the mouth of the line 47 in the shift cylinder 25 and thus switches off the throttle point 13.
If the overflow valve 40 closes due to the strong pressure drop in the end section 27 of the switching cylinder 25 and in the line 39, the stroke movement of the slide switch 32 is not stopped because the flow through the throttles 10 and 42 and the overflow valve 44 The amount of pressure medium is sufficient
in order to generate a sufficient pressure drop in the throttle point 10 or to maintain a lower pressure in the end section 27 of the shift cylinder compared to the pressure in the line 8.
In the last section of its stroke, the slide switch 32 connects the lines 35 and 37 with one another, so that the pump 1 delivers into the reservoir 3. In addition, before reaching his final stroke position, he loops the mouth of the line 52 in the shift cylinder 25, so that for the flow; of the pressure medium through the switching cylinder 25 only the game between this and the slide switch 32 is present.
As a result, such a strong throttling is achieved that the slide switch 32 maintains its stroke end position as long as the overflow valve 44 is open. If this also closes, the slide switch 32 returns to its rest position due to the pressure equalization with the pressure in the device 8 in the end section 2 7 of the switching cylinder 25, which is fully drawn.
If, after the opening of the line 52 has been opened by the slide switch 32, the flow valve 44 should open again as a result of the increasing pressure in the lines 42 and 43, the small amount of pressure medium passing through the throttle point 10 per unit of time is not sufficient for one to achieve the pressure drop or negative pressure in the end section 27 of the switching cylinder 25 that is to be stopped in its movement.
If it continues to sink, the slide switch 32 separates the lines 35 and 37 and thus the pump 1 from the reservoir 3. The pump 1 now feeds again into the reservoir 7 and the motor connected to it. Before reaching its rest position, the slide switch 32 releases the opening of the line 47 into the switch cylinder 25.
In the structural design of the second exemplary embodiment in FIGS. 3 and 4, the parts indicated only schematically in FIG. 2 have a reference number increased by 100. In a housing 55 is a shift cylinder 125. Slide switch 132 slidably mounted ver. The shift cylinder 125 has five annular grooves 56 to 60.
The annular groove 57 is connected to an outlet bore 62 which leads to the storage container 3 via the line 38 and serves to connect a nipple (not shown). The annular groove 58 is connected to the pump 1 via an inlet bore 64, which is also used to connect a nipple (not shown), and via the line 5.
In the section of the shift cylinder 125 located at the top in FIG. 3, a sleeve-shaped valve body 65 is inserted, which is secured by a screw bushing 66 fastened in the housing 55 via a seal 67 against a shoulder 6'8 in the shift cylinder > 125 is pressed.
The valve body 65 has a central bore 69 which can be closed by a movable valve member 140 which is slidably mounted in the sem and which has lateral bores 70 which open into an annular groove 72. A threaded bolt 73, the position of which is secured by a nut 74, is screwed into the screw sleeve 66. On the end of the threaded bolt 73 located in the screw bushing 66, a sealing ring 77 is inserted into a groove.
A spring 78 is clamped between the movable valve member 140 and the screw sleeve 66, the preload of which can be changed by changing the position of the threaded bolt 73. The screw sleeve 66 carries a closure cap 79.
The other end of the shift cylinder 125 is closed by a locking screw 81 provided with a sealing ring 80. A spring 134 tensioned between the valve body 65 and the slide switch 132 tries to press the slide switch against the screw plug 81.
The thread for fastening the screw plug 81 is followed by the annular groove 60, from which a borehole 108 leads to a cavity 83, which via an outlet bore 84 provided with a thread for receiving a nipple (not shown) and via the line 6 the memory 7 and the motor M is connected.
A bore 85, into which a throttle body 110 is screwed, leads from the annular groove 59 to a blind bore 87, which is closed by a screw plug 89 provided with a sealing ring 88.
A bore 90, into which a throttle body 113 is screwed, whose throttle cross section is approximately four times the throttle cross section in the throttle body 110, leads between the annular grooves 59 and 60, likewise from the shift cylinder 125 to the blind hole 87. A bore 91 arranged obliquely to the base thereof leads to a bore 92 which is arranged parallel to the shift cylinder 125 and which is connected to the annular groove 56 via a bore 93 lying transversely thereto.
The bores 92 and 93 drilled from the outer surface of the housing 55 are each closed to the outside by a bolt.
The slide switch 132 has in its middle section an annular recess 133, the length of which in the axial direction of the slide is greater than the collar present between the two annular grooves 57 and 58 in the switch cylinder 125. At the lower section of the slide switch 132 there are two ring grooves 94 and 95, of which the ring groove 94 approximately at the level of the bore 90 receiving the throttle body 113 and the ring groove 95 approximately in the amount of the throttle body 110 receiving Boh tion 85 is when the slide switch is at rest.
The play between the slide switch 132 and the switch cylinder 125 in the section lying between the annular groove 60 and the bore 90 acts as a gap filter for the pressure medium flowing through. The end of the slide switch 132 provided with the annular grooves 94 and 95 protrudes into a recess 97 of the locking screw 81 and with its end closes the pressure chamber 150 formed by the recess 97 and the annular groove 60.
From the annular groove 95 extends a bore 98 lying essentially parallel to the axis of the slide switch 132, the opening of which lies above the annular groove 94. From the upper end of the slide switch 132 from a central bore 99 which ends approximately at the level of the section lying between the annular grooves 94 and 95 in the slide switch 132 and is connected to a transverse bore 155 opening between these annular grooves.
In parallel to the shift cylinder 125, a blind hole 160 and 161 that does not go through to the middle is made from two opposite sides of the housing 55.
In the blind bore 160 connecting the inlet bore 64 to the outlet bore 84 or the recess 83, a movable valve member 104, the valve seat of which is located in the recess 83, is slidably mounted in the housing section located between the two bores.
The blind hole 160 is closed by a sleeve-shaped screw plug 163 provided with a sealing ring 162. Between this and the movable valve member 104, a spring 164 is clamped, which strives to press the movable Liche valve member 104 on its seat.
In the blind hole 161, in the same way and in the same design as in the upper section of the switching cylinder 125, a valve body 65 accommodating a movable valve member 144 is held by a screw bushing 66 which is connected via a seal 67 Valve body 65 presses against a shoulder 168 in housing 55.
The blind hole 161 ends in a section 169 with a smaller diameter into which a throttle body 142 is screwed, the throttle cross section of which corresponds approximately to that of the throttle body 110. A connecting channel 139, shown in dashed lines in FIG. 3, connects the bore section 169 to the shift cylinder 125, the channel opening below the shoulder 68. A channel 138 leads from the blind hole 161 to the annular groove 57 and connects it to the annular groove 72 in the valve body 65 located in this blind hole.
A channel 170 starting from the switching cylinder 125 at the level of the annular groove 72 of the valve body 65 located therein opens into the channel 138.
The pressure medium delivered by the pump 1 flows via the line 5, the bore 64, the return valve member 104, the recess 83, the borehole 84 and the line 6 to the memory 7 or to the motor M. via the recess 83 ver related bore 108 and the annular groove 60, the pressure medium acts on the end face of the slide switch 132 facing the screw plug 81 or the pressure chamber 150.
As a result of the play existing between the shift cylinder 125 and the shift slide 132, pressure medium reaches the annular groove 94 in the shift slide 132 and to the bore 90, where it passes through the throttle body 113 and via the bores 91 to 93 reaches the section of the switching cylinder 125 adjacent to the annular groove 56 immediately in front of the overflow valve provided with the movable valve member 140. Via the bore 139, the bore section 169 and the throttle body 142, pressure medium also passes in front of the overflow valve provided with the movable valve member 144.
As soon as the opening pressure of this overflow valve is exceeded, pressure medium flows back via the bore 138 to the annular groove 57 and via the outlet bore 62 and the return line 38 to the reservoir 3.
If the opening pressure of the valve with the movable valve member 140 is exceeded, the overflowing pressure medium flows via the bore 170 into the bore 138 and via the route described above to the storage container 3.
The effect of the throttle bodies 110, 113 and 142 corresponds to the effect of the throttle points 10, 13 and 42 in FIG. 2.
If the slide switch 132 is raised by the pressure in the chamber 150 to such an extent that the slide section located below the annular groove 94 covers the bore 90, the annular groove 56 is also covered by the other end of the slide switch 132, so that no more pressure medium can flow through the throttle body 113 and the bores 91 to 93. The transverse bore 155 is now at the level of the annular groove 59, so that the path of the flow valves in front of the overflow valves and their movable valve members 140 or
144 reaching pressure medium now via the play between the slide switch 132 and the shift cylinder 125, the bore 90, the throttle body via 113, the blind hole 87, the throttle body 110, the bore 85, the transverse bore 115 and the center bore 99 leads. The pump 1 promotes the water position of the slide switch 132 still pressure medium in the memory 7 and the connected motor.
If the slide switch 132 is raised even more, after grinding the lower edge of the annular groove 57 in the switching cylinder 125 through the upper edge of the annular groove 133 in the slide switch 132, the pump 1 pressurized medium through the bore 64, the annular grooves 58 and 57 and the intermediate one From the cut in the shift cylinder 125 the bore 62 and the line 38 in the storage container 3.
After the opening of the transverse bore 155 in the slide switch 132 has been covered by the wall section above the annular groove 59 in the shift cylinder 125, the amount of pressure medium flowing through the central bore 99 is reduced due to the very narrow clearance between slide switch 132 and shift cylinder at this point 125 is throttled even more strongly than when flowing through the throttle body 110, so that the pressure drop occurring here is even greater and the slide switch remains in the raised position when the flow continues.
The annular groove 56 is provided so that the pressure in front of the overflow valve with the movable valve member 140 is not influenced by the pressure in the reservoir 3 via the play between the slide switch 132 and the cylinder 125, which is always under the pressure that also prevails in the blind hole 87 .
After the lower opening of the bore 98 in the slide switch 132 is opened by the annular groove 59 in the switch cylinder 125, the pressure in the annular groove 95 in the slide switch 132 is always the same as in the annular groove 59, so that the transverse bore 155 is also against the pressure influence from the reservoir 3, which prevails in the annular groove 58 at times, is unaffected.
Without the described safeguards against the influence of pressure from the reservoir, there would be the risk that when the overflow valves with the movable valve members 140, 144 were closed, the pressure prevailing in front of these valve members would be significantly lower than the pressure in the line 6 and therefore the pressure in the line 6 due to leakage losses Slide switch would not return to its rest position.
During the return process of the slide switch 132 in its rest position, the reversals of the pressure medium flow described are canceled and the previously existing pressure medium flow is restored.
