Drive for elevator car doors The present invention relates to a drive for elevator car doors, in which a crank mechanism acting via connecting rods is seen in front of the pivoting of the door lever moving the door leaves.
A disadvantage of such drives is that the door z. B. in the event of a power failure because of the dead center position of the connecting rods, who cannot open the inside. To eliminate this disadvantage it has already been proposed to articulate the connecting rods and to let a closing spring we ken on the door lever, so that the drive simultaneously tensions the closing spring when the door is opened. It closes by spring force.
In this case, due to the use of the articulated connecting rods, the door can be opened from the inside by overcoming the spring pressure. can be opened at any time. However, the safety regulations that apply require that the car door cannot be opened while the elevator is in motion. To achieve this, a locking mechanism with an electromagnet is also necessary. The purpose of the invention is to eliminate the disadvantages mentioned.
In the drive for elevator car doors according to the invention, an elastically resilient stop is arranged in the path of movement of part of the crank mechanism, which is pretensioned in the dead center position of the connecting rods for the closed position of the door leaves, so that it tries to counteract the action of the during the Drive switched on motor to be stopped to move the connecting rods from the dead center position in the opening direction.
In the accompanying drawing, an embodiment example of the subject invention is shown schematically.
The car door drive has a base plate 1 which is arranged above the door opening of the elevator car and on which a drive motor 2, e.g. B. a three-phase motor is attached by means of a holder 3. The motor 2 has a drive roller 4 which is driven by a belt 5. V-belt pulley 6 drives down. With the V-belt pulley 6, a V-belt pulley 7 is rotatably connected to the, which drives a crank wheel 8.
The crank wheel 8 is mounted on a shaft 9 which is supported on the base plate 1 in a manner not shown. At two diagonally opposite Stel len of the crank wheel 8, the one ends of a connecting rod 10 and 11 are pivotally attached, which connecting rods are connected at the other end in the usual manner with door levers, not shown, which are pivoted when the wheel 8 rotates and the movement of the Carry out car door leaves in an opening or closing sense.
A stop lever 12, which is connected to a push rod 14 by means of an articulated piece 13, is freely rotatable on the shaft 9. The pull rod 14 is guided axially movably in a bearing 15 and has a spacer plate 16 and a spacer nut 17.
A compression spring 18 surrounding the rod 14 is inserted between the spacer nut 17 and the bearing 15, which is pressed together when the lever 12 is pivoted in the sense of closing the door and acts as a stop. In the position shown, the connecting rods 10 are in the dead center position for the closed position of the door leaves and the spring 18 is pretensioned.
A driver 19, which is rotatably connected to the crank wheel 8, is also mounted on the shaft 9. The arrangement is such that this driver 19 for tensioning the spring 18, before reaching the dead center position of the connecting rods 10 and 11, strikes against the lever 12, which assumes an approximately vertical position under the action of the spring 18. Between the driver 19 and the lever 12 is a Gununipuffer 20,
Conveniently ver with the lever 12 firmly connected, provided.
Another actuating rod 21, which is also connected to the lever 12 and at the other end is connected to a toggle lever 22, serves to actuate a driver for opening and closing the shaft doors.
As can be seen from the preceding description, in the last part of the closing movement, the spring 18 endeavors to rotate the crank wheel 8 in the sense of the opening movement of the connecting rods 10 and 11 via the parts 12 and 19. The drive motor 2 remains switched on while the elevator is in motion and thus keeps the crank mechanism in the Tobpunktlage against the spring action.
In the event of a power failure, the motor 2 is de-energized and no longer exerts any torque on the crank wheel 8. If this state occurs, the spring 18 presses the lever 12 against the manure collector 19 and moves it together with the crank wheel 8 in the opening direction. The connecting rods 10 and 11 come out of the dead center position so that the door can be opened completely by hand.
