Es zeigen Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt durch das Gerät nach Linie 1-1 der Fig. 4 ; Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht auf das Gerät mit teil weise aufgebrochenem oberen Gehäusedeckel mit der Antriebskurbel in Wirkstellung ; Fig. 3 einen Teilausschnitt nach Fig. 2 mit aus- ser Eingriff liegender Antriebskurbel ; Fig. 4 eine Seitenansicht auf das Gerät ; Fig. 5 einen Längsschnitt nach Linie 5-5 der Fig. 1 ;
Fig. 4) auf weist.
Conveyor and rescue device The invention relates to a conveyor and rescue device that can be conveyed along a rope.
A conveyor and rescue device is already known in which the cable drum carrying the cable is mounted in a housing and in which a transmission gear and a centrifugal brake braking the cable drum inside the housing are provided. With this device it is possible to abseil a person, for example from a multi-storey house, with the device attached to the house and the person lowering himself on the rope. The centrifugal brake braking the cable drum enables a correspondingly slow abseiling to be carried out.
However, it is not possible that a person who has let himself off with the help of this known safety device can pull himself up again with the same ben by his own strength.
The invention now relates to a conveyor and rescue device that can be conveyed along a cable, with a housing in which a cable drum wrapped by the cable, a transmission gear and a centrifugal brake for braking the cable drum are housed, which is characterized that the cable drum can be rotated by manual actuation and can be locked in certain positions. As a result, a person who has climbed up can be conveyed upwards, which also means that the speed of the ascent can be determined by the person himself.
It is of particular advantage that the cable drum can be stopped at any time, which is beneficial for mountaineers, geologists conducting geologists and similar cases, for example, because they can then stop and work at locations that seem suitable for them. An exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing.
1 shows a longitudinal section through the device along line 1-1 of FIG. 4; 2 shows a plan view of the device with the upper housing cover partially broken open with the drive crank in the operative position; 3 shows a partial section according to FIG. 2 with the drive crank out of engagement; 4 shows a side view of the device; FIG. 5 shows a longitudinal section along line 5-5 of FIG. 1;
6 shows a longitudinal section along line 6-6 of FIG. 1; FIG. 7 shows a non-sectioned illustration of the unlocked position of the locking bolt from FIG. 6; FIG. 8 to 10 each show a schematic representation of three different applications of the device. In Fig. 1, 2 and 4, 10 denotes a housing of a conveyor and rescue device, which has a generally circular drum shape (see. Fig. 4).
It is covered by a side plate 11 on the left as shown in FIG. 1, which is connected to the housing 10 by fastening elements not designated in detail. At the top according to Fig. 1 Ge housing part is seen at 12 and at the bottom at 13 each an opening for the passage of a rope 60 provided.
In the middle of the housing is a drum shaft 16, which is rotatably mounted according to Fig. 1 in the side plate 11 and right in the side housing wall bar, the protruding ends are provided with a thread, on the nuts 17 and 18 are screwed. In the interior of the housing, a cable drum 20 is placed non-rotatably on the drum shaft 16 by means of a wedge 21. The cable drum has a cable guide groove 22 on its circumference and, according to FIG. 1, a toothing 23 to the left of this and notches 24 to the right of it.
The hub 25 of the cable drum 20 has such a width that the toothing 23 has a sufficient distance from the side plate inner edge, and that, according to FIG. 1, the right hub part protrudes slightly beyond the right boundary surface formed by the notches 24. At this distance, the large gear wheel 27 of a transmission gear rests on the right-hand hub face, which is also held on the drum shaft 16 by the wedge 21.
A bearing block 36 for the drum shaft 16 is attached to the housing by screw bolts 35, to which a small transmission gear 29, freely rotatable on the same, is connected, which protrudes with its approach into the hub of a brake drum 32 and is firmly connected to it by a bolt 33 each . In the circumferential recesses of the brake drum flyweights 34 provided ver with a brake lining are used in a known manner. In the bearing block a short auxiliary shaft 37 is provided next to the drum shaft, on the left part of which a small toothed wheel 28 and on the right part of which a large toothed wheel 30 are rotatably mounted.
The gears 27, 28 and 30, 29 form a transmission gear which is known per se.
On the side plate 11 of the housing there is arranged a hollow connecting piece 40, which is located to the left of the drum shaft 16 on the left side of it in accordance with FIG. 2 and which accommodates parts of the drive device. As can be seen particularly clearly from Fig. 2 and 3, to drive the cable drum in the nozzle 40 is a designated 41 drive shaft slidably ge leads, which has a blind hole 42 with thread at its left end, and a gear 43 at its right end possesses, which can be brought into engagement with the toothing 23 of the cable drum.
With the two interconnected gears 23 and 43, a reduction gear is thus created that allows a favorable drive transmission between the drive crank and the cable drum. Instead of the two toothed wheels, however, a worm with a worm wheel could also be provided. A pin 44 penetrating the drive shaft 41 is firmly attached to the left of the gear 43. Between this pin 44 and the inner bottom of the connecting piece 40, a compression spring 46 is loosely arranged on the drive shaft 41, which strives to keep the drive shaft 41 and thus the gear wheel 43 in engagement with the toothing 23.
On the outer end of the drive shaft 41, in order not to be hindered when working on the rope, a drive crank 48 is detachably set, which is attached to the drive shaft 41 by screwing a bolt with a knurled head 47.
In order to create sufficient security for stopping the cable drum or the conveyor and rescue device in a desired position relative to the cable so that a person hanging on the device can carry out the work with both hands without additional aids, for example without To have to hold the cable drum in the holding position with one hand, a locking device is provided in the device, which is described in more detail below.
As can be seen from FIGS. 4 and 6, a perforated extension 50 is seen on the outer edge of the housing, which has a recess 51 on one side in the axial direction of the extension 50, which at its end facing the housing into a angled slot 52 merges, as can be seen particularly clearly from FIG. The recess 51 is open to the left.
4, 6 and 7, a locking bolt 54 is provided from the left, which has an actuating button 55 at its left end and is conically tapered at 56 at its right end. Between the actuating button 55 and shortly before the center of the locking bolt, a stop washer 57 with a pin 58 extending radially outward is provided on the locking bolt 54 and which can slide in the recess 51. The movement of the locking bolt 54 to the left is determined by the stop disk 57.
On the locking pin 54, a compression spring 59 is pushed, which is supported with its right end against the inner wall of the approach and with its left end against the stop plate 57 and thus holds the locking pin in the trigger position shown in Fig. 6 th.
By pressing the locking bolt 54 into the housing and then locking it in the slot 52, the end piece 56 of the locking bolt is guided into one of the notches 24 of the cable drum and held there so that the cable drum is blocked.
According to FIG. 1, the rope denoted by 60 is inserted through the upper opening 12 and laid over, for example, a turn over the rope guide channel 22 and led out of the lower opening 13 again. On the underside of the housing, a ring 61 is screwed, on which a snap hook 62 with a strap 63 is attached. Above half of Fig. 1, a fixed part is shown at 64, for example, a bar with a hook on which the end hook 65 of the rope end is suspended.
With reference to the schematic representations of FIGS. 8-10, the mode of operation of the conveying and rescue device is as follows. In FIG. 8, the device is shown as in FIGS. 1 and 4, but with the crank 48 removed. In this arrangement of the conveyor and rescue device, it can be used, for example, for a mountaineer or geologist who z. B. wants to descend into a crevice and has wrapped the strap 63 around his upper body. He can lower himself with the device on the fixed rope, the centrifugal force weights 34 of the centrifugal brake having a braking effect in a known manner.
The lowering direction of the device is indicated by arrow A. If he may be allowed to operate the locking pin 54 to stop.
In FIG. 9, the conveyor and rescue device is shown with an attached crank 48 in order to climb up the fixed rope from below, the person in question being fastened to the carrying strap 63. By turning the hand crank, the cable drum provided inside the housing rolls on the cable so that the housing and the person move upwards in the direction of arrow B. Here, too, the person can stop at any time and hold the device in its position at the relevant height using the locking bolt.
In Fig. 10, the rope 60 is only half placed around the rope drum 20, so that two pieces of rope protrude from the lower opening 12. With the ring 61, the device is attached to a window frame of a house, for example. A person fastened to a tether be can lower himself, with the lowering speed from being braked by the centrifugal brake in a known manner. The opposite end of the rope can also have a strap, in which the next person after the arrival of the rope at the loading attachment point, for. B. on a window frame, a can rise. Here, too, the descending person can stop at a desired height at any time by pressing the locking pin 54.
