Method for fixing the beginning of the thread on the bobbin of a winding machine that changes automatically in each case and a device for carrying out the method
The main patent describes a method for fixing the thread beginning of a bobbin on the bobbin of a winding machine that changes automatically in each case and a device for carrying out the method.
While the method is characterized by an automatic thread gripping and clamping process that occurs within the respective winding spindle start-up, which is terminated when a certain speed is exceeded, the device for carrying out the method is characterized by the fact that a gripping and clamping device is provided on the winding spindle head which is only active during the start-up process of the winding spindle. This gripping and clamping device can, for. B. be formed from a hook-shaped member which can be brought into a catching and clamping position and in a release position. In the examples described in the main patent, the hook-shaped member is under the action of a pivotable mass body.
The hook-shaped member is firmly connected to the mass body and can be pivoted with it under the action of centrifugal and acceleration forces from the catching and clamping system into the release position.
In the further development of a device for carrying out the method according to the main patent, the surprising finding arose that a catching and clamping position and a release position can also be achieved without twisting the hook-shaped member. Such a method and such a device form the subject of the present invention. The inventive method according to claim 1 of the main patent is characterized in that the thread is inserted into a clamping device with the clamp closed resiliently and after the clamping device has opened as a result of the centrifugal force, the beginning of the thread is diverted along an inclined slope.
The device according to claim II of the main patent for carrying out the method is characterized according to the invention in that the gripping and clamping device on the bobbin spindle head has a hook-shaped member, the side of which the thread rests during the start-up process is inclined outwards against the bobbin in such a way that the released thread end slides along it under the action of centrifugal force. The gripping and clamping device is advantageously self-resilient and its mass and spring force are dimensioned or adjusted in such a way that the centrifugal force acting on the clamping device releases the clamping when the operating speed is reached. In front of the gripping and clamping device, a nose is expediently arranged which partially covers the gripping and clamping device.
The invention will then be explained using an exemplary embodiment using a drawing.
Show it:
Fig. 1 is a plan view of the device,
FIG. 2 shows a detail from FIG. 1,
FIG. 3 shows a further detail from FIG. 1,
4 shows a schematic representation of the overall arrangement.
Parts with the same effect bear the reference numbers of the main patent.
The bobbin 3 is centered in a spindle head 1. It is driven by the spindle head 1 at the same time. The thread beginning of the bobbin 3 is denoted by F. The beginning of the thread F lies against a nose 101 which partially covers the gripping and clamping device. It is also located under a clamp 102, which carries a sliding slope designated 103. The clamp 102 with the sliding bevel 103, which forms the angle a with the spindle axis, form parts of a hook-shaped member 104 which lifts off in the direction of the arrow 105 (FIG. 2) under the influence of centrifugal force. The hook-shaped member 104 is fastened to the spindle head 1 with a screw 106. The piece of thread lying in front of the clamp 102 is labeled 107.
The device works as follows:
As described in the main patent, the hook-shaped member 104 grips the thread when it starts up in such a way that the thread beginning F is guided under the clamp 102 and wedged between the clamp 102 and the spindle head 1. Since the thread F is now held between the clamp 102/1 of the spindle head and the clamping device 7 (Fig. 4) arranged below the spindle head, the beginning of the thread F tears between these two clamping points, so that the thread piece 107 remains on the spindle head. The hook-shaped member 104 is designed to be self-resilient and its mass and spring force are dimensioned so that the centrifugal force acting on the member releases the clamping when the operating speed is reached, so that the hook-shaped member 104 with the clamp 102 moves in the direction of the arrow 105 from the driver head takes off.
As a result, the clamping of the thread between the clamp 102 and the spindle head 1 is released (FIG. 2). The piece of thread 107 is now thrown outwards under the effect of centrifugal force. It slides over the sliding bevel 103 up to the nose 101. The side 103 on which the thread end F rests during the start-up process is inclined outwards towards the bobbin 3 in such a way that the released thread end 107 under the action of the centrifugal force of the sliding bevel 103 slides along. The thread end 107 has thus pulled completely out of the area of clamp 102/1 and can now detach from the spindle head without resistance. The nose 101 can also be arranged on the gripping and clamping device 102.
